Description

Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sheet feeding apparatus and an image forming apparatus, and more particularly to a sheet feeding apparatus and an image forming apparatus including a sheet receiving tray that can be inclined downward along a predetermined slope to protrude out of an accommodating chamber.
Background
In the conventional sheet feeding device, the sheets are stacked in a sheet placing tray, and a regulating mechanism is generally provided in the sheet placing tray, and the regulating mechanism includes a rear end regulating plate located at a rear end of the sheet and side regulating plates located at both sides of the sheet. The rear end regulating plate is movable in a sheet conveying direction for regulating the rear end of the sheet so as to align the front end of the sheet. The side regulating plates are relatively movable on both sides of the sheet to align both sides of the sheet. The regulating mechanism regulates the stacked paper, which helps to reduce instability of the paper feeding device in the paper feeding process.
With the continuous development of printer technology, paper feeding speed is faster and faster, and the variety of paper applications is increasing day by day. For a large-capacity paper box or a large-size paper seed, the requirement of regulation is difficult to meet gradually by only utilizing the rear end regulation plate and the side regulation plate, and the situation of pushing immovably is easy to occur, so that the paper forms arching, or the tail end of the paper is crushed.
Therefore, the paper feeding device is still to be improved to improve the regulation effect and ensure the stability of paper feeding.

As a result of intensive studies by the inventors of the present invention, it has been found that when the sheet discharge tray is tilted downward and extends out of the accommodating chamber, the sheet moves downward along the slope formed by the sheet discharge tray under its own weight until the side edge of the sheet comes into contact with the side wall of the sheet discharge tray at the lowest position. Therefore, all the paper side edges are automatically aligned along the side wall of the paper placing tray at the lowest position, so that pre-regulation is automatically realized, the difficulty of paper regulation operation is reduced, and the regulation effect is improved.
In the above paper feeding device, the regulating plate includes two side regulating plates disposed opposite to each other, and when the control unit controls the paper discharge tray to be reset, the two side regulating plates move in opposite directions on both sides of the paper to regulate the paper toward the center of the paper discharge tray.
Therefore, after the control part controls the paper placing tray to reset, the two side regulating plates are linked at two sides of the paper, the paper is further regulated towards the center of the paper placing tray until two sides of the paper respectively touch the two side regulating plates, and therefore alignment of two sides of the stacked paper is further guaranteed.
In the above sheet supplying apparatus, the sheet discharge tray includes a first side wall and a second side wall which are opposed to each other, the first side wall being an outermost side wall of the sheet discharge tray, the second side wall being an innermost side wall of the sheet discharge tray, and the regulating plate is located between the first side wall and the second side wall; when stacked sheets are placed in the sheet placing tray, the regulating plate moves toward the first side wall to regulate the sheets toward the first side wall.
Thus, in the pre-regulation stage, one side edge of the paper is in contact with the first side wall of the paper placing tray. After the pre-regulation is finished, the regulating plate between the first side wall and the second side wall moves towards the first side wall, and the paper is further regulated towards the first side wall, so that the effect of aligning two sides of the stacked paper is further improved.
In the above paper feeding device, the paper feeding device may further include: a paper information acquisition section adapted to acquire paper size information; the regulating plate regulates the paper sheet according to the paper sheet size information acquired by the paper sheet information acquiring section.
From this, paper size information is acquireed to paper information acquisition portion, can accurately set for according to paper size information regulation board movement scheme includes moving direction, displacement distance and moving speed, reduces the risk of damaging the paper when guaranteeing the regulation effect.
In the above paper feeding device, the control unit includes: the driving gear is fixedly arranged on the box body; the inclined rail is arranged at the bottom of the paper placing tray; the rack is fixedly arranged on the paper placing tray and meshed with the driving gear, and when the paper placing tray is pulled out from the box body, the driving gear drives the rack and the paper placing tray to move along the inclined track.
The driving gear drives the rack to move in a rotating mode, and the rack drives the paper placing tray to move along the inclined track, so that when paper is placed, the control portion controls the paper placing tray to extend out of the accommodating cavity in a downward inclined mode along the inclined track; after the paper placing operation is finished, the control part controls the paper placing tray to move upwards to the accommodating cavity along the inclined rail so as to reset.
In the above paper feeding device, the paper feeding device may further include: the two ends of the first traction chain are respectively connected with the first side wall and the box body; and two ends of the second traction chain are respectively connected with the second side wall and the box body.
Therefore, the first traction chain and the second traction chain control the distance that the paper placing tray extends out of the accommodating cavity, the paper placing tray is prevented from being separated from a preset track and falling from a high position to injure people, and the safety of paper placing operation is improved.
In the above paper feeding device, the paper feeding device may further include: and the sensing part is suitable for sensing whether the paper placing tray resets or not.
Therefore, whether the paper placing tray is reset or not can be accurately judged through the sensing part, whether the paper placing tray extends out of or moves into the accommodating cavity or not can be conveniently monitored by the control part according to a preset program, abnormal operation of the control part can be found timely, and normal operation of subsequent operation of the paper supply device is guaranteed.
In the above paper feeding device, a ratio of a maximum value of a path of the paper feeding tray extending out of the accommodating chamber to a width of the paper feeding tray is 0.45, wherein the width of the paper feeding tray is a distance between the first side wall and the second side wall.
Therefore, the phenomenon that the distance from the paper placing tray to the accommodating cavity is too large is avoided, the paper placing tray is prevented from breaking away from the preset track and falling from a high position to hurt people, and in addition, the phenomenon that the distance from the paper placing tray to the accommodating cavity is too small to influence the pre-collimation effect is avoided.
In the above paper feeding device, when the paper placing tray extends out of the accommodating chamber, a space is formed between the second side wall and a top wall of the accommodating chamber.
Therefore, in the process that the paper placing tray downwards inclines along the preset gradient and extends out of the containing cavity, the second side wall is prevented from being lifted to cause collision with the top wall of the containing cavity, and therefore the paper placing tray is guaranteed to smoothly extend out of the containing cavity.
In the above paper feeding device, the inclination angle of the predetermined slope is less than 20 °.
Therefore, the inclination angle of the paper placing tray is prevented from being too large, the paper placing tray is prevented from falling from a high position away from a preset track, and the safety of paper placing operation is improved.
