In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sheath 2 includes a sheath body 22 and a sheath 21 fixedly connected to the sheath body 22, the sheath 21 and the sheath 22 are separately assembled and fixedly connected together, and of course, the sheath 21 and the sheath 22 may be integrally formed; sheath 21 includes a plurality of lumens spaced from each other, the lumens including an inspection tube receiving lumen 211 and an operation lumen 212; the number of the tube cavities can be three or more according to the actual situation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the front end of the inspection tube accommodating cavity 211 is closed and has a transparent hood (not shown in the figure), and the rear end has an opening, so as to close the inspection tube body in the inspection tube accommodating cavity 211, thereby avoiding contamination, and the transparent hood is provided to facilitate the camera device 13 to observe the situation in the uterine cavity through the transparent hood; the operation channel 212 is arranged in a penetrating way and is provided with a front opening and a rear opening, and the penetrating way is convenient for sampling, administration or suction.
As shown in fig. 2, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the operation channel 212 extends smoothly toward the sheath 22, the opening of the rear end of the operation channel 212 is disposed on the side wall of the sheath 22, for example, an arc-shaped lumen communicating with the operation channel 212 is disposed on the sheath 22, and the rear end (right end in the figure) of the arc-shaped lumen is located on the side wall of the sheath 22.
Example two
The embodiment provides an integral device for examination, sampling and drug administration, which comprises a multifunctional tube sheath 2 of the first embodiment and an examination tube 1, wherein the examination tube 1 comprises an examination tube body 11 and an operation handle 12 connected with the examination tube body 11; the sheath body 22 of the tube sheath 2 is detachably connected with the operating handle 12, for example, clamped, and the inspection tube body 11 is inserted into the inspection tube accommodating cavity 211; the working channel 212 is used to pass a working device, including a sampling device, an administration device, or a suction device.
For example, the sheath 2 of the first embodiment can be used in a gynecological examination tube or a uterine cavity suction tube; when the tube sheath 2 is used for a gynecological examination tube, the diameter of the operation cavity 212 of the tube sheath 2 is preferably 3 mm; when the tube sheath 2 is used for a uterine cavity suction tube, the diameter of the operation channel 212 of the tube sheath 2 is preferably 2 mm.
When the device is used in a gynecological examination tube and the operating device is a sampling device, the sampling device can be biopsy forceps or foreign body forceps, the sampling device enters the uterine cavity through the operating cavity channel 212, and then the tissue in the uterine cavity is sampled; when the operation device is a drug delivery device, a drug delivery piece of the drug delivery device enters the uterine cavity through the operation cavity channel 212, and then the drug is applied to the tissues in the uterine cavity; when the operation device is a suction device, the suction device sucks out the tissue in the uterine cavity through the opening at the front end of the operation channel 212, such as cyst and effusion. When the suction device is used in a uterine cavity suction tube, such as a uterine cavity induced abortion suction tube, the operation device is a suction device.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 2-4, the tube body 11 is inserted into the tube receiving cavity 211 of the sheath tube 21, and then the sheath 22 and the operation handle 12 are moved closer to each other, and the sheath 22 is engaged with the operation handle 12, thereby fixing the tube sheath 2 and the tube 1 together. Then, gynecological examination, sampling, administration or suction can be performed (the operation handle 12 is located outside the patient body during operation), after the operation is completed, the examination tube 1 is taken out, the used tube sheath 2 is peeled off, and a new tube sheath 2 is replaced, so that the next patient can be examined continuously. After the tube sheath 2 is arranged, the doctor can perform operations such as sampling, administration or suction and the like through the operation cavity 212 while carrying out gynecological examination, thereby relieving the pain of the patient; and after a new tube sheath 2 is replaced, the inspection tube 1 can be repeatedly used, so that the waste is reduced.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the examining tube body 11 and/or the sheath tube 21 are made of medical hard material, such as medical stainless steel, preferably 316L or 317L stainless steel, when examining the uterine cavity, if the sheath tube 21 is made of soft material, the sheath tube 21 will be stretched and elongated when entering the uterine cavity, which may not protect the camera 13 at the front end of the examining tube body 11 well, and the sheath tube 21 is made of medical hard material, which can avoid the problem.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gynecological examination, sampling and drug administration integrated device further comprises a flexible sheath 3 disposed on the sheath 22, wherein the flexible sheath 3 can partially or completely cover the operation handle 12, and preferably, the flexible sheath 3 can completely cover the operation handle 12; in practice, a rubber ring can be arranged at the port of the flexible sleeve 3, and the rubber ring can be clamped at the rear end of the operating handle 12, so that the flexible sleeve 3 is convenient to fix.
When the flexible sleeve 3 is not arranged, the doctor needs to disinfect the operating handle 12 every time the examination is made; after the flexible sleeve 3 is arranged, the flexible sleeve 3 is used for isolating the doctor operating hand from the operating handle 12, so that the doctor does not directly contact the operating handle 12, the doctor does not need to frequently disinfect the operating handle 12, and the infection risk caused by incomplete disinfection can be reduced.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flexible sheath 3 is made of a flexible material such as rubber or silicone. The flexible sleeve 3 can be an elastic sleeve, and the flexible sleeve 3 is stretched to be deformed, so that the operating handle 12 is completely wrapped; the flexible sleeve 3 can also be a flexible sleeve 3 without elasticity, in this case, the flexible sleeve 3 can be firstly rolled on the sheath body 22 or the operation handle 12, the rubber ring is wrapped inside the flexible sleeve 3, and the flexible sleeve 3 is wrapped on the handle of the inspection tube 1 after being unfolded in use. Since the operating handle 12 is provided with a button, it is preferable that the flexible sheath 3 is made of a translucent or transparent material in order to facilitate observation of the button.
