the welding and pre-positioning device for the spring disc of the automobile shock absorber comprises a base (1); a positioning platform (2) is arranged on the base (1); the positioning platform (2) comprises a reference plate (201), a positioning plate (202) and six actuating cylinders (203) of which two ends are respectively connected with the reference plate (201) and the positioning plate (202) through universal hinges; the datum plate (201) is fixed on the base (1), and the positioning plate (202) has six degrees of freedom relative to the base (1) and can be adjusted in position through the actuating cylinder (203); a channel hole (2021) through which the oil storage cylinder (7) can pass is formed in the positioning plate (202), correspondingly, an oil storage cylinder axial positioning column (3) is arranged on the base (1), and an axial positioning step (301) which is adaptive to the inner diameter of the oil storage cylinder is arranged at the upper end of the oil storage cylinder axial positioning column (3); a circular circumferential positioning groove (2022) which is adaptive to the size of the spring disc and at least one spring disc circumferential positioning column (204) which is arranged corresponding to the water leakage hole on the spring disc are arranged on the positioning plate (202); the actuating cylinder (203) is connected with a PLC controller; the base (1) is also provided with a support positioner (9), and the support positioner (9) comprises a support column (901) fixed on the base (1) and a positioning rod (902) transversely arranged at the top of the support column (901); when the positioning device works, the PLC controls the actuating cylinder (203) to act according to set parameters, the positioning plate (202) is adjusted to a specific position, then the spring disc (6) is placed on the positioning plate (202), and the specified water leakage hole on the spring disc is matched with a spring disc circumferential positioning column (204) correspondingly arranged on the positioning plate (202); then, the oil storage cylinder (7) sequentially penetrates through an assembly hole in the spring disc (6) and a channel hole (2022) in the positioning plate (202) to be inserted into the oil storage cylinder axial positioning column (3) to be matched with the axial positioning ladder (301), and the shock absorber mounting bracket (8) is positioned through the bracket positioner (9) to complete welding positioning; and after the welding positioning is finished, performing pre-positioning welding by using argon arc welding.
