The fully intelligent variable frequency control variable pressure drilling tool and control system of claim 1, wherein: when the electric quantity of the electric storage device is full, the pressure power generation device does not charge the electric storage device any more, and the generated electric quantity is all used for rotating the hollow variable frequency motor (12).
5. The fully intelligent variable frequency control variable pressure drilling tool and control system of claim 1, wherein: the inner hole of the rotatable nozzle (14) and the inner hole of the lower joint (15) can be round, oval or rectangular.
