In some examples, one end of the second guiding element 160 may be located at one side of the conveying element 120 to close the space around the conveying element 120, so as to prevent the cleaning towel from being wound around the conveying roller 121 of the conveying element 120, the first guiding element 150 is disposed obliquely with respect to the housing 110, so that the conveying channel may have an expanding section and a closing section, the expanding section may be disposed toward the housing 110 to facilitate the output of the cleaning towel, the closing section is disposed away from the housing 110 to facilitate the control of the posture of the output of the cleaning towel, so as to enable the output cleaning towel to be more smooth and to facilitate the replacement of the cleaning device.
As shown in fig. 11, according to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a base station, including: a cleaning sheet delivery device, a transfer assembly 210 and a base 220 according to any of the above-described embodiments.
One end of the transfer assembly 210 is connected to the cleaning towel delivery device, and the other end is connected to the base 220.
In the base station provided by this embodiment, when the cleaning device needs to replace the cleaning towel, the cleaning device can move to the base 220 of the base station, and the cleaning towel output by the cleaning towel transmission device can be delivered to the base 220 through the delivery assembly 210, so that the cleaning device can obtain the clean cleaning towel.
The accommodating space 111 is formed in the housing 110 of the cleaning towel conveying device, so that the cleaning towels can be arranged in the accommodating space 111 in a stacking mode, when the cleaning towels need to be replaced, the transmission piece 120 can be opened, the transmission piece 120 can be in contact with the cleaning towels stacked in the accommodating space 111, the cleaning towel output value can be out of the housing 110 under the action of friction force, the cleaning towels can be further replaced by the cleaning device, the whole cleaning towel conveying process does not need to be provided with devices for cutting the cleaning towels, the structure of the cleaning towel output device can be greatly simplified, the structure of the cleaning towel output device is simpler, the cost of the cleaning towel output device can be reduced, and the reliability of the cleaning towel output device is improved.
The cleaning towels can be arranged in the accommodating space 111 in a stacking mode, on one hand, the cleaning towels to be replaced do not need to be designed into a cylindrical shape, devices for cutting the cleaning towels do not need to be arranged, and the mechanical structure of the cleaning towel conveying device is facilitated to be simplified; on the other hand, a plurality of cleaning towels are not required to be bonded by glue solution, so that the requirements on the cleaning towels can be greatly reduced, and the replacement cost of the cleaning towels can be favorably reduced; on the other hand, it can be understood that the cleaning towel output device provided by the embodiment of the present application can be stacked in the accommodating space 111 again after cleaning the old cleaning towel, so that the reuse of the cleaning towel can be realized, the cost can be further reduced, and the cleaning towel output device is more environment-friendly.
The cleaning towel conveying device provided by the embodiment can convey the cleaning towel output through the housing 110 to the base 220 through the arrangement of the conveying assembly 210, so that the cleaning device can conveniently acquire the clean cleaning towel output through the housing 110 for replacement.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, in some examples, the transport assembly 210 includes: a transfer passage 211 and a transfer member; wherein, one end of the transmission channel is connected with the cleaning towel conveying device, and the other end is communicated with the base 220; the transfer member is disposed in the transfer passage 211.
The conveying assembly 210 comprises a conveying channel 211 and a conveying member, and the cleaning towel conveyed by the cleaning towel output device can be conveyed through the conveying channel 211 by the arrangement of the conveying channel 211, so that the cleaning towel can be conveyed in a relatively closed space, the cleanliness of the cleaning towel can be ensured, and the cleaning towel can be prevented from being blocked in the conveying assembly 210; the conveying piece can provide power for the movement of the cleaning towel, so that the cleaning towel is conveniently conveyed into the base 220, and the cleaning device can conveniently pick up the clean cleaning towel.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, in some examples, in order to increase the effective storage volume of the accommodating space 111 and provide a space for the cleaning device to replace the cleaning cloth, the conveying passage 211 may be disposed at one side of the housing 110, the housing 110 may be disposed at the middle upper portion of the conveying passage 211, and the base 220 may be disposed at the bottom of the housing 110, and the base 220 may form a space for the cleaning device to replace the cleaning cloth between the housing 110.
As shown in fig. 11, in some examples, to facilitate the cleaning device resting on the base 220, the side of the base 220 facing the housing 110 may be beveled.
In some examples, when the cleaning device is equipped with a stored energy power source, a charging device may also be mounted on the base 220 to facilitate charging the cleaning device.
In some examples, the transfer member includes: a first guide roller 212 and a second guide roller 213, and a gap is formed between the second guide roller 213 and the first guide roller 212, the gap facing the conveyance path of the cleaning sheet conveyance device.
The conveying member may include a first guide roller 212 and a second guide roller 213, and the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213 may grip the cleaning sheet fed through the cleaning sheet feeding device to provide a moving power to the fed cleaning sheet.
And the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213 may be made of a rubber material in order to increase the frictional force between the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213 and the cleaning sheet.
In some examples, a transmission driving member 170 may be further included, and the transmission driving member 170 is connected to the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213, and drives the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213 to rotate.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, in some examples, the transfer member further includes: and the second adjusting member 214 is connected to the first guide roller 212 and/or the second guide roller 213 and is used for driving the first guide roller 212 and/or the second guide roller 213 to move so as to adjust the size of the gap.
Through the arrangement of the second adjusting member 214, the first guide roller 212 and/or the second guide roller 213 can be driven to move, and then the size of the gap between the two can be adjusted, so that the cleaning towels can be ensured to pass through the conveying channel 211, and the guiding and conveying functions can be achieved, and the base 220 can be suitable for cleaning towels with different thicknesses.
In some examples, the second adjusting member 214 may include a pressing plate 2141 and an adjusting rod 2142, the pressing plate 2141 is fixedly disposed at one end of the conveying channel 211, and the adjusting rod 2142 passes through the pressing plate 2141 to abut on the first guide roller 212 or the second guide roller 213, and the size of the gap between the first guide roller 212 and the second guide roller 213 may be controlled by adjusting the position of the adjusting rod 2142.
In some examples, the transfer member includes: and a conveyor belt disposed in the conveyor passage 211 for conveying the cleaning sheet conveyed by the cleaning sheet conveying device to the base 220.
The conveyor may also comprise a conveyor belt by which the cleaning sheets may also be provided with motive force for movement and which facilitates control of the direction of movement of the cleaning sheets.
As shown in fig. 11, in some examples, the base station further includes: a cleaning-towel replacing port 230 provided on the base 220; and a receiving compartment 240 disposed within the base 220.
The base 220 is provided with a cleaning towel replacing port 230, so that the cleaning device can pick up clean cleaning towels through the cleaning towel replacing port 230 conveniently, and the cleaning device can replace the cleaning towels conveniently; the base 220 is provided with a containing cabin 240, and the old cleaning towel replaced by the cleaning device can be contained in the containing cabin 240, so that the same storage of the long-time cleaning towel is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 12, according to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a cleaning device including: a cleaning body 310; the base station of any one of the above technical solutions is used for conveying the cleaning towel to be replaced for the cleaning body 310.
In the cleaning device provided by this embodiment, when the cleaning body 310 needs to be replaced with a cleaning towel, the cleaning body 310 can be moved to the base 220 of the base station, and the cleaning towel output by the cleaning towel transmission device can be delivered to the base 220 through the transmission assembly 210, so that the cleaning body 310 can obtain a clean cleaning towel.
The accommodating space 111 is formed in the housing 110 of the cleaning towel conveying device, so that the cleaning towels can be arranged in the accommodating space 111 in a stacking mode, when the cleaning towels need to be replaced, the transmission piece 120 can be opened, the transmission piece 120 can be in contact with the cleaning towels stacked in the accommodating space 111, the cleaning towel output value can be out of the housing 110 under the action of friction force, the cleaning towels can be further replaced by the cleaning device, the whole cleaning towel conveying process does not need to be provided with devices for cutting the cleaning towels, the structure of the cleaning towel output device can be greatly simplified, the structure of the cleaning towel output device is simpler, the cost of the cleaning towel output device can be reduced, and the reliability of the cleaning towel output device is improved.
The cleaning towels can be arranged in the accommodating space 111 in a stacking mode, on one hand, the cleaning towels to be replaced do not need to be designed into a cylindrical shape, devices for cutting the cleaning towels do not need to be arranged, and the mechanical structure of the cleaning towel conveying device is facilitated to be simplified; on the other hand, a plurality of cleaning towels are not required to be bonded by glue solution, so that the requirements on the cleaning towels can be greatly reduced, and the replacement cost of the cleaning towels can be favorably reduced; on the other hand, it can be understood that the cleaning towel output device provided by the embodiment of the present application can be stacked in the accommodating space 111 again after cleaning the old cleaning towel, so that the reuse of the cleaning towel can be realized, the cost can be further reduced, and the cleaning towel output device is more environment-friendly.
In some examples, the cleaning body 310 may be a sweeping robot, or a mopping robot.
It will be appreciated that the cleaning apparatus may further comprise a cleaning-towel replacing unit by which the cleaning body can be subjected to removal of a long cleaning towel and replacement of a new cleaning towel.

Claims (14)

1. A wipe delivery device, comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a shell, a cleaning piece and a handle, wherein an accommodating space is formed in the shell and is used for accommodating the cleaning piece;
the transmission piece is arranged in the accommodating space at least partially and is used for outputting the cleaning towel out of the shell through friction force.
2. The wipe delivery device according to claim 1, wherein the transport member comprises:
the conveying roller is arranged in the accommodating space and is positioned on one side of the cleaning towel conveying port arranged on the shell;
and the driving piece is connected to the conveying roller and used for driving the conveying roller to rotate.
3. The wipe delivery device of claim 1, further comprising:
the first adjusting piece is connected to the shell and/or the transmission piece and used for driving at least one of the shell and the transmission piece to move so as to reduce the distance between the shell and the transmission piece.
4. The wipe delivery device according to claim 3, further comprising:
the casing sets up on the support frame.
5. The wipe delivery device according to claim 4, wherein the first adjustment member comprises:
the first spring is hinged to the supporting frame, one end of the first spring is connected to the supporting frame, the other end of the first spring is connected to the shell, and the first spring is used for driving the shell to rotate so as to reduce the distance between the inner wall of the shell and the transmission piece.
6. The wipe delivery device according to claim 4, wherein the first adjustment member comprises:
and the second spring is arranged between the shell and the supporting frame and used for applying elastic force to the shell so as to enable the shell to move towards the direction close to the transmission piece.
7. The wipe delivery device according to claim 4, wherein the first adjustment member comprises:
the push rod is arranged between the shell and the supporting frame and used for applying thrust to the shell so that the shell moves towards the direction close to the transmission piece.
8. The wipe delivery device according to claim 4, wherein the first adjustment member is arranged between the transport member and the support member for driving the transport member in movement for reducing the distance between the housing and the transport member.
9. The wipe delivery device according to claim 4, further comprising:
one end of the first guide piece is arranged on the support frame, and the other end of the first guide piece extends into the accommodating space;
and the second guide part is connected to the support frame, and a transmission channel is formed between the first guide part and the second guide part.
10. A base station, comprising:
a wipe delivery device according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
one end of the conveying assembly is communicated with the cleaning towel conveying device;
and the base is connected to the other end of the conveying assembly.
11. The base station of claim 10, wherein the transmitting component comprises:
one end of the conveying channel is connected with the cleaning towel conveying device, and the other end of the conveying channel is communicated with the base;
a transfer member disposed within the transfer passage.
12. The base station of claim 11, wherein the transmitter comprises:
a first guide roller and a second guide roller having a gap formed therebetween, the gap facing a conveyance path of the cleaning sheet conveyance device;
the second adjusting piece is connected with the first guide roller and/or the second guide roller and is used for driving the first guide roller and/or the second guide roller to move so as to adjust the size of the gap; and/or
A conveyor belt disposed in the conveyor passage for conveying the cleaning sheet conveyed by the cleaning sheet conveying device to the base.
13. The base station of claim 10, further comprising:
the cleaning towel replacing port is formed in the base;
a containment compartment disposed within the base.
14. A cleaning device, comprising:
cleaning the body;
a base station according to any one of claims 10 to 13, for delivering a cleaning wipe to be replaced to the cleaning body.
