Abstract

1. A method of reusing leaf waste, comprising the steps of:
the limb-dismembering blades are simply dismembered by using machinery on site, and are dismembered into parallel plates;
transporting the plates, namely transporting the parallel plates from the site to a processing area;
performing plate finish machining, namely performing size quota cutting on the parallel plates;
polishing the plate, namely polishing the parallel plate;
performing secondary cutting on the plate, namely performing secondary cutting on the parallel plate according to the size of the product until the parallel plate reaches the product assembling size;
splicing the plates, namely splicing the parallel plates to form a complete product;
spraying paint on the product;
and (5) warehousing and storing the product.
2. A method of recycling blade waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the machine is a cutter.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the parallel plates have a size of 12M by 2.4M.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the blade is composed of at least one or more of an SS surface, a PS surface, a rib plate, a girder, a blade root, a blade tip, a balsa wood filling part, and a PVC filling part.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the means for transporting the parallel plates is one or more of a truck, a crane, and a forklift.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the nominal cut size is 12M x 0.5M.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the product is one of a glass reinforced plastic fence, a sectional support, a column, a prefabricated house, a tray, and a sewer cover plate.
