Fig. 2 is a flowchart of steps of acquiring work task data by the power distribution network dispatching work task difficulty grading method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring the work task data from the database of the power distribution network specifically includes:
s11, acquiring a task operation list from a database of the power distribution network;
s12, acquiring data for calculating task scores and data for calculating task difficulty coefficients from the content recorded in the task operation list;
and S13, converting the data for calculating the task score and the data for calculating the task difficulty coefficient into the score for calculating the task score and the task difficulty coefficient according to the obtained data for calculating the task score and the data for calculating the task difficulty coefficient, and obtaining the task score of the work task according to a task score calculation formula.
In this embodiment, the task score calculation formulas for the power outage overhaul task, the power supply transfer task, the fault log task, and the secondary device task are respectively as follows: the task score of the power failure maintenance task is the number score of the power failure maintenance tasks plus the starting case score of the power failure maintenance tasks; the task score of the power transfer task is equal to the quantity score of the power transfer task; the task score of the fault log task is equal to the number score of the fault log tasks; and the task score of the secondary equipment task is the number score of the secondary equipment task.
In the embodiment of the invention, the database of the power distribution network comprises task operation lists (such as a correlation fault list, a power failure overhaul list, a power supply transfer list and the like) and reclosing mode lists (such as historical operation times) of dispatchers.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the task difficulty grades of the task difficulty scores of the power failure overhaul task, the power supply transfer task, the fault log task and the secondary equipment task are graded as follows:
grading the task difficulty grade according to the I grade of more than 6, the II grade of 3-6 and the III grade of less than or equal to 3;
grading the task difficulty grade according to the task difficulty grade values of the I grade of more than 4.8, the II grade of 2.4-4.8 and the III grade of less than or equal to 2.4;
grading the task difficulty grades of the task difficulty scores of the fault log tasks according to the I grade of more than 2.88, the II grade of 2-2.88 and the III grade of less than or equal to 2;
and grading the task difficulty grades of the task difficulty scores of the secondary equipment tasks according to the I grade of more than 3.6, the II grade of 2-3.6 and the III grade of less than or equal to 2.
In this embodiment, task difficulty level grades of four tasks, namely, an outage overhaul task, a power supply transfer task, a fault log task, and a secondary device task, are described in a grading manner, and the first task is for the outage overhaul task:
the calculations regarding the task score are: and the task score of the power failure maintenance task is the number score of the power failure maintenance tasks plus the starting case score of the power failure maintenance tasks. The quantity score of the power failure maintenance tasks is judged according to the safety measures of the primary equipment and the required quantity of the secondary equipment recorded in the power failure maintenance operation list, for example: in the form of ","; an "or". "is a set of fields, and 1 set of fields is 1 point, so that the number score of the blackout overhaul tasks is obtained. The starting division score of the power failure maintenance task is calculated according to whether a starting scheme is recorded in the application notes of the power failure maintenance operation list, for example: the starting scheme is available, and the value of the starting scheme of the power failure maintenance task is 1.2 points; and (4) a starting scheme is not adopted, the value of the starting scheme of the power failure overhaul task is 1 point, and the value of the starting scheme of the power failure overhaul task is obtained.
The difficulty coefficient is calculated according to the safety measures of primary equipment of the power failure maintenance operation list and whether the same-pole erection is recorded in other request opinion application notes, and if the same-pole erection exists, the difficulty coefficient of a power failure maintenance task is 1.2; the same pole erection is not needed, and the difficulty coefficient of the power failure maintenance task is 1.
The task difficulty score of the power failure maintenance task is (the number score of the power failure maintenance tasks + the starting scheme score of the power failure maintenance tasks) and the difficulty coefficient of the power failure maintenance tasks.
The classification of the power failure maintenance tasks is that the classification is carried out according to the task difficulty score of the power failure maintenance tasks, wherein the I grade is larger than 6, the II grade is 3-6, and the III grade is smaller than or equal to 3.
The second is for the switching power supply task:
the calculations regarding the task score are: and (4) the task score of the power transfer task is equal to the quantity score of the power transfer tasks. The number score of the power transfer tasks is judged according to the number of operation steps recorded in the power transfer operation list, for example: and taking one step as a quantity unit, and obtaining a quantity score of the power transfer tasks when 1 quantity is equal to 1.
The difficulty coefficient is calculated according to the judgment whether loop closing is recorded in the power supply switching operation list, and if the judgment is yes, the difficulty coefficient of the power supply switching task is 1.2; if the judgment result is no, the difficulty coefficient of the power supply switching task is 1.
And the task difficulty score of the power transfer tasks is equal to the quantity score of the power transfer tasks and the difficulty coefficient of the power transfer tasks.
The classification of the power transfer tasks is divided according to the task difficulty score of the power transfer tasks, wherein the I grade is larger than 4.8, the II grade is 2.4-4.8, and the III grade is smaller than or equal to 2.4.
Third for the fault logging task:
the calculations regarding the task score are: the task score of the fault log task is the number score of the fault log tasks. The number score of the fault log task is determined according to the trip switch and loss load recorded in the fault log operation list, for example: the trip switch in the station is 1.2 minutes, and the trip switch outside the station is 1 minute; the loss load is more than or equal to 3MW and is equal to 1.4 points, 1-3 MW and is equal to 1.2 points, and 0-1 MW and is equal to 1 point, so that the quantity score of the fault log tasks is obtained.
The calculation of the difficulty coefficient is to judge according to the action type of the fault list recorded in the fault log operation list, and if no reclosing/reclosing is unsuccessful, the difficulty coefficient of the fault log task is 1.2; if the reclosing is successful, the difficulty coefficient of the fault log task is 1.
The task difficulty score of the fault log task is the number score of the fault log tasks and the difficulty coefficient of the fault log tasks.
The classification of the fault log tasks is divided according to the task difficulty score of the fault log tasks, wherein the I grade is larger than 2.88, the II grade is 2-2.88, and the III grade is smaller than or equal to 2.
Fourth for secondary device tasks:
the calculations regarding the task score are: and the task score of the secondary equipment task is the number score of the secondary equipment task. The quantity score of the secondary equipment tasks is judged according to the quantity of the lines exiting the reclosing, which is recorded in the reclosing mode operation list, for example: and taking one line as a quantity unit, and obtaining the quantity score of the secondary equipment tasks by 1 quantity-1.
The difficulty coefficient is calculated according to whether the reclosing mode operation order records that whether the long throw is available or not for judgment, if the long throw is available, the difficulty coefficient of the secondary equipment task is 1.2; if the remote switch is not available, the difficulty coefficient of the task of the secondary equipment is 1.
The task difficulty score of the secondary equipment task is the number score of the secondary equipment task and the difficulty coefficient of the secondary equipment task.
The classification of the secondary equipment tasks is divided according to the task difficulty score of the secondary equipment tasks, wherein the I grade is larger than 3.6, the II grade is 2-3.6, and the III grade is smaller than or equal to 2.
