Description

Antirust lubricating grease for automobile balancing pole
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, in particular to antirust lubricating grease for an automobile balancing pole.
Background
The lubricating grease is a thick grease-like semisolid which is generally used for a friction part of a machine to play a role in lubrication and sealing, and is also used for a metal surface to play a role in filling gaps and preventing rust. Is prepared mainly from mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and thickening agent.
Most of the automobile balance bars in China are solid balance bars, but the balance bars are replaced by hollow balance bars in China. Compared with a solid balance rod, the hollow balance rod has much lighter weight, is more beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction of automobiles, and better accords with the national environmental protection policy. However, because the hollow balance bar is light in weight and relatively different in manufacturing process, grease assistance is required during use. The internal temperature of the hollow balance rod can reach 160 ℃ in the forging process and open fire exists, and if the dropping point is lower than the temperature, lubricating grease can flow to cause fire hazard; during the spraying process after forging, the internal temperature of the hollow balancing pole can reach 180 ℃, and the lubricating grease has to have fluidity below 180 ℃, so that the lubricating grease can be uniformly diffused into the hollow balancing pole to play a role in rust prevention.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides the antirust lubricating grease for the automobile balance bar.
The antirust lubricating grease for automobile balancing pole has material produced through saponification reaction and circular shearing treatment.
The antirust lubricating grease for the automobile balancing pole comprises the following components: 150N (second-class oil), a thickening agent and an antirust agent, wherein the thickening agent is a composition of lithium hydroxide monohydrate, calcium hydroxide and dodecahydroxystearic acid, and the antirust agent is a composition of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate and carboxylate.
The anti-rust lubricating grease for the automobile balancing pole adopts the specific thickening agent and the anti-rust agent, and is combined with the specific mineral oil, so that the dropping point of the prepared lubricating grease is between 160 and 180 ℃, the fire hazard can be avoided, and the anti-rust effect can be realized.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the lithium hydroxide monohydrate to the calcium hydroxide to the dodecahydroxystearic acid is 1-3: 0.2-1: 6-12.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate to carboxylate is 1: 0.5-2.
In one embodiment, the antirust grease for the balance bar of the automobile comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of 150N (second-class oil), 1-3 parts of lithium hydroxide monohydrate, 0.2-1 part of calcium hydroxide, 6-12 parts of dodecahydroxystearic acid and 1-3 parts of a composition of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate and carboxylate.
In one embodiment, the antirust grease for the balance bar of the automobile comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of 150N (second-class oil), 2 parts of lithium hydroxide monohydrate, 0.5 part of calcium hydroxide, 8 parts of dodecahydroxystearic acid and 2 parts of a composition of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate and carboxylate.
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate to carboxylate is 1: 1.
in one embodiment, the 150N (class ii oil) is a mineral oil.

The invention provides an antirust lubricating grease for an automobile balancing pole, which comprises the following components: 150N (second-class oil), a thickening agent and an antirust agent, wherein the thickening agent is a composition of lithium hydroxide monohydrate, calcium hydroxide and dodecahydroxystearic acid, and the antirust agent is a composition of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate and carboxylate.
In order to enable the thickening agent to exert better effect, the mass ratio of the lithium hydroxide monohydrate to the calcium hydroxide to the dodecahydroxystearic acid in the thickening agent is 1-3: 0.2-1: 6-12.
