Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional vaginoscope and an anoscope hardly diagnose a symptom in the early stage by influence of a small image, illumination and visual acuity of a doctor when observing with a human eye at a short distance.
SOLUTION: A diameter of a mantle tube is not more than half of the vaginoscope at present, and a front end part is an openable-closable elliptic shape. The front end is closed when inserted into a vagina, and the front end is opened when retreating from the vagina by observation. A CCD (charge coupled device) camera moves integrally with the mantle tube for direct illumination and inner-outer mantle tubes, and can be easily operated even by a beginner without adjusting a focus of the camera and without wholly adjusting the illumination.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention sets a CCD camera, an insertion mantle, an inner mantle, and an illumination mantle, inserts it into the vagina and anus, displays an image of the inside on a monitor, and diagnoses the surface condition of the organ. Available and related to healthcare.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional colposcope and an anoscope, a doctor observes from a short distance with a naked eye with an auxiliary light source. (Example: see Non-Patent Document 1).
In addition, there is a video system for anal examination that has already been released, but due to operational problems, it is not widely used in hospitals. (Example: See Patent Document 1).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional colposcopes and anoscopes cannot be enlarged because they are viewed at a short distance through the human eye, and are very difficult to see due to the effects of lighting, doctor's eyesight, and the like. Therefore, it is difficult to diagnose the symptoms at an early stage, and the image cannot be shown to the patient. Therefore, it is difficult to explain to the patient, and the data cannot be accumulated. Or it took time. In addition, since the conventional colposcope and anusoscope are mostly made of metal, there is a risk that a certain disease will be transmitted in a hospital by repeated use.
[0005]
The present invention realizes enlargement of a part that is difficult to see with the naked eye, storage of a continuous image of the vagina and anus (data conversion), and enables a patient as well as a doctor to view the image. In addition, since the mantle tube is disposable while being inserted into the patient's body, the possibility of nosocomial infection is extremely low. In addition, by storing the image data of the affected part, it is possible to compare images at the time of re-examination, which is useful for preventing early detection of a disease and preventing erroneous diagnosis.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Conventional colpososcopes cannot be moved once they are placed in the patient's vagina and can be enlarged, but can only be seen around the cervix. The cause is that the movement and observation of the colposcope cannot be performed simultaneously. In the case of the device shown in FIG. 1, the diameter of the mantle tube 1 is less than half of the current vaginal speculum, and the front end is openable and closable, so that the tip can be closed when inserted into the vagina. Can be inserted and moved more easily. At the time of observation, when the inner tube 2 is pushed, the front end of the outer tube is opened, and the egress gradually allows the entire inside of the vagina to be observed. In addition, since the CCD camera can be moved integrally with the illumination tube, the inner tube, and the outer tube, there is no need to adjust the focus of the camera or adjust the illumination, and even a beginner can easily operate the CCD camera.
[0007]
Since the diameter of the mantle tube 1 of the present device is almost the same as that of an anoscope at present, it can be used as an anoscope.
[0008]
In this apparatus, the mantle tube is made of plastic harmless to the human body and the manufacturing cost is low, so that it can be used in a disposable manner and is sanitary.
[0009]
The illumination method uses the principle of light reflection as shown in FIG. 4 so that the light of the white LED is collected on the end face of the illumination jacket.
[0010]
The inner wall of the mantle tube is provided with a protrusion with a height of 2 to 3 mm, thereby creating a gap between the inner and outer tubes, which gap allows the vaginal discharge in the vagina and removes the active tissue, so that the entrance passage of the machine is removed. Is also made.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the mantle tube 1 is grasped by hand and gradually inserted into the vagina while closing the crack of the elliptical portion at the front end of the mantle tube 1 as shown in FIG. After arriving at the back of the vagina, when the inner tube 2 is pushed, a crack in the front end elliptical portion of the outer tube is opened as shown in FIG. 6 and the inside can be observed, holding the outer tube and referring to the monitor, Take it out gradually from the vagina. Record as needed.
[0012]
Anal examination is performed in the same manner as vaginal examination.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects.
[0014]
Since the actual image can be enlarged and projected on a monitor for viewing, it is easy to find detailed medical conditions.
[0015]
Since the image data can be shown to the patient, it is easy to explain to the patient based on the image data. In addition, if the explanation is made together with the accumulated image data, the persuasiveness is further increased.
[0016]
According to the monitor screen, an operation such as removal of an active tissue is performed, so that the operation can be performed precisely and the pain of the patient can be reduced. In addition, since the diameter of the present device is less than half the diameter of a conventional colposcope, the burden on the patient due to insertion of the device can be reduced.
