Abstract
The invention discloses a fixed-angle limiting mechanism for a grinding machine and a limiting method. The limiting method is that the indication value of the spindle of the rotary grinding machine to the scale disc is close to a target angle, then a dial indicator fixed on a guide rail of the grinding machine is used for performing round-trip meter reading detection on two ends of the bevel edge of the calibration bulge with the same vertex angle as the target angle, and the spindle of the fine tuning grinding machine rotates to the position where the bevel edge of the calibration bulge of the limiting mechanism is fully parallel to a slide rail of the grinding machine according to the detection result.
