Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical supplies, in particular to an endoscope-used end-first cap.
Background
With the development of medical technology, endoscopes have become common medical instruments for observing and acquiring images of the digestive tract and digestive organs. The doctor can directly acquire images in the digestive tract through an endoscope so as to diagnose and treat digestive system diseases.
Clinically, when an endoscope is used, a distal end cap is usually required to be fitted over the distal end of the endoscope. The existing end cap is difficult to prop up a narrow digestive tract when in use, so that the internal condition of the digestive tract is inconvenient to observe. Meanwhile, like organs with very easy adhesion of intestinal tracts, the existing end cap is difficult to push away colon wall folds, and is not beneficial to doctors to carry out operation and treatment. The existing end cap cannot provide the function of fetching objects, and when foreign objects are found in the alimentary canal, other instruments are often required to be invaded to assist in taking out, so that the discomfort of a patient is increased to a great extent, and the diagnosis and treatment efficiency is also reduced.

The foregoing summary is provided for the purpose of description only and is not intended to be limiting in any way. In addition to the illustrative aspects, embodiments, and features described above, further aspects, embodiments, and features of the present application will be readily apparent by reference to the drawings and following detailed description.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of an endoscopic tip cap 10 in one embodiment of the present invention; and
fig. 2 is a schematic view of an endoscopic tip cap 20 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the endoscopic tip cap 10 and endoscopic tip cap 20 of the present invention, in one embodiment, comprise a base 11 and a cap 12. The base 11 is a hollow sleeve, so that the rear end of the base 11 can be sleeved on an endoscope (not shown in the figure). The front end of the base 11 is connected with the cap body 12, and the cap body 12 is arranged along part of the edge of the front end of the base 11, so that a supporting surface 121 and a digging surface 122 are formed on the cap body 12.
The endoscope tip cap 10 and the endoscope tip cap 20 of the present embodiment are fitted to an endoscope through the base 11 so as to be used in conjunction with the endoscope in diagnosis and treatment of the digestive tract. In use, by providing the support surface 121 on the cap body 12, when the distal end cap 10 enters an organ such as the digestive tract, the support surface 121 can push open the tissue in the digestive tract, so that the endoscope and the tissue in the digestive tract maintain a certain space. Therefore, the endoscope can provide a clearer visual field for the endoscope, and the front end of the endoscope is prevented from being burnt or shocked when the operation is carried out by using the photoelectric technology (the photoelectric technology such as laser vaporization, high-frequency electric cutting and microwave). Meanwhile, in the endoscope distal end cap 10 of the present embodiment, the cap body 12 is further formed with the scooping surface 122, so that the foreign matter in the digestive tract can be directly taken out without entering other instruments for scooping in cooperation with the treatment by the auxiliary endoscope. Thus, by using a tip cap 10, both support of the alimentary tract and removal of foreign matter are achieved, which not only improves the efficiency of diagnosis, but also reduces the contact between the patient and the instrument, avoiding discomfort to the patient.
Further, the front end of the base 11 is provided with closely arranged small holes 113 along the circumference. In actual medical operations, some medical institutions may clean and reuse the distal end cap in order to save costs. However, according to the tip cap of the present invention, substances such as tissue fluid may remain on the walls of the closely arranged pores 113 during the treatment, and since the pores 113 have a small size and a thin wall, it is difficult to clean the walls, and the tip cap used in the medical institution has to be discarded. Therefore, the tip cap of the invention can effectively prevent secondary utilization, thereby reducing cross infection and bacterial breeding among different patients.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an endoscopic tip cap 10 and an endoscopic tip cap 20 of the present invention, in one embodiment, a cap 12 is disposed along half of the circumference of the forward end of base 11. In this way, the cap body 12 is arranged around the half circumference of the base 11, which not only increases the space occupied by the supporting surface 121 and the digging surface 122 to a greater extent, and is convenient for providing support; meanwhile, enough space for placing a lens is reserved for the endoscope, so that the endoscope is not influenced to acquire images in the alimentary canal. In one embodiment, the cap 12 may be made of a transparent material, so that the endoscope can acquire images in the alimentary canal through the cap 12, thereby protecting the endoscope from being blocked and having a wider field of view.
Referring to FIGS. 1-2, in one embodiment of the endoscopic endcap 10 and 20 of the present invention, base 11 includes a forward portion 111 and a rearward portion 112, wherein the diameter of the forward portion 111 is greater than the diameter of the rearward portion 112, and wherein the forward portion 111 fits over the endoscope and the rearward portion 112 is coupled to the cap 12. Thus, the smaller diameter rear portion 112 facilitates gripping and securing the endoscope, while the larger diameter front portion 111 opens up more space when the cap 12 is inserted into the alimentary tract, facilitating the capture of images within the alimentary tract.
Referring to FIG. 1, the endoscope-use distal end cap 10 of the present invention, in one embodiment, the cap body 12 further includes a connecting edge 123, wherein the connecting edge 123 is disposed along a half circumference of the front end of the base 11. Moreover, the supporting surface 121 is an elliptical surface formed by extending the connecting edge 123 forward in an elliptical shape, so that the elliptical surface is more easily used for stretching the tissues of the digestive tract and has a smooth surface without damaging the tissues. Meanwhile, the scooping surface 122 is located at the opposite side of the supporting surface 121, and the scooping surface 122 and the supporting surface 121 cooperate to form a "spoon" so that foreign substances in the digestive tract can be taken out through the scooping surface 122.
Referring to FIG. 2, the endoscope-use distal end cap 20 of the present invention, in one embodiment, the cap body 12 further includes a connecting edge 123, wherein the connecting edge 123 is disposed along a half circumference of the front end of the base 11. The support surface 121 is a tapered surface formed by the connecting edge 123 tapering forward, and the digging surface 122 is located on the opposite side of the support surface 121. In this way, the scooping surface 122 and the supporting surface 121 not only can support the tissue and scoop the foreign objects, but also the top 124 of the tapered surface can push the folds of the colon wall away in the enteroscopy with a small opening, so that the endoscope can still be assisted to examine the intestinal tract without or with little insufflation. Further, a fixing plate 125 is disposed on the top 124 and extends toward the outer circumference of the top 124. Thus, after the distal cap is inserted into the alimentary tract, the anchor tab 125 may be snapped into the tissue or into an existing lesion wound to secure the position of the distal cap within the alimentary tract to prevent the distal cap from sliding off. Therefore, the smooth proceeding of diagnosis and treatment or operation under the endoscope is also ensured.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
