The cutting device for the inner ring of the metal ring piece as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air outlet mechanism (25) comprises a built-in motor (251), a wind power fan blade (252), a positioning belt (253) and a built-in positioning plate (254), the wind power fan blade (252) is fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft at the front end of the built-in motor (251), the positioning belt (253) is arranged on the outer side of the built-in motor (251), the top end of the positioning belt (253) is fixedly connected with the built-in positioning plate (254), and the built-in positioning plate (254) is embedded in the external frame (21).
