Abstract
本发明涉及能源技术领域,且公开了一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:包括成分重量百分比为:甲基叔丁基醚17%‑22%,二甲苯12%‑16%,碳酸二甲酯12%‑16%,乙酸异戊酸9%‑13%,多碳醇12%‑15%,叔丁醇8%‑11%,复合万能助溶剂6%‑8%,复合生物助剂17%‑22%,本方案,通过甲基叔丁基醚,二甲苯,碳酸二甲酯,乙酸异戊酸,多碳醇,叔丁醇,复合万能助溶剂,复合生物助剂合成添加剂和汽油之间相互混合,有效降低汽油的积碳现象,提升燃油系统洁净度,增加燃油性能,改善雾化,节省燃油,同时具有一定的润滑作用,有效提升引擎的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及能源的领域,尤其是涉及一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂。
背景技术
汽油,是从石油里分馏、裂解出来的具有挥发性、可燃性的烃类混合物液体,可用作燃料。外观为透明液体,可燃,馏程为30℃至220℃,主要成分为C5~C12脂肪烃和环烷烃,以及一定量芳香烃,汽油具有较高的辛烷值。
现有的汽油直接使用时会产生一定量的积碳,污染燃油系统,同时由于汽油具有一定的挥发性,会导致一定量的浪费,发动机在运行过程中,活塞会存在一定程度的磨损,影响其使用寿命,因此提出一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂以解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述提出的问题,本发明提供一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂。
本发明提供的一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂采用如下的技术方案:
一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,包括成分重量百分比为:甲基叔丁基醚 17%-22%,二甲苯12%-16%,碳酸二甲酯12%-16%,乙酸异戊酸9%-13%,多碳醇12%-15%,叔丁醇8%-11%,复合万能助溶剂6%-8%,复合生物助剂17%-22%,将上述原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌10-15分钟至均匀,过滤除去杂质,用均质泵打入成品罐中进行密封保存,即得汽油燃料添加剂。
优选的,所述多碳醇包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丁醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述复合万能助溶剂包括辛醇、壬醇、戊醇和癸醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述复合生物助剂包括腐蚀抑制剂和洁净增效剂中的一种或两种组合。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
通过甲基叔丁基醚,二甲苯,碳酸二甲酯,乙酸异戊酸,多碳醇,叔丁醇,复合万能助溶剂,复合生物助剂合成添加剂和汽油之间相互混合,有效降低汽油的积碳现象,提升燃油系统洁净度,增加燃油性能,改善雾化,节省燃油,同时具有一定的润滑作用,有效提升引擎的使用寿命。

一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,包括成分重量百分比为:甲基叔丁基醚 16%,二甲苯13%,碳酸二甲酯13%,乙酸异戊酸10%,多碳醇12%,叔丁醇9%,复合万能助溶剂7%,复合生物助剂20%,将上述原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌10分钟至均匀,过滤除去杂质,用均质泵打入成品罐中进行密封保存,即得汽油燃料添加剂,多碳醇采用甲醇,复合万能助溶剂采用辛醇,复合生物助剂包括腐蚀抑制剂。

一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:包括成分重量百分比为:甲基叔丁基醚22%,二甲苯12%,碳酸二甲酯12%,乙酸异戊酸10%,多碳醇 12%,叔丁醇8%,复合万能助溶剂6%,复合生物助剂18%,将上述原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌15分钟至均匀,过滤除去杂质,用均质泵打入成品罐中进行密封保存,即得汽油燃料添加剂,多碳醇包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丁醇中混合制成,且组分比为1:1:1:1,复合万能助溶剂采用辛醇、壬醇、戊醇和癸醇混合制成,且组分比为1:1:1:1,复合生物助剂包括腐蚀抑制剂和洁净增效剂两种组合
本发明实施例一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂的实施原理为:将甲基叔丁基醚,二甲苯,碳酸二甲酯,乙酸异戊酸,多碳醇,叔丁醇,复合万能助溶剂,复合生物助剂依次加入反应釜中,搅拌15分钟至均匀,过滤除去杂质,用均质泵打入成品罐中进行密封保存,即得汽油燃料添加剂。

1.一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:包括成分重量百分比为:甲基叔丁基醚17%-22%,二甲苯12%-16%,碳酸二甲酯12%-16%,乙酸异戊酸9%-13%,多碳醇12%-15%,叔丁醇8%-11%,复合万能助溶剂6%-8%,复合生物助剂17%-22%,将上述原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌10-15分钟至均匀,过滤除去杂质,用均质泵打入成品罐中进行密封保存,即得汽油燃料添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:所述多碳醇包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丁醇中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合万能助溶剂包括辛醇、壬醇、戊醇和癸醇中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效醇基汽油燃料添加剂,其特征在于:所述复合生物助剂包括腐蚀抑制剂和洁净增效剂中的一种或两种组合。
