Abstract

本发明提出一种最优无堵塞的旋流泵,包括叶轮、泵壳、后泵盖、轴封、泵轴、轴承箱组件等。叶轮依次通过叶轮轮毂、泵轴连接至轴承箱组件;泵腔体是由悬臂式开式的叶轮和单流道的泵壳组合而成,位于内部的叶轮及在外部的泵壳均采用耐磨材料铸造而成,后泵盖安装于泵壳后侧从而闭合腔体。本发明的旋流泵叶轮结构简单,泵体部分零部件少,组装维修方便,泵通过能力好,可防止堵塞,适用于环保清淤领域输送高浓度泥浆。

一种最优无堵塞的旋流泵
技术领域
本发明属于疏浚泥泵、流体力学等跨技术领域。
背景技术
许多河道底泥、污水池受到严重污染,污泥中含有大块垃圾,污泥内微生物作用产生大量气体,给清淤设备带来了挑战,目前的离心泵在输送过程中经常堵塞,对含气量的兼容性较差,严重制约了清淤工程中的污泥输送效率。而旋流泵主要结构特征是叶轮退缩在压水室后面的泵腔内,叶轮旋转是在叶片前面的无叶腔内形成贯通流和循环流,该泵最大的优势是输送的固态物不通过叶轮,因而无堵塞性能好,叶轮磨损也相应减轻。叶轮和泵腔的相对位置通常有三种:(a)叶轮完全退缩到泵腔后面,(b)叶轮部分前伸到泵腔内,(c)叶轮全部前伸到泵腔;相对于离心泵,旋流泵大部分固态物质可不经过叶轮而直接从无叶腔流出。旋流泵除了无堵塞、通过性能好,还具有以下特点:结构简单,制造容易,运行平稳;叶轮和泵壳无配合间隙,不存在因间隙增大导致性能下降的问题;可以输送含有气体的浆体。
发明内容
本发明输送高浓度泥浆的无堵塞旋流泵,可以连续输送含有高浓度泥浆,有效防止固体颗粒以及垃圾对泵的堵塞,提高疏浚工程的泥浆输送效率,可广泛应用于河湖水库清淤、城市乡村河道治理、市政污水处理工程。
针对河道底泥、污水池受到严重污染,污泥中含有大块垃圾,离心泵在输送过程中由于垃圾经常堵塞,发明一种无堵塞的旋流泵叶轮和旋流泵,降低堵塞几率,增加通过能力,提高清淤工程中的污泥输送效率。
本发明需要保护的技术方案是:
一种最优无堵塞的旋流泵,包括叶轮(1)、泵壳(2)、后泵盖(3)、轴封(4)、泵轴(5)、轴承箱组件(6);叶轮(1)依次通过叶轮轮毂1-2、泵轴5连接至轴承箱组件(6);泵腔体是由悬臂式开式的叶轮(1)和单流道的泵壳2组合而成,位于内部的叶轮(1)及在外部的泵壳2均采用耐磨材料铸造而成,后泵盖3安装于泵壳2后侧从而闭合腔体;所述泵壳2的吸入室2-1和压水室2-2一体结构,泵壳2的吸入室一侧设有入口,泵壳2的压水室顶部一侧设有出口;所述轴承箱组件(6)设有斜撑6-1,所述斜撑6-1、后泵盖(3)、泵壳2三者通过螺栓固定,所述斜撑6-1提供支撑和固定;转动的泵轴(5)通过轴封(4)与静止的后泵盖(3)连接;叶轮1叶片的设计参数:夹角θ取10°~20°,相邻叶片和圆弧相切,圆弧半径r4取叶片直径D2的25%;叶片出口厚度δ取值为吸口直径Din的20%;叶轮流道通过最大球体直径为叶轮吸口直径Din的80%;吸入室2-1为圆弧进口,吸入室与泵壳连接圆弧r5=0.35D2;压水室2-2为准螺旋形,泵壳流道总宽度B3=0.55D2+e;叶片宽度B2=0.3D2;叶片出口厚度δ=0.2Din,单位m;所述的叶轮外径

进一步的,依据理论计算及通过实验验证确立旋流泵设计参数:流量Q=550m3/h,扬程H=22m,转速1000rpm;D2为0.374m;叶片宽度B2为0.112m;叶片与后泵盖间隙e为20mm;叶片出口厚度δ为0.04m。
本发明的旋流泵叶轮结构简单,泵体部分零部件少,组装维修方便,泵通过能力好,可防止堵塞,适用于环保清淤领域输送高浓度泥浆。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
图1所示的一种无堵塞的旋流泵,其特征在于,包括叶轮(1)、泵壳(2)、后泵盖(3)、轴封(4)、泵轴(5)、轴承箱组件(6);叶轮(1)依次通过叶轮轮毂1-2、泵轴5连接至轴承箱组件(6);泵腔体是由悬臂式开式的叶轮(1)和单流道的泵壳2组合而成,位于内部的叶轮(1)及在外部的泵壳2均采用耐磨材料铸造而成,后泵盖3安装于泵壳2后侧从而闭合腔体;
泵壳2的吸入室2-1和压水室2-2一体结构,泵壳2的吸入室一侧设有入口,泵壳2的压水室顶部一侧设有出口;
其次,轴承箱组件(6)设有斜撑6-1,所述斜撑6-1、后泵盖(3)、泵壳2三者通过螺栓固定,所述斜撑6-1提供支撑和固定;转动的泵轴(5)通过轴封(4)与静止的后泵盖(3)连接。
本发明创新点之一,所述的叶轮1型式设计为悬臂式全开式爪式叶片,叶片数为3个,圆周均布,工作面1-1-1和背面1-1-2型线为直线。
具体的,泵轴(5)与叶轮轮毂1-2通过螺纹连接。
具体的,泵壳2由后泵盖(3)支撑并固定在轴承箱组件(6)上。
具体的,泵壳2内为蜗壳流道,断面形状为圆角矩形,泵壳的内、外缘均为准螺旋线型。
实施例2
本实施例2基于实施例1进一步理论设计和优化:
叶轮1叶片的设计参数:夹角θ取10°~20°,相邻叶片和圆弧相切,圆弧半径r4取叶片直径D2的25%;叶片出口厚度δ取值为吸口直径Din的20%;叶轮流道通过最大球体直径为叶轮吸口直径Din的80%。
吸入室2-1为圆弧进口,吸入室与泵壳连接圆弧r5=0.35D2;压水室2-2为准螺旋形,泵壳流道总宽度B3=0.55D2+e。
进一步的,依据理论计算及通过实验验证确立旋流泵设计参数:流量Q=550m3/h,扬程H=22m,转速1000rpm;

如此,最终制造的旋流泵产品:其泵轴5与叶轮1通过螺纹连接,叶轮1位于泵壳2以及后泵盖3组成的腔体内,泵壳2通过螺栓固定在后泵盖3上,且轴承箱组件6通过螺栓与后泵盖3连接,轴承箱组件6通过地脚螺栓固定在基础上。泵壳2的内、外缘均为准螺旋线,泵壳2流道断面采用矩形;泵壳6的进口连接圆弧r5=0.35D2,计算得r5=0.131m;泵壳流道总宽度B3=0.55D2+e,叶轮1与后泵盖3的间隙值e取20mm,计算得B3=0.224m。叶轮逆时针旋转,叶片数为3,叶轮外径D2为0.374m,叶轮出口宽度B2为0.112m,叶片工作面和背面夹角θ取15°。图5所示,经过数值模拟仿真得到本发明泥泵的性能曲线,流量550m3/h,水力效率50%,扬程22m。
