Referring to fig. 1-4, a multi-core flat cable fusion welding device comprises a case 1, wherein two horizontal guide rails 2 are symmetrically installed in the case 1, two overturning guide rails 3 are symmetrically and rotatably installed at two ends of each horizontal guide rail 2, a plurality of conveyors 4 are respectively and slidably installed on each horizontal guide rail 2 and the two overturning guide rails 3 on the same side, a sliding port 41 is formed in each conveyor 4, a plurality of controllable rods 7 are symmetrically and slidably inserted in each conveyor 4, a fixed frame 71 is commonly installed at the upper ends of the controllable rods 7, a return spring 72 is sleeved on each controllable rod 7, two ends of each return spring 72 are respectively fixed on the bottom wall of the fixed frame 71 and the upper surface of each conveyor 4, a flat cable positioning block 8 is fixedly inserted in each fixed frame 71, each flat cable positioning block 8 is slidably inserted in the corresponding sliding port 41, a melting groove 22 is formed in the upper surface of each horizontal guide rail 2, a wire core positioning plate 5 is arranged at the notch of each melting groove 22;

when the flat cable positioning block 8 moves downwards, the wire cores passing through the positioning conical ring 82 below the flat cable positioning block 8 are accurately inserted into the plurality of wire core beam splitting holes 51, so that the plurality of wire cores of the flat cable are separated to avoid mutual interference, the wire cores entering the wire core beam splitting holes 51 are gathered and folded under the extrusion of the beam-gathering conical ring 52, so that the plurality of wire cores of each wire of the flat cable are folded and then pass through the beam-gathering conical ring 52 to extend into the melt tank 22, and the molten soldering tin material in the melt tank 22 is attached to the wire cores to start fusion welding;
when winding displacement locating piece 8 moved up, drive the winding displacement and shift up, then the sinle silk was extracted from sinle silk beam splitting hole 51, when then sinle silk shifts up and extracts, the cone ring 52 of bundling strikes off unnecessary solder around the sinle silk, only makes the inside solder of sinle silk adhere to, then when the sinle silk breaks away from cone ring 52 of bundling, the solder cools off the sinle silk welding fast for all sinle silks at winding displacement both ends are welded simultaneously, realize the quick welding of winding displacement sinle silk, and efficiency is better and convenient operation, need not spot welding one by one.

the heating temperature of the melt heating coil 62 is higher than that of the feeding heating coil 63, the heating temperature of the melt heating coil 62 is higher than the melting point of the solder, so that the solder in the average material pipe 6 and the melt groove 22 is always fluid, the welding failure caused by solidification is avoided, the heating temperature of the feeding heating coil 63 is equal to the melting point of the solder, and the solder entering the feeding pipe 61 can be quickly melted for supplement;
the wire feeding wheel 14 is controlled by a servo motor, and after the conveyor 4 transports the flat cable for welding at every time, the wire feeding wheel 14 rotates to convey linear solder on the solder wire roller 12 to the feeding pipe 61, so that the linear solder can be supplemented after being consumed by welding at every time, the amount of the solder in the melting tank 22 is kept all the time, and the welding quality of the flat cable wire core is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of horizontal guide grooves 21 and turnover guide grooves 31 are symmetrically formed in the side walls of each of the horizontal guide rails 2 and the turnover guide rails 3, each of the horizontal guide grooves 21 is aligned with the corresponding turnover guide groove 31, and each of the conveyors 4 is slidably fitted over the horizontal guide grooves 21 and the turnover guide grooves 31;

When the conveyor 4 moves to the horizontal guide rail 2, the electromagnetic plate 73 is powered off and loses magnetic force, the two fastening clamping plates 91 clamp the flat cable under the action of the elastic sheet 92, the conveyor 4 conveys the flat cable to the position right above the melting tank 22, then the controllable rod 7 is controlled to move downwards, the fixing frame 71 drives the flat cable positioning block 8 to move downwards, the flat cable positioning block 8 enables the flat cable to downwards insert the flat cable into the cable core beam splitting hole 51 of the cable core positioning plate 5, the flat cable is bundled in the cable core beam splitting hole 51 and then is gathered under the action of the beam splitting conical ring 52 and extends into the melting tank 22 to be contacted with molten solder, and then the solder attached to the flat cable core starts welding.
The conveyor 4 is in contact with the controllable rod 7, and the reset spring 72 pushes the fixing frame 71 to move upwards, so that the flat cable positioning block 8 drives the flat cable to move upwards, namely the flat cable is driven to be pulled out of the cable core beam splitting hole 51, the cable core scrapes off redundant solder at the lower end of the beam-concentrating conical ring 52 and is separated from the cable core beam splitting hole 51 to be cooled and solidified, and welding is achieved.
The conveyor 4 drives the welding-completed flat cable to move to the turnover guide rail 3 on the other side, the electromagnetic plate 73 is electrified, the fastening clamping plate 91 is loosened, the turnover guide rail 3 drives the conveyor 4 to rotate reversely, the flat cable is separated from the conveyor 4 downwards, and automatic blanking is achieved.
