Optionally, for the auditing structure of the operator, the guardian and the on-duty responsible person in the electrical operation task, when the capability evaluation is performed, evaluation can be performed for different operation combinations, namely, the operation combinations formed by different operators, guardians and on-duty responsible persons, specifically, the operation capability evaluation result of each person is obtained by independent evaluation, and then superposition is performed according to the personnel composition in the operation combinations, so that the capability evaluation of different operation combinations is realized, and more comprehensive and abundant personnel capability evaluation results are obtained.
S400, performing operation matching on the operation capacity evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result, and determining an optimal operator.
After the operation capability evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result are obtained through automatic evaluation, matching is further conducted between the alternative operators and the target operation, namely the operation capability evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation are further conducted for operation matching, the best operator is further confirmed from all the alternative operators, namely the alternative operator which is the best matched with the current target operation and has the strongest operation capability is further confirmed, the reliability of completion of the target operation is ensured, the problems of operation omission and the like caused by unskilled operators are avoided, and the safety of operation of the electric appliance is improved.
In one embodiment, step S400 includes:
confirming the difficulty level of the target operation according to the operation difficulty evaluation result;
confirming the capability level of each alternative operator according to the operation capability evaluation result;
and performing operation matching on the difficulty level of the target operation and the capability level of each alternative operator to determine the optimal operator.
In this embodiment, when the best operator is determined, the difficulty level of the target operation and the capability level of each candidate operator are respectively determined according to the operation difficulty evaluation result and the operation capability evaluation result obtained through quantitative evaluation, specifically, the operation difficulty evaluation result and the operation capability evaluation result are both represented by quantized scores, so that a difficulty level division table may be preset, a plurality of difficulty levels (for example, from one-level difficulty to five-level difficulty) are correspondingly stored in the difficulty level division table, each difficulty level corresponds to a score range, the difficulty level of the target operation is determined according to the score range of the operation difficulty evaluation result, and similarly, a capability level division table may be preset, and the capability level of each candidate operator is determined according to the score range of the operation capability evaluation result.
Then, further performing operation matching according to the confirmed difficulty level and the confirmed ability level, specifically, comparing the ability level with the difficulty level, confirming a target operator with the ability level being greater than or equal to the difficulty level in each candidate operator according to a comparison result, namely, screening to obtain the candidate operator with the ability level being greater than or equal to the difficulty level as a target operator, ensuring that the ability of the target operator is enough to support the normal completion of the target operation, and further ranking the operation ability evaluation values of each target operator after screening to obtain the target operator due to the possible existence of a plurality of target operators, wherein the operation ability evaluation values are obtained by matching the associated operation data in the historical operation data and can represent the experience abundance of the operators on the similar operation, so that the target operator with the highest operation ability evaluation value is determined as the best operator, the capacity and the difficulty of an operator can be matched with those of an operation task, the most abundant operation experience is provided for the same operation, the electrical operation task can be completed completely and reliably, and the safety of electrical operation is improved.
In one embodiment, after confirming the difficulty level of the target operation according to the operation difficulty evaluation result, the method further includes:
confirming whether the target operation is a preset special type operation or not to obtain a type confirmation result;
obtaining guarantee measures corresponding to all steps in the target operation in a preset database according to the type confirmation result and the difficulty level;
and generating a safety configuration scheme of the target operation according to the safeguard measures.
In the embodiment, in order to further ensure the reliability in the target operation process, after the difficulty level of the target operation is confirmed, whether the target operation is a preset special type operation is further confirmed, such as the starting operation of new equipment, and the like, then, based on the target operation with different difficulty levels and whether the target operation is a special type operation, corresponding safeguards need to be set for each step in the target operation, and particularly, flexible calling and combination are carried out in a preset database according to the type confirmation result and the difficulty level, to generate a safety configuration scheme matched with the target operation, realize a flexible and only operation guarantee scheme, generate corresponding safety guarantee requirements for the target operation under different conditions in a targeted manner, so that the optimal operator must subsequently perform each step in the actual operation under the requirement of the safety configuration scheme, and further ensure the safety and reliability in the electric operation execution process.
For example, when the target operation is not a special type operation and the difficulty level is one level, the generated security configuration scheme can be completed only by executing the operation ticket; when the target operation is not a special type operation and the difficulty level is five, the generated safety configuration scheme is a safeguard measure in multiple aspects such as operator identity matching, guardian identity matching, AR check equipment double editing, voice recognition guardian ticket singing, operation of whole-process video recording and the like; when the target is operated in a special type, for example, when a new device is started to operate, on the basis of a safeguard measure corresponding to the difficulty level of the new device, a measure for waiting for scheduling and ordering needs to be additionally added, namely, before each step is executed or a preset key step is executed, an operator cannot directly execute the operation according to an operation order, and the next step can be executed only after the system receives a scheduling instruction, so that the risk that the operator performs misoperation possibly through oral confirmation because all operation steps are generated by the operation order is avoided, and the safety guarantee when the special type operation is executed is ensured.
And S500, performing electronic ticket writing according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the optimal operator, and outputting an electronic operation ticket.
After the optimal operator or the optimal operation combination is determined based on the matching of the operation difficulty evaluation result and the operation capability evaluation result, the electronic ticket writing can be performed in the operation ticket system according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the optimal operator, the electronic operation ticket is output after corresponding data is automatically written in, the optimal operator or the optimal operation combination is downloaded, the corresponding target operation is executed according to the electronic operation ticket, the automatic ticket writing process with higher matching degree is realized, and the safety guarantee of the electrical operation is improved.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a matching ticket writing device based on an electronic operation ticket, as shown in fig. 2, the device 1 includes:
the analysis module 11 is configured to receive an operation instruction and analyze the operation instruction to obtain a target operation, a target device, and an operation time in the operation instruction;
the first evaluation module 12 is configured to perform difficulty evaluation on the target operation according to the target device and the operation time to obtain an operation difficulty evaluation result;
the second evaluation module 13 is configured to evaluate the capability of each candidate operator in the preset personnel database to obtain an operation capability evaluation result;
the matching module 14 is configured to perform operation matching on the operation capability evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result to determine an optimal operator;
and the ticket writing module 15 is used for performing electronic ticket writing according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the optimal operator and outputting an electronic operation ticket.
The analysis module 11, the first evaluation module 12, the second evaluation module 13, the matching module 14, and the ticket writing module 15 are connected in sequence, the module referred to in the present invention refers to a series of computer program instruction segments capable of completing a specific function, and is more suitable for describing an execution process of matching ticket writing based on an electronic operation ticket than a program, and the specific implementation manner of each module refers to the corresponding method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a matching ticket writing system based on an electronic operation ticket, as shown in fig. 3, the system 10 includes:
one or more processors 110 and a memory 120, where one processor 110 is illustrated in fig. 3, the processor 110 and the memory 120 may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is illustrated in fig. 3.
The memory 120 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the matching ticket writing method based on electronic operation tickets in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 110 executes various functional applications and data processing of the system 10 by executing the nonvolatile software programs, instructions and units stored in the memory 120, that is, implements the matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket in the above method embodiment.
The memory 120 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the system 10, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 120 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 110, which may be connected to system 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more units are stored in the memory 120, and when executed by the one or more processors 110, perform the electronic operation ticket-based matching ticket writing method in any of the above-described method embodiments, for example, perform the above-described method steps S100 to S500 in fig. 1.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, for example, to perform method steps S100-S500 of fig. 1 described above.
By way of example, non-volatile storage media can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically erasable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in many forms such as Synchronous RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double data rate SDRAM (DDR SDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Sync Link DRAM (SLDRAM), and Rambus RAM. The disclosed memory components or memory of the operating environment described herein are intended to comprise one or more of these and/or any other suitable types of memory.
In summary, in the matching ticket writing method, device, system and medium based on the electronic operation ticket disclosed by the present invention, the method obtains the target operation, the target device and the operation time in the operation instruction by receiving and analyzing the operation instruction; performing difficulty evaluation on target operation according to the target equipment and the operation time to obtain an operation difficulty evaluation result; carrying out capability evaluation on each alternative operator in a preset personnel library to obtain an operation capability evaluation result; performing operation matching on the operation capacity evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result to determine an optimal operator; and E, performing electronic ticket writing according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the optimal operator, and outputting the electronic operation ticket. And matching the operation task with the operator based on the operation difficulty evaluation result and the operation capability evaluation result to obtain the best operator for subsequent electronic ticket writing, so that the matching degree between the operator and the operation task is ensured while the ticket is efficiently written, and the safety of the electrical operation is ensured.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.) through a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program may include the processes of the above method embodiments when executed. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, a floppy disk, a flash memory, an optical memory, etc.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A matching ticket writing method based on an electronic operation ticket is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an operation instruction and analyzing to obtain target operation, target equipment and operation time in the operation instruction;
performing difficulty evaluation on the target operation according to the target equipment and the operation time to obtain an operation difficulty evaluation result;
carrying out capability evaluation on each alternative operator in a preset personnel library to obtain an operation capability evaluation result;
performing operation matching on the operation capacity evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result to determine an optimal operator;
and E, performing electronic ticket writing according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the optimal operator, and outputting an electronic operation ticket.
2. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the performing difficulty evaluation on the target operation according to the target device and the operation time to obtain an operation difficulty evaluation result comprises:
calling a reference difficulty value corresponding to the target operation from a preset database;
obtaining operation environment information of the target operation according to the operation time, and obtaining an environment difficulty value after matching the operation environment information with a preset first evaluation table;
acquiring state information of the target equipment, and obtaining a state difficulty value after matching the state information with a preset second evaluation table, wherein the state information comprises factory data, operation data and overhaul data;
and calculating to obtain the operation difficulty evaluation result according to the reference difficulty value, the environment difficulty value and the state difficulty value.
3. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the operation environment information of the target operation according to the operation time and the matching of the operation environment information with a preset first evaluation table to obtain an environment difficulty value comprises:
acquiring corresponding weather data according to the operation time;
calling operation content and historical operation data of the target operation from a preset database;
estimating the operation time period and the operation duration of the target operation according to the historical operation data;
respectively matching the weather data, the operation content, the operation time period and the operation duration with the first evaluation table to obtain a weather influence value, a content influence value, a time period influence value and a duration influence value;
and calculating to obtain the environment difficulty value according to the weather influence value, the content influence value, the time period influence value and the duration influence value.
4. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the performance evaluation of each candidate operator in the preset personnel database to obtain the operation performance evaluation result comprises:
acquiring position data, historical operation data and additional capacity data of each alternative operator in a preset personnel database;
screening the historical operation data to obtain associated operation data of the same type as the target operation;
respectively matching the associated operation data, the position data and the additional capacity data with a preset third evaluation table to obtain an operation capacity evaluation value, a position capacity evaluation value and an additional capacity evaluation value;
and calculating the operation capability evaluation result of each alternative operator according to the operation capability evaluation value, the position capability evaluation value and the additional capability evaluation value.
5. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 4, wherein the operation matching of the operation capability evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result to determine the best operator comprises:
confirming the difficulty level of the target operation according to the operation difficulty evaluation result;
confirming the capability level of each alternative operator according to the operation capability evaluation result;
and performing operation matching on the difficulty level of the target operation and the capability level of each alternative operator to determine the optimal operator.
6. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 5, wherein the operation matching of the difficulty level of the target operation and the capability level of each candidate operator to determine the best operator comprises:
comparing the capability rating to the difficulty rating;
confirming the target operator with the capability grade being larger than or equal to the difficulty grade in each alternative operator according to the comparison result;
and sequencing the operation capability evaluation values of the target operators, and determining the target operator corresponding to the highest operation capability evaluation value as the optimal operator.
7. The matching ticket writing method based on the electronic operation ticket as claimed in claim 5, further comprising after confirming the difficulty level of the target operation according to the operation difficulty evaluation result:
confirming whether the target operation is a preset special type operation or not to obtain a type confirmation result;
obtaining guarantee measures corresponding to all steps in the target operation in a preset database according to the type confirmation result and the difficulty level;
and generating a safety configuration scheme of the target operation according to the safeguard measures.
8. A matching ticket writing device based on an electronic operation ticket is characterized by comprising:
the analysis module is used for receiving the operation instruction and analyzing to obtain the target operation, the target equipment and the operation time in the operation instruction;
the first evaluation module is used for carrying out difficulty evaluation on the target operation according to the target equipment and the operation time to obtain an operation difficulty evaluation result;
the second evaluation module is used for evaluating the capability of each alternative operator in the preset personnel library to obtain an operation capability evaluation result;
the matching module is used for performing operation matching on the operation capacity evaluation result and the operation difficulty evaluation result to determine an optimal operator;
and the ticket writing module is used for performing electronic ticket writing according to the target operation, the target equipment, the operation time and the best operator and outputting an electronic operation ticket.
9. A matching ticket writing system based on electronic operation tickets, characterized in that the system comprises at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the electronic ticket-based matching writing method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the electronic-ticket-based matching ticket writing method of any one of claims 1-7.
