When the interface of the solid state disk presents a reverse side back to the detection block 22,
the seven 35 air cylinders drive the solid state disk on the detection table 10 to move upwards to be flush with the third clamping block 26 and the fourth clamping block 28, the five 25 air cylinders drive the third clamping block 26 and the fourth clamping block 28 to clamp the solid state disk, the five 29 motor drives the frame 24 to rotate, the solid state disk is turned over 180 degrees to the right side of the rotating shaft 23, the seven 35 air cylinders drive the detection table 10 to continuously move downwards to be flush with the first conveying belt 4 and the second conveying belt 5, the six 30 motor drives the lead screw 31 to rotate, the detection table 10 is driven to move to be under the frame 24 through the slide rod 32, the seven 35 air cylinders drive the detection table 10 to move upwards until the solid state disk is flush with the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14, the first air cylinder 17 and the second air cylinder 18 drive the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14 to clamp the solid state disk, the interface of the solid state disk faces towards the detection connecting block 22, the detection connecting block 22 is adjusted, and the detection connecting block 22 is directly inserted into the interface.
Example two
When detecting a Type-C Type solid state disk, the structure and principle of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the difference lies in that the Type solid state disk interface has no front side and back side:
in an initial state, the frame 24 and the detection table 10 are located on the left side of the rotating shaft 23, the height of the detection table 10 is lower than that of the first conveying belt 4 and that of the second conveying belt 5, when the interface of the solid state disk faces the detection connecting block 22, the air cylinder seven 35 drives the detection table 10 to move upwards until the solid state disk is flush with the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14, the air cylinder one 17 and the air cylinder two 18 drive the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14 to clamp the solid state disk, the detection connecting block 22 is adjusted, and the detection connecting block 22 is directly inserted into the interface.
The position of the Type-C solid state disk needs to be adjusted when one of the following situations occurs:
when the front of the interface of the solid state disk is opposite to the detection connecting block 22, the six motors 30 drive the screw rods 31 to rotate, the slide rods 32 drive the detection table 10 to move to the right side of the rotating shaft 23, the seven cylinders 35 drive the detection table 10 to continuously move upwards to be higher than the rack, the seven motors 34 drive the detection table 10 to horizontally rotate 180 degrees and then to descend to be flush with the first conveying belt 4 and the second conveying belt 5, the detection table 10 moves back to the position right below the left solid state disk of the rotating shaft 23, the first cylinders 17 and the second cylinders 18 drive the first clamping blocks 13 and the second clamping blocks 14 to clamp the solid state disk, the interface of the solid state disk faces the detection connecting block 22 in the forward direction, the detection connecting block 22 is adjusted, and the detection connecting block 22 is directly inserted into the interface.
The other scheme is as follows: the seventh air cylinder 35 drives the solid state disk on the detection table 10 to move upwards to be flush with the third clamping block 26 and the fourth clamping block 28, the fifth air cylinder 25 and the sixth air cylinder 27 drive the third clamping block 26 and the fourth clamping block 28 to clamp the solid state disk, the fifth motor 29 drives the frame 24 to rotate, the solid state disk is turned over for 180 degrees to the right side of the rotating shaft 23, the seventh air cylinder 35 drives the detection table 10 to continuously move downwards to be flush with the first conveying belt 4 and the second conveying belt 5, the sixth motor 30 drives the lead screw 31 to rotate, the detection table 10 is driven to move to be right below the frame 24 through the slide rod 32, the seventh air cylinder 35 drives the detection table 10 to move upwards until the solid state disk is flush with the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14, the first air cylinder 17 and the second air cylinder 18 drive the first clamping block 13 and the second clamping block 14 to clamp the solid state disk, the interface of the solid state disk faces the detection connecting block 22, the detection connecting block 22 is adjusted, and the detection connecting block 22 is directly inserted into the interface.

1. A detection auxiliary device in a solid state disk production line comprises a rack and is characterized in that the rack comprises a bottom plate, a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate, one ends of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are vertically fixed on the bottom plate, and transmission mechanisms are arranged on the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate and comprise a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a first motor, a second motor, a third motor, a fourth motor, a plurality of first conveying rollers and a plurality of second conveying rollers; the detection device comprises a rack, a detection table, a first clamping block, a second clamping block, a detection connecting block, a support plate and a temperature sensor, wherein the detection table is arranged on the rack and is positioned between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt;
the rack is also provided with a displacement adjusting structure for overturning the solid state disk to enable the interface to be matched with the detection connecting block, the displacement adjusting structure comprises a rotating shaft, a motor five, a frame, a clamping block three and a clamping block four, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on a vertical plate I and a vertical plate II, the motor five is fixed on the vertical plate I, an output shaft of the motor five is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft, the frame is fixed on the rotating shaft, a plurality of cylinders five are fixed on one side wall of the frame, piston rods of the cylinders five penetrate through the frame to be in clearance fit with the frame, the piston rods of the cylinders five are fixed on the clamping block three, a plurality of cylinders six are fixed on the other side wall of the frame, piston rods of the cylinders six penetrate through the frame to be in clearance fit with the frame, and the piston rods of the cylinders six are fixed on the clamping block four; the displacement adjusting structure further comprises a motor six, a sliding rod and a screw rod, the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate through a bearing seat, the screw rod is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying belt I and the conveying belt II, the motor six is fixed on the bottom plate, an output shaft of the motor six is fixedly connected with one end of the screw rod, the sliding rod is in threaded connection with the screw rod, a chute III is formed in a vertical plate I, a chute IV is formed in a vertical plate II, and two ends of the sliding rod are respectively arranged in the chute III and the chute IV in a sliding manner; the sliding rod is fixedly provided with a motor seven, an output shaft of the motor seven is vertically upward, an end part of the output shaft of the motor seven is fixedly provided with a cylinder seven, and an end part of a piston rod of the cylinder seven is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the detection table.

The auxiliary detection device in the solid state disk production line according to claim 1, wherein a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove are formed in the lower surface of the detection table along the length direction, a first sliding block and a second sliding block are respectively arranged on the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove in a sliding manner, a first clamping block and a second clamping block are respectively fixed on the first sliding block and the second sliding block, a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder are fixed on the lower surface of the detection table, and piston rods of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are respectively fixed on the first clamping block and the second clamping block.

The auxiliary detection device in the solid state disk production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first conveying rollers are rotatably disposed on the first vertical plate, the first motor and the second motor are fixed on the first vertical plate, output shafts of the first motor and the second motor are fixedly connected with any two first conveying rollers, and each first conveying roller is in transmission connection with one conveying belt.

The auxiliary detection device in the solid state disk production line as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second conveying rollers are rotatably disposed on the second vertical plate, the third motor and the fourth motor are both fixed on the second vertical plate, output shafts of the third motor and the fourth motor are fixedly connected with any two second conveying rollers, and each second conveying roller is in transmission connection with one conveying belt.
