1. A stable and efficient cloth printing and dyeing process is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) Carrying out singeing treatment on the grey cloth, and desizing the singed cloth;
2) Then, the cloth is placed in concentrated alkali liquor with the temperature of 100-116 ℃ for boiling for 2-3 hours;
3) Placing the boiled cloth in bleaching liquid for bleaching treatment, keeping the pH value of the treated cloth at 6.4-7.0, and then drying the cloth;
4) Subsequently, placing the cloth in a dyeing device for jig dyeing, wherein solid dye is discontinuously added into the dyeing device and liquid dye is continuously added into the dyeing device in the jig dyeing process;
5) After dyeing the cloth, drying the cloth;
the dyeing device comprises a dyeing tank (1), wherein the upper end part of the dyeing tank (1) is fixedly connected with two groups of mounting blocks (11), the upper end part of the dyeing tank (1) is fixedly connected with two groups of mounting frames (12), a first cloth roller (13) and a second cloth roller (14) are respectively and rotatably connected between the mounting blocks (11) of each group, a limiting rod (16) is respectively and rotatably connected between the mounting blocks (11) of each group, a third cloth roller (15) is arranged in the dyeing tank (1), two ends of the third cloth roller (15) are respectively and movably inserted in the middle of the inner wall surface of the dyeing tank (1), and a material conveying structure is arranged on the dyeing tank (1);
the material conveying structure comprises a first storage barrel (2) and a second storage barrel (3), a connecting block (31) is installed at the end part of the second storage barrel (3), the first storage barrel (2) is fixedly connected with the second storage barrel (3) through the connecting block (31), a material leakage pipe (23) is installed at the bottom end of the first storage barrel (2), a material leakage pipe (32) is installed at the bottom end of the second storage barrel (3), and a control valve (33) is installed on the material leakage pipe (32);

the rotating rod (61) is fixedly connected with the gears (5) close to the rotating disc (6), the two gears (5) are meshed, and a notch (62) penetrating through the rotating disc (6) is formed in the surface of the rotating disc (6);
