Abstract

本发明公开了一种旋入式背栓及其面板安装方法,包括限位螺杆和背栓套,所述背栓套一端用于所述限位螺杆旋入,另外一端安装有用于所述限位螺杆撑开的膨胀部,所述膨胀部用于接触锚栓孔的一端呈台阶式依次设置第一锥面和第二锥面,所述第一锥面用于卡接在锚栓孔内,所述第二锥面用于所述背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁不接触;本发明通过在锚栓套上设置第一锥面和第二锥面的方式,使得背栓套在与锚栓孔卡接的同时,使得背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁之间留有空隙,保证胶粘剂顺利进入到空隙中,从而增强背栓套与锚栓孔的连接强度。

一种旋入式背栓及其面板安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及背栓领域,具体地,涉及旋入式背栓及其幕墙和面板安装方法,尤其是一种双锥面旋入式背栓。
背景技术
在现有技术中,为了实现幕墙的安装,通常有两种方式。一种方式是采用胶粘剂粘接面板,该方式中面板所有承载力全部来自胶粘剂的粘力,不利于面板长时间干挂,并且施工复杂。另一种方式是采用膨胀型锚栓,利用膨胀件挤压锚孔孔壁形成锚固作用的锚栓。是利用椎体与膨胀片的相向移动,促使膨胀片膨胀,与孔壁面板产生膨胀压力,并通过剪切摩擦作用产生抗拔力实现对被连接件锚固的一种组件,但是该方式对面板内部造成应力集中,增加了对面板结构强度要求的负担,且对超薄面板无法安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种旋入式背栓及其面板安装方法达到增强背栓套与锚栓孔的连接强度的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种旋入式背栓,包括限位螺杆和背栓套,所述背栓套一端用于所述限位螺杆旋入,另外一端安装有用于所述限位螺杆撑开的膨胀部,所述膨胀部用于接触锚栓孔的一端呈台阶式依次设置第一锥面和第二锥面,所述第一锥面用于卡接在锚栓孔内,所述第二锥面用于所述背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁不接触。
优选的,所述限位螺栓包括限位线,所述限位线呈环形安装在所述限位螺栓的表面并用于阻止限位螺栓的旋进。
一种基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,包括:
步骤A:在面板背面,钻出锚栓孔;
步骤B:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂;
步骤C:将背栓的背栓套置入所述锚栓孔内;
步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆旋入所述背栓套内,使背栓套撑开。
优选的,所述步骤A包括:
步骤A1:在面板背面钻出直孔;
步骤A2:将直孔的底部扩开为扩孔,其中,扩孔具有能够在轴向上卡锁住撑开的背栓套的承压面。
优选的,所述步骤B包括:
步骤B1:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂,注入量满足:胶粘剂能够填满背栓套撑开后锚栓孔中的全部或部分孔洞;其中,所述胶粘剂包括环氧树脂AB胶。
优选的,所述步骤C包括:
步骤C1:将背栓的背栓套推入所述锚栓孔内,直到背栓套的前端顶到锚栓孔的孔底,所述第一锥面与所述扩孔接触卡接,所述第二锥面与锚栓孔之间不接触并留存空隙;
其中,在被撑开前,背栓套的最大直径小于锚栓孔的最小孔径。
优选的,所述步骤D包括:
步骤D1:将限位螺杆旋入到位;其中,所述限位螺杆旋入到位,是指:背栓套的前部被撑开后至能够被扩孔的承压面在轴向上卡锁住,且背栓套能够在锚栓孔内自由旋转。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明结合了机械锁定与化学粘结,大为提高了面板的安装结构强度,且安装简便安全。
2、本发明适用于多种幕墙面板材料,可以应用在9毫米的板材上,薄板的更多使用节省了昂贵的面料开支,更是减少了由于建筑结构要强求,对于幕墙外挂面板的取材限制。
3、本发明在锚栓孔底部扩开的扩孔内采用完全吻合的背栓,使得能够实现足够强大的支撑力,且对面板无任何内应力,从而降低面板的破损率,同时,在锚栓套上设置第一锥面和第二锥面的方式,使得背栓套在与锚栓孔卡接的同时,使得背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁之间留有空隙,保证胶粘剂顺利进入到空隙中,从而增强背栓套与锚栓孔的连接强度。

本发明提供了一种旋入式背栓,还提供了一种基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,进一步还提供了基于旋入式背栓及利用所述安装方法的幕墙。接下来对本发明进行具体说明。
根据本发明提供的一种基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,包括:
步骤A:在面板1背面,钻出锚栓孔;
步骤B:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂6;
步骤C:将背栓的背栓套2置入所述锚栓孔内;
步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆3旋入所述背栓套2内,使背栓套2撑开;
步骤E:在限位螺杆3上旋入止滑螺母5以锁紧安装支架4(金属挂件)。
所述步骤A包括:步骤A1:在面板1背面钻出直孔;步骤A2:将直孔的底部扩开为扩孔,其中,扩孔具有能够在轴向上卡锁住撑开的背栓套2的承压面103。
优选地,扩孔仅能够在轴向上锁卡住撑开的背栓套2。
所述步骤B包括:步骤B1:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂6,注入量满足:胶粘剂6能够填满背栓套2撑开后锚栓孔中的全部或部分孔洞。优选地,胶粘剂6可以是环氧树脂AB胶(优选采用弹性较高的6101、618系列),在胶的环氧时间内,安装背栓套2并将限位螺杆3安装到位即可。胶粘剂6的注入量可以是注入至锚栓孔深度的50%处。背栓套2在安装限位螺杆3时,环氧胶将锚栓孔内的所有孔洞全部填实,进而保证面板1上的所有背栓都是有效且受力的,将面板1掉落的风险降低为零。
所述步骤C包括:步骤C1:将背栓的背栓套2推入所述锚栓孔内,直到背栓套2的前端顶到锚栓孔的孔底;其中,在被撑开前,背栓套2的最大直径小于锚栓孔的最小孔径。背栓套2可以部分或者全部嵌入于锚栓孔内。
所述步骤D包括:步骤D1:将限位螺杆3旋入到位;其中,所述限位螺杆3旋入到位,是指:背栓套2的前部被撑开后至能够被扩孔的承压面103在轴向上卡锁住,且背栓套2能够在锚栓孔内自由旋转。优选地,限位螺杆3上设置有限位线,当限位线平齐于锚栓孔的孔口或者背栓套2的后端面时,所述限位螺杆3正好旋入到位。通过限位螺杆3的持续旋转,限位螺杆3层层旋入面板1中的背栓套2,当限位螺杆3根据限位线的指示旋转到位即可安装到位。整个过程中的旋转扭力只有12牛米/秒,安装后在胶粘剂6凝固前,背栓可在面板1的锚栓孔内自由旋转对面板1内部不产生应力集中。
根据本发明提供的一种旋入式背栓,包括背栓套2、限位螺杆3;背栓套2的前部为能够被限位螺杆3撑开的膨胀部;限位螺杆3从背栓套2的后部旋入;在膨胀部未被撑开时,膨胀部的外径小于背栓套2后部的外径。
如图1所示,背栓套2的膨胀部上设置有两个锥面,分别记为第一锥面201、第二锥面202。其中,所述锥面呈锥台的局部侧面形状。进一步具体地,第一锥面201与扩孔的承压面103相配合,即第一锥面201被卡在承压面103内侧,从而背栓套2不能被拔出扩孔;第二锥面202与胶粘剂6相配合,大为提高了旋入式背栓的强度。
根据本发明提供的一种幕墙,所述幕墙采用上述的基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法进行安装。
根据本发明提供的一种幕墙,包括面板1和上述的旋入式背栓;所述面板1的背面钻有锚栓孔,所述旋入式背栓的背栓套2位于锚栓孔内,背栓套2被旋入的限位螺杆3撑开;被撑开的背栓套2在轴向上被锚栓孔卡锁住;在周向和径向上,背栓套2通过胶粘剂6与锚栓孔紧固连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋入式背栓,其特征在于,所述限位螺栓包括限位线,所述限位线呈环形安装在所述限位螺栓的表面并用于阻止限位螺栓的旋进。
3.一种基于旋入式背栓的面板安装方法,其特征在于,应用权利要求1-2任一项所述的旋入式背栓,包括:
步骤A:在面板背面,钻出锚栓孔;
步骤B:向所述锚栓孔内注入胶粘剂;
步骤C:将背栓的背栓套置入所述锚栓孔内;
步骤D:将背栓的限位螺杆旋入所述背栓套内,使背栓套撑开。
