本发明公开了照明领域内的,特别涉及一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构。该LED太阳能路灯的散热结构,包括照明组件,其内部设置有若干照明灯头;固定座,用于固定照明组件,该固定座包括一弧形板,弧形板上形成有容纳照明灯头的安装槽,弧形板底部延伸有支腿,支腿的自由端固接有用于连接灯杆的安装座;以及散热组件,其形成于固定座,该散热组件包括周向设置于照明灯头的散热孔,散热孔之间留有间隙,弧形板的侧边设置有落水槽。本发明结构合理且散热效果优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构。
背景技术
路灯是日常路面常用的照明工具,太阳能作为一种清洁环保、资源丰富、可再生的能源,越来越受到人们的推崇,太阳能产品也逐渐取代现有的能耗的产品得到大力的发展。路灯照明产品作为最适合使用太阳能的设备,日益得到推广。太阳能路灯与普通路灯不同,它采用太阳电池作为唯一的供电源,利用太阳能电池板进行供电,节约了电能,是一种新型的环保节能路灯。大功率的太阳能路灯也逐渐进入市场,而现有的大功率太阳能路灯,散热问题无疑是最需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理且散热效果优良的LED太阳能路灯的散热结构。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构采用的如下技术方案:
一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构,包括:
照明组件,其内部设置有若干照明灯头;
固定座,用于固定照明组件,该固定座包括一弧形板,弧形板上形成有容纳照明灯头的安装槽,弧形板底部延伸有支腿,支腿的自由端固接有用于连接灯杆的安装座;以及
散热组件,其形成于所述固定座,该散热组件包括周向设置于照明灯头的散热孔,所述散热孔之间留有间隙,所述弧形板的侧边设置有落水槽。
本发明一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构的进一步改进在于,支腿数量为四,且支腿上均布有散热孔。
本发明一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构的进一步改进在于,安装座上设置有反光柱,该反光柱的形状为大端位于下端的多棱锥。
本发明一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构的进一步改进在于,安装座上设置有安装螺栓。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、通过设置落水槽,能够避免弧形板积水,影响落水效率。
2、通过设置有弧度的弧形板,能够有效利用雨水对于弧形板整体进行降温。
3、通过设置反光灯柱,增强照明灯头的照明范围。

照明组件,其内部设置有若干照明灯头1;
固定座,用于固定照明组件,该固定座包括一弧形板2,弧形板2上形成有容纳照明灯头1的安装槽,弧形板底部延伸有支腿3,支腿3的自由端固接有用于连接灯杆的安装座4;以及
散热组件,其形成于所述固定座,该散热组件包括周向设置于照明灯头1的散热孔5,散热孔5之间留有间隙,弧形板的侧边设置有落水槽6。
具体的,支腿数量为四,且支腿上均布有散热孔。
具体的,安装座上设置有反光柱7,该反光柱的形状为大端位于下端的多棱锥。
具体的,安装座上设置有安装螺栓。

照明组件,其内部设置有若干照明灯头;
固定座,用于固定所述照明组件,该固定座包括一弧形板,所述弧形板上形成有容纳照明灯头的安装槽,弧形板底部延伸有支腿,所述支腿的自由端固接有用于连接灯杆的安装座;以及
散热组件,其形成于所述固定座,该散热组件包括周向设置于照明灯头的散热孔,所述散热孔之间留有间隙,所述弧形板的侧边设置有落水槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构,其特征在于:所述支腿数量为四。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED太阳能路灯的散热结构,其特征在于:所述安装座上设置有反光柱,该反光柱的形状为大端位于下端的多棱锥。
