Abstract

本发明公开了一种直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,包括燃气锅炉、低氮燃烧机、节能器、喷淋式烟气热量回收器、喷淋式空气加热加湿器、风机、输送水泵、回水泵、板式换热器;燃气锅炉排烟口通过节能器与喷淋式烟气热量回收器内腔连通,喷淋式烟气热量回收器内的烟气经第一喷淋管喷出的冷却水降温后,自喷淋式烟气热量回收器顶部的烟囱排放至大气;被加热的冷却水一路通过第一输送水泵送入喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的第二喷淋管中,对进入喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的燃气锅炉助燃空气温度加热,另一路通过第二输送水泵送入板式换热器。本发明解决了FGR技术所造成的燃气锅炉出力下降、热效率下降的问题,达到NOx低于30mg/Nm3的排放标准。

Description

直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气锅炉燃烧系统,尤其是涉及直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统。
背景技术
为降低燃气锅炉尾气中的氮氧化物,目前多采取FGR(烟气再循环)技术, 即通过引入部分锅炉尾气回流至锅炉炉膛内,达到增加炉膛内烟气流速、降低炉膛内氮气浓度、氧气浓度、温度来抑制氮氧化物的生产;同时,采取单独的间接换热冷凝式节能器来降低尾气温度,实现热量回收。其存在的不足是:1、引入锅炉尾气回流至锅炉炉膛内,导致进入炉膛内的燃料和空气量下降、换热效率降低,造成锅炉产汽量下降、热效率降低;2、造成燃烧火焰不稳定,CO含量较高;3、回燃烟气中有冷凝水产生,会腐蚀燃烧机;4、锅炉低负荷运行时,无法保证氮氧化物达标排放;5、锅炉与热量回收装置为两个设备,控制复杂,占地面积大。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,以降低锅炉尾气排放中的氮氧化物,提高燃气锅炉热效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,包括燃气锅炉、低氮燃烧机、节能器、喷淋式烟气热量回收器、喷淋式空气加热加湿器、风机、输送水泵、回水泵、板式换热器;所述燃气锅炉排烟口通过所述节能器与所述喷淋式烟气热量回收器内腔连通,所述节能器用于将烟气降温后送入喷淋式烟气热量回收器,喷淋式烟气热量回收器内的烟气经第一喷淋管喷出的冷却水降温后,自喷淋式烟气热量回收器顶部的烟囱排放至大气;被加热的所述冷却水一路通过第一输送水泵送入所述喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的第二喷淋管中,对进入喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的燃气锅炉助燃空气温度加热,被加热的所述助燃空气自淋式空气加热加湿器顶部的送风管道和风机送入所述低氮燃烧机,降温后的冷却水通过回水泵送入所述第一喷淋管喷;另一路通过第二输送水泵送入所述板式换热器管程,与板式换热器壳程中的软水换热降温后送入所述第一喷淋管喷,加温后的所述软水送至燃气锅炉的除氧器或其它用热端。
进一步地,在所述节能器出口与所述烟囱之间设置有排烟旁路管道,所述排烟旁路管道上设置有排烟电动蝶阀。
进一步地,在所述喷淋式空气加热加湿器的助燃空气入口与所述送风管道之间,设置有助燃空气旁路管道,所述助燃空气旁路管道上设置有助燃空气电动蝶阀。
本发明优点在于解决了FGR技术所造成的燃气锅炉出力下降、热效率下降的问题,燃气锅炉及低氮燃烧机不用做任何改动,即可达到NOx低于30mg/Nm3的排放标准。提高了燃气锅炉系统整体热效率,使燃气锅炉系统整体效率提高5-8%,运行更加安全稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
本发明所述的直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,包括燃气锅炉1、低氮燃烧机2、节能器3、喷淋式烟气热量回收器4、喷淋式空气加热加湿器5、风机6、第一输送水泵7.1、第二输送水泵7.2、回水泵8、板式换热器9。
燃气锅炉1排出的烟气经节能器3降温至120℃送至喷淋式烟气热量回收器4中与经第一喷淋管雾化的冷却水进行热量交换,烟气被降温至50℃后经烟囱10排放至大气;烟气中的水蒸汽被冷凝释放出大量的热量被冷却水吸收,使水温升至50-60℃。
被加热至50-60℃的冷却水通过第一输送水泵7.1被输送至喷淋式空气加热加湿器5内的第二喷淋管,经雾化后与进入喷淋式空气加热加湿器5内的助燃空气进行湿热交换,使助燃空气中的氮气浓度、氧气浓度下降;助燃空气温度升高至55℃左右、湿度增加至95%左右,通过送风管道13和风机6送入低氮燃烧机2,经低氮燃烧机2送入炉膛内;此助燃空气在炉膛内促使燃烧反应温度下降、氮气浓度和氧气浓度也同时下降,从而抵制氮氧化物的生成,保证氮氧化物值低于30mg/Nm3
助燃空气温度的增加使得天然气燃烧后有更多的热量对燃气锅炉1载热流体进行加热;燃气锅炉1的软水由回水泵8重新输送至喷淋式烟气热量回收器4中的第一喷淋管与烟气进行热量交换。
被加热至50-60℃的冷却水另一路通过第二输送水泵7.2进入板式换热器9管程,与板式换热器9壳程内的20℃除氧器补水进行换热,提高了除氧器补水(软水)的温度,从而降低除氧蒸汽的使用量。当然,也可以加热采暖管网的回水温度,减少天然气的消耗量。
在节能器3出口与烟囱10之间设置有排烟旁路管道11,排烟旁路管道11上设置有排烟电动蝶阀12。在喷淋式空气加热加湿器5的助燃空气入口与送风管道13之间,设置有助燃空气旁路管道14,所述助燃空气旁路管道14上设置有助燃空气电动蝶阀15。通过控制助燃空气电动蝶阀15和排烟电动蝶阀12,即可旁通关闭直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统。

1.一种直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,其特征在于:包括燃气锅炉、低氮燃烧机、节能器、喷淋式烟气热量回收器、喷淋式空气加热加湿器、风机、输送水泵、回水泵、板式换热器;所述燃气锅炉排烟口通过所述节能器与所述喷淋式烟气热量回收器内腔连通,所述节能器用于将烟气降温后送入喷淋式烟气热量回收器,喷淋式烟气热量回收器内的烟气经第一喷淋管喷出的冷却水降温后,自喷淋式烟气热量回收器顶部的烟囱排放至大气;被加热的所述冷却水一路通过第一输送水泵送入所述喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的第二喷淋管中,对进入喷淋式空气加热加湿器内的燃气锅炉助燃空气温度加热,被加热的所述助燃空气自淋式空气加热加湿器顶部的送风管道和风机送入所述低氮燃烧机,降温后的冷却水通过回水泵送入所述第一喷淋管喷;另一路通过第二输送水泵送入所述板式换热器管程,与板式换热器壳程中的软水换热降温后送入所述第一喷淋管喷,加温后的所述软水送至燃气锅炉的除氧器或其它用热端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,其特征在于:在所述节能器出口与所述烟囱之间设置有排烟旁路管道,所述排烟旁路管道上设置有排烟电动蝶阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的直接喷淋加湿式低氮节能回收系统,其特征在于:在所述喷淋式空气加热加湿器的助燃空气入口与所述送风管道之间,设置有助燃空气旁路管道,所述助燃空气旁路管道上设置有助燃空气电动蝶阀。
