The workbench 3 preferably in this embodiment includes a central oil through seat 32 and a peripheral fixing seat 31, the oil through seat 32 is fixed to the end surface of the rotating sleeve 6, the oil through seat 32 is provided with a plurality of third oil paths 321, and the second oil paths 61 are in one-to-one correspondence with and communicated with the third oil paths 321.
