the shelf lifting assembly comprises a plurality of vertical guide rails which are embedded in foaming layers of two side walls of the refrigerating chamber, a shelf lifting block which can move up and down in the guide rails is slidably mounted on the side of the guide rails, a roller bearing is mounted on the side face of the shelf lifting block, and a shelf clamping groove is rotatably mounted at one end, far away from the shelf lifting block, of the roller bearing.
