The strong-reflection type pavement marking paint comprises the following main components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of EVA hot melt adhesive, 5-8 parts of SEBS resin, 6-10 parts of light-reflecting material, 10-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts of filler, 3-6 parts of nano strontium aluminate fluorescent powder, 0.5-1 part of rare earth type luminescent powder, 0.5-1.0 part of composite anti-settling agent and 10-20 parts of auxiliary agent, wherein the light-reflecting material is glass microspheres, the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and kaolin, the rare earth type luminescent powder consists of calcium oxide, aluminum oxide and rare earth oxide, and the composite anti-settling agent consists of trioctyl phosphate and organic soil according to the weight ratio of 3-5: 6-8, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a color moistening agent, a defoaming agent and a defoaming agent: the proportion of the color moistening agent is 2: 5.
A preparation process of a strong-reflection type pavement marking coating is manufactured by adopting preparation equipment of the strong-reflection type pavement marking coating, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method of the rare earth type luminescent powder comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, mixing, grinding and calcining calcium oxide, aluminum oxide and rare earth oxide to prepare a raw material; (2) weighing a certain amount of raw materials, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, grinding in a ball mill for 5.5-6 h, and uniformly mixing; (3) after the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely volatilized, the mixture is put into a hot air sterilizing box to be dried for 4 to 5 hours at the temperature of between 55 and 60 ℃; (4) transferring the dried mixture to an alumina crucible, and putting the alumina crucible into a box-type high-temperature furnace to calcine for 5 to 6 hours at constant temperature in the air atmosphere of 1200 to 1300 ℃; (5) after the reaction is finished, cooling the mixture to room temperature along with the furnace, transferring the mixture into an agate mortar for full grinding to obtain the target product rare earth type luminescent powder;
step two: weighing the components according to the formula proportion;
step three: firstly, the filler is put into a mixing kettle, then the EVA hot melt adhesive, the SEBS resin and the titanium dioxide are added, and the rest raw materials are added while stirring.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the preparation equipment of the strong light reflecting type pavement marking paint comprises a grinding cylinder 1, wherein a grinding bottom stone 12 is arranged in the grinding cylinder 1, the grinding bottom stone 12 divides the interior of the grinding cylinder 1 into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, a first grinding chamber 11 is arranged above the grinding bottom stone 12, a second grinding chamber 13 is arranged below the grinding bottom stone 12, the grinding bottom stone 12 is provided with a connecting hole 121 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface, the first grinding chamber 11 is communicated with the second grinding chamber 13, an upper cover 14 is connected above the first grinding chamber 11, the upper cover 14 is connected with a feed hopper 15, the grinding device comprises an air inlet pipe 16, a feed hopper 15 and an air inlet pipe 16 which are communicated with a first grinding chamber 11, wherein the first grinding chamber 11 is connected with a first rotating device 2, the outer wall of a grinding cylinder 1 is connected with a second rotating device 3, the rotating directions of the first rotating device 2 and the second rotating device 3 are opposite, a lower cover 17 is connected below a second grinding chamber 13, a discharge pipe 18 is connected to the lower cover 17, and the discharge pipe 18 is communicated with the second grinding chamber 13.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, a first baffle 111 is disposed on an inner wall of the first grinding chamber 11, the first baffle 111 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the grinding cylinder 1, an upper end of the first baffle 111 is attached to the upper cover 14, a lower end of the first baffle 111 is connected to the guide plate 112, a plurality of protruding strips 1111 are disposed on a surface of the first baffle 111 facing the first grinding chamber 11, and the protruding strips 1111 are symmetrically distributed around a center of the grinding cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cross section of the guide plate 112 is in the shape of a right triangle, a right-angled edge of the guide plate 112 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 1, the other right-angled edge of the guide plate 112 is attached to the ground bottom stone 12, and the inclined edge of the guide plate 112 faces the direction of the first grinding chamber 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the first rotating device 2 includes a first motor 21, a first rotating shaft 22, a first rotor 23, and a grinding stone 24, the first motor 21 is disposed above the upper cover 14, the first motor 21 is connected to one end of the first rotating shaft 22, the other end of the first rotating shaft 22 is connected to the grinding stone 24, the grinding stone 24 corresponds to the grinding bottom stone 12, one end of the first rotor 23 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 22, the other end of the first rotor 23 is suspended in the first grinding chamber 11, the first rotor 23 is distributed around the first rotating shaft 22 in a staggered manner and is inclined downward, the first rotor 23 is uniformly distributed around the center of the first rotating shaft 22, the distance from one end of the first rotor 23 far from the first rotating shaft 22 to the first rotating shaft 22 is smaller than the distance from the air inlet pipe 16 to the first rotating shaft 22, and the distance from one end of the first rotor 23 far from the first rotating shaft 22 to the first rotating shaft 22 is smaller than the distance from the lower end of the feed hopper 15 to the first rotating shaft 22.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the cross-sectional shape of the grinding stones 24 is pentagonal, two sides of the upper ends of the grinding stones 24 are inclined downwards, two sides of the upper ends of the grinding stones 24 are parallel to the first rotor 23, two sides of the lower ends of the grinding stones 24 are parallel to the inclined plane of the guide plate 112, a plurality of contact stones 241 are arranged on two sides of the lower ends of the grinding stones 24 and the bottom ends of the grinding stones 24, the contact stones 241 are symmetrically distributed by using the central axis of the grinding stones 24, and the cross-sectional shapes of the contact stones 241 are arc-shaped.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second rotating device 3 includes a second motor 31, a second rotating shaft 32, and a second gear 33, the second motor 31 is connected to the second rotating shaft 32, the second rotating shaft 32 is connected to the second gear 33, the first gear 34 is connected to the outer wall of the grinding cylinder 1, and the first gear 34 is connected to the second gear 33.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of grinding balls 131 with different diameters are arranged in the second grinding chamber 13, a second baffle 132 is arranged on the inner wall of the second grinding chamber 13, the second baffle 132 is fixedly connected with the grinding cylinder 1, the second baffle 132 is attached to the lower cover 17, the second baffle 132 is communicated with the discharge pipe 18, the second baffle 132 is U-shaped, the open end of the second baffle 132 is arc-shaped, and the joint between the side wall and the bottom surface of the second baffle 132 is arc-shaped. The side wall of the second grinding chamber 13 is connected with a side air pipe 4, the side air pipe 4 is communicated with the second grinding chamber 13, and the side air pipe 4 is positioned below the first gear 34.

In example 1, the grinding time was 5.5 hours, the temperature of the hot air sterilizing chamber was 55 ℃, the drying time was 4 hours, the temperature of the chamber type high temperature furnace was 1200 ℃, and the constant temperature calcination was 5 hours. The strong-reflection pavement marking paint prepared by the parameters is coated on a place, and the reflection performance at night or in rainy days is observed.

In example 2, the grinding time was 5.8 hours, the temperature of the hot air sterilizing chamber was 58 ℃, the drying time was 4.5 hours, the temperature of the chamber type high temperature furnace was 1250 ℃, and the constant temperature calcination was 5.5 hours. The strong-reflection pavement marking paint prepared by the parameters is coated on a place, and the reflection performance at night or in rainy days is observed.

In example 3, the grinding time was 6 hours, the temperature of the hot air sterilizing chamber was 60 ℃, the drying time was 5 hours, the temperature of the chamber type high temperature furnace was 1300 ℃, and the constant temperature calcination was 6 hours. The strong-reflection pavement marking paint prepared by the parameters is coated on a place, and the reflection performance at night or in rainy days is observed.
The experimental results are as follows:
through the above examples, after the strong light reflecting type pavement marking paint prepared in example 2 is coated for a long time, the light reflectivity is improved by 95% compared with that of the conventional pavement marking paint.

Claims (10)

1. The strong-reflection type pavement marking paint is characterized by comprising the following main components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of EVA hot melt adhesive, 5-8 parts of SEBS resin, 6-10 parts of reflective material, 10-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts of filler, 3-6 parts of nano strontium aluminate fluorescent powder, 0.5-1 part of rare earth type luminescent powder, 0.5-1.0 part of composite anti-settling agent and 10-20 parts of auxiliary agent, wherein the reflective material is glass microspheres, the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and kaolin, the rare earth type luminescent powder consists of calcium oxide, aluminum oxide and rare earth oxide, and the composite anti-settling agent consists of trioctyl phosphate and organic soil according to the weight ratio of 3-5: 6-8, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a color moistening agent and a defoaming agent, and the defoaming agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the proportion of the color moistening agent is 2: 5.

step two: weighing the components according to the formula proportion;
