step 2, connecting a hydraulic oil pipe and a lubricating oil pipe; an oil inlet pipe of the lubricating oil pipe is connected with a lubricating oil pump and an oil filling hole of a product to be tested, an oil drain hole of the product to be tested is drained to the filter screen through an oil drain pipe, a liquid outlet valve is closed, an oil groove pipe is connected with an oil outlet hole and the filter screen, and lubricating oil is filled in an oil tank; the hydraulic oil pipe connects the hydraulic oil to the oil pressure inlet of the product to be tested;
step 3, erecting a laser detector, starting a pre-programmed precision test program, then carrying out rotary positioning precision and repeated precision detection on the product to be detected, and dismantling the laser detector after the precision detection is finished;
step 4, starting an operation test program to test the motor load, the pressure value and the balance weight of the product to be tested, and recording through a control console; observing whether the load of the motor is within an allowable range through a display screen, observing whether the oil pressure of a pressure gauge reaches a required pressure value or not when braking action is executed, and carrying out counterweight test on each machine type according to requirements to judge whether the oil pressure reaches the required value or not and recording;
step 5, observing whether oil leakage or oil leakage occurs at each lubricating sealing part and each hydraulic sealing part after running test and neutralization test, and observing and recording the oil leakage condition of the product to be tested according to whether lubricating oil exists in the oil groove and the oil output;
and 6, discharging the filled lubricating oil from the oil drain hole of the product to be tested into the oil groove, and refluxing the lubricating oil into the oil tank.

Claims (10)

1. The numerical control rotary table detection equipment is characterized by comprising,
the device comprises a supporting frame (1), a control console (2), a test bench (3), a hydraulic system and a lubricating oil circulating system, wherein the test bench (3), the hydraulic system and the lubricating oil circulating system are arranged on the supporting frame (1); the test bench (3) is provided with a plurality of mounting positions for mounting a product to be tested; the hydraulic system comprises a plurality of oil paths and a plurality of groups of valves and a hydraulic oil pump (4) and is used for hydraulic detection of one or more products to be detected; lubricating oil circulation system includes lubricating oil pump (5), oil tank (7) and locates installation position peripheral oil groove (6) for the product lubrication cooling and the lubricating oil recovery that await measuring.

A numerical control turret detection device according to claim 1, characterized in that said tank (7) is composed of a plurality of connected chambers (14); be equipped with filter screen (13) on cavity (14) of oil tank (7) one end, in cavity (14) of the oil tank (7) other end with lubricating oil pump (5) feed liquor end intercommunication, the top of all the other cavities (14) all is equipped with detachable apron (15).

A numerically controlled turntable detecting device according to claim 2, wherein a partition plate (12) is provided between adjacent ones of said cavities (14), the height of the partition plate (12) being successively higher in a direction away from said lubricating oil pump (5); the filter cotton is inserted into the partition plate (12), and the partition plate (12) and the filter cotton divide the inside of the oil tank (7) into a plurality of stages of filter cavities.
4. A numerical control turret detection device according to claim 1, characterized in that said oil bath (6) is arranged inclined to the horizontal.

The numerical control rotary table detection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outlet of the lubricating oil pump (5) is communicated with an oil filling hole of a product to be detected through an oil inlet pipe, an oil drain hole of the product to be detected is arranged towards the oil tank (6), the oil tank (6) is provided with an oil outlet hole (11), and the oil outlet hole (11) is guided to the filter screen (13) through the oil tank (6) pipe.
6. The numerical control turntable detection device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lubricating oil of the device to be detected flows back to the oil tank (7) and then is filtered by the filter screen (13) and the multi-stage partition plate (12) in the oil tank and the filter cotton.
7. A numerical control turntable detecting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said oil outlet hole (11) is located at the lowest side of said oil bath (6).
8. The numerical control rotary table detection device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a liquid outlet valve is installed at the oil outlet (11).
9. A detection method of a numerical control turntable is characterized by comprising the following steps,
step 1, clamping and fixing a product to be tested on a test board, mounting a driving motor on the product to be tested and adjusting the rotation precision of the driving motor;
step 2, connecting a hydraulic oil pipe and a lubricating oil pipe; an oil inlet pipe for a lubricating oil pump is communicated with an oil filling hole of a product to be detected, and lubricating oil is filled into the product to be detected;
step 3, erecting a laser detector to detect the rotational positioning precision and the repetition precision of the product to be detected;
step 4, starting an operation test program to test the motor load, the pressure value and the balance weight of the product to be tested, and recording through a control console;
and 5, observing whether oil leakage or oil leakage exists at each lubricating sealing part and each hydraulic sealing part after the operation test and the test.
10. The testing method of a numerical control turntable as claimed in claim 9, further comprising step 6. the oil drain hole of the product to be tested discharges the filled lubricant oil into the oil tank, and the lubricant oil is returned to the oil tank.
