Abstract
The invention discloses an oil tank, an oil supply system and a vehicle, which comprise an oil tank body, wherein an oil storage cavity is arranged in the oil tank body, an oil supply pipe mounting hole, an oil return pipe mounting hole and an oil mass sensor mounting hole which are communicated with the oil storage cavity are arranged on the oil tank body, a protruding part communicated with the oil storage cavity is also arranged on the oil tank body, an oil collection cavity communicated with the oil storage cavity but not intersected with the oil storage cavity is arranged in the protruding part, and the arrangement position of the oil collection cavity corresponds to the arrangement position of the oil supply pipe mounting hole. The fuel loading capacity can be increased by increasing the volume of the fuel tank in the prior art, and the fuel quantity sensor is used for collecting and displaying the fuel quantity and the fuel supply pipeline is arranged in the middle of the fuel tank to supply fuel to the engine. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a fuel pump and a fuel filter are arranged on an oil inlet pipeline between the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve and the engine assembly.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has simple structure, low implementation cost and easy realization, can solve the problem that when a special vehicle goes up a slope or goes down a slope, an oil supply pipeline is exposed to oil due to the transfer of the oil level because of the large volume of an oil tank, so that an engine is stalled, and also solves the problem that the calculation and display of the oil quantity acquired by an oil quantity sensor are inaccurate due to the gradient of the traveling road surface of the vehicle; according to the invention, the oil collecting cavity is formed by adding the bulge on the oil tank body, and the oil supply pipe is ensured to be deep into the bulge, so that the problem that air enters the oil supply pipeline due to oil oscillation to cause engine power fluctuation can be avoided (when the oil in the oil storage cavity of the oil tank is exhausted, the oil supply pipe cannot be in close contact with the tank bottom of the oil tank due to the absence of the bulge, so that the air can inevitably enter the oil supply pipeline); furthermore, the double-oil-quantity sensor is adopted to acquire the oil quantity information in the oil tank, so that the fuel gauge can indicate the oil quantity more accurately; furthermore, the technical scheme of the double-oil-quantity sensor and the double-oil-supply pipeline can ensure that the oil supply pipelines are automatically switched under the working condition that the vehicle climbs a steep slope or descends the steep slope, ensure that at least one oil supply pipeline supplies oil normally, avoid flameout of an engine and improve the cross-country safety of special vehicles.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention discloses an oil tank which comprises an oil tank body, wherein an oil storage cavity is arranged in the oil tank body, an oil supply pipe mounting hole, an oil return pipe mounting hole and an oil mass sensor mounting hole which are communicated with the oil storage cavity are formed in the oil tank body, a protruding portion communicated with the oil storage cavity is further arranged on the oil tank body, an oil collection cavity communicated with the oil storage cavity but not intersected with the oil storage cavity is formed in the protruding portion, and the arrangement position of the oil collection cavity corresponds to the arrangement position of the oil supply pipe mounting hole. The invention discloses an oil supply system which comprises a fuel pump 1, an oil return pipe 2, a fuel pump oil inlet pipe 3, a fuel filter 4, an engine oil inlet pipe 5, a first oil return pipe 6, a first oil supply pipe 7, a first oil-water separator 8, a second oil return pipe 9, a second oil supply pipe 10, a second oil-water separator 11, an oil inlet pipe 12, a two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13, a relay 14, a front oil quantity sensor 15, an oil tank front bulge 16, an oil tank 17, an oil tank rear bulge 18, a rear oil quantity sensor 19, an engine assembly, a storage battery, a combination instrument and a lead.
The bottom of the fuel tank 17 has a front tank projection 16 and a rear tank projection 18 at the front and rear ends in the direction of the vehicle body. The top of the oil tank 17 is provided with 2 oil mass sensors, 2 oil supply pipelines and 2 mounting holes for oil return pipelines.
The first oil supply pipe 7 extends into the front projection 16 of the tank and the second oil supply pipe 10 extends into the rear projection 18 of the tank. The front fuel quantity sensor 15 is disposed near the front projection 16 of the fuel tank, and the rear fuel quantity sensor 19 is disposed near the rear projection 18 of the fuel tank.
The first oil supply pipe 7 is provided with a first oil-water separator 8, and the second oil supply pipe 10 is provided with a second oil-water separator 11. The first oil return pipe 6 is used for recovering oil flowing through the first oil supply pipe 7, and the second oil return pipe 9 is used for recovering oil flowing through the second oil supply pipe 10.
The first oil return pipe 6, the first oil supply pipe 7, the second oil return pipe 9 and the second oil supply pipe 10 are connected with a two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13.
The fuel filter 4 and the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13 are connected through an oil inlet pipe 12.
The fuel filter 4 and the fuel pump 1 are connected through a fuel pump inlet pipe 3.
The fuel oil flows into the engine assembly through the engine oil inlet pipe 5, and the residual fuel oil reaches the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13 through the oil return pipe 2 and then flows back to the fuel tank through the first oil return pipe 6 or the second oil supply pipe 10.
The combination meter collects the fuel amounts of the front fuel amount sensor 15 and the rear fuel amount sensor 19. The fuel gauge of the combination meter indicates that the amount of fuel is equal to the average of the sum of the fuel amounts of the front fuel amount sensor 15 and the rear fuel amount sensor 19.
The negative poles of the combination instrument and the storage battery are respectively connected to two ends of the coil of the relay 14 through leads. One end of a contact of the relay 14 is connected with the positive electrode of the storage battery, and the other end of the contact is connected with the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13. The combination meter outputs high and low levels to realize the switching of the position state of the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13.
When the combined instrument synchronously acquires or cannot acquire the fuel oil amount of the front oil sensor 15 and the rear oil sensor 19 at the same time, the combined instrument outputs a high level, the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13 is in an upper conduction state, and the first oil return pipe 6 supplies oil to the engine; when the combination instrument synchronously acquires the fuel quantity of the front fuel quantity sensor 15 and cannot acquire the fuel quantity of the rear fuel quantity sensor 19, the combination instrument outputs a high level, the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13 is in an upper conduction state, and the first oil return pipe 6 supplies oil to the engine; when the combination meter synchronously acquires the fuel quantity of the rear fuel quantity sensor 19 and cannot acquire the fuel quantity of the front fuel quantity sensor 15, the combination meter outputs a low level, the two-position six-way electromagnetic valve 13 is in a lower-position conduction state, and the second oil return pipe 9 supplies oil to the engine.
The oil supply system is suitable for any vehicle, and is particularly suitable for special vehicles.
