Abstract
本发明公开了一种黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其包含有准备、加热及烘干等步骤;其中,该准备步骤中备置有一干燥设备,而该干燥设备具有一可放置黑水虻虫体的本体,一连接该本体的热源供应装置,分别连接该本体与该热源供应装置的蒸气输送管路与热风输送管路,以及一设于该热风输送管路上的热交换器,接着于该加热步骤中,利用该热源供应装置产生蒸气将该等黑水虻虫体予以蒸熟,最后于该烘干步骤中,利用该热交换器将该蒸气转换为热风,以将该等黑水虻虫体烘干至含水量15%以下,如此即可将该等黑水虻虫体予以资源化以提升经济效益外,同时处理过程更加快速且能有效节省处理过程的搬运、时间及人力等,进而有效降低处理成本。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种处理方法,特别是一种黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法。
背景技术
查,黑水虻是一种腐生性的水虻科昆虫,其取食范围非常广泛,能以易腐烂的植物、厨余垃圾、动物尸体或粪便等有机废弃物为生,不仅可通过黑水虻消除有机废弃物对环境的污染,同时实现资源转化再利用,更达较高的经济价值,也因此,黑水虻被认为是仅次于蜜蜂,对人类最有帮助的昆虫,再者,黑水虻具有养殖成本低,繁殖迅速,对人畜与动、植物均无害,以及容易管理等优点,故近年来利用黑水虻来处理有机废弃物的方式,越来越受到人们的关注。
然,实际养殖后发现,目前大家对于黑水虻的应用仅局限于处理有机废弃物的方面,亦即黑水虻于经历卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫四个阶段死亡后,即将该等黑水虻虫体予以丢弃,实在浪费,毕竟该等黑水虻虫体内含有丰富的蛋白质、钙和磷等营养物质,不仅可直接用于饲养禽畜,也可于干燥后作为禽畜饲料的蛋白质来源,亦或是添加于保养品或营养保健食品当中,若不能将该等黑水虻虫体进行合理有效的利用,将大大浪费宝贵的资源,实有待改善。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的,是在提供一种黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其通过干燥设备即可进行加热与烘干作业,不仅使得处理过程更加快速,同时有效节省处理过程中的搬运、时间及人力等,进而降低处理成本。
于是,本发明黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其依序包含有准备、加热及烘干等步骤;其中,该准备步骤中备置有一干燥设备,而该干燥设备具有一可放置黑水虻虫体的本体,一连接该本体的热源供应装置,分别连接该本体与该热源供应装置的蒸气输送管路与热风输送管路,以及一设于该热风输送管路上的热交换器,接着于该加热步骤中,通过该热源供应装置将蒸气经该蒸气输送管路输送至该本体内,并将该等黑水虻虫体予以蒸熟,最后于该烘干步骤中,通过该热交换器将该热源供应装置所产生的蒸气转换为热风,并经该热风输送管路输送至该本体内,以将该本体内的黑水虻虫体予以干燥处理至含水量15%以下。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该热源供应装置为一蒸气锅炉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该干燥设备另具有一连接该本体与该热风输送管路的回送管路,以便该热风于导入该本体使用后,得以通过该回送管路回收重新循环使用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,该本体内设有多个隔板,以使该等黑水虻虫体分层置放于该每一隔板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过该干燥设备依序进行蒸气蒸煮与热风烘干等作业,用以有效节省该等黑水虻虫体处理过程中的搬运、时间及人力等,进而降低处理成本,同时处理后的黑水虻虫体得以资源化再利用,更加提升该等黑水虻虫体的经济效益。

有关本发明的上述及其他技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考图式的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的明白。
参阅图1及图2所示,本发明一种黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法3包含有一准备步骤31,一加热步骤32及一烘干步骤33;其中,该准备步骤31中备置有一干燥设备4,而该干燥设备4具有一内部形成有一容置空间A的本体41,一连接该本体41的热源供应装置42,一连接该本体41与该热源供应装置42的蒸气输送管路43,一连接该本体41与该热源供应装置42的热风输送管路44,以及一设于该热风输送管路44上且位于该本体41与该热源供应装置42间的热交换器45,而本实施例中,该本体41具有多个设于该容置空间A内的隔板411,同时多个黑水虻虫体5分层置放于该每一隔板411上,以避免该等黑水虻虫体5过度交叠,另,该干燥设备4另具有一连接该本体41与该热风输送管路44的回送管路46,且该回送管路46较佳为设于该本体41与该热交换器45之间,至于该热源供应装置42较佳为一蒸气锅炉。
仍续上述,于该加热步骤32中,通过该热源供应装置42产生蒸气,并通过该蒸气输送管路43将该蒸气输送至该容置空间A内,以便通过该蒸气将该容置空间A内的黑水虻虫体5蒸熟,而蒸煮温度与时间设定则依据该热源供应装置42的规格,以及该等黑水虻虫体5的数量多寡进行调整,本实施例中以该热源供应装置42为2吨的蒸气锅炉为例,同时该等隔板411布满该等黑水虻虫体5,则必须至少以温度200度的蒸气,且蒸煮时间至少1.5小时进行蒸煮,方能将该等黑水虻虫体5完全蒸熟。
参阅图1及图3所示,最后于该烘干步骤33中,通过该热源供应装置42产生蒸气,并通过该热风输送管路44将该蒸气输送至该热交换器45内,此时配合该热交换器45将该蒸气转换为热风,再将该热风通过该热风输送管路44输送至该容置空间A内,以便通过该热风将该容置空间A内的黑水虻虫体5烘干至含水量15%以下,此外,该容置空间A内所导入的热风于使用后,得以通过该回送管路46回收并重新进入该热风输送管路44进行循环使用,如此即可依序的针对该等黑水虻虫体5进行蒸气蒸煮及热风烘干等作业,且该等黑水虻虫体5于处理过程中不需要进行任何搬运,故得以大幅节省所耗费的时间、人力及物力等,同时处理完成的黑水虻虫体5得以有效资源化再利用,更加提升该等黑水虻虫体5的经济效益。
仍续上述,该等黑水虻虫体5于通过摄食,进而将有机废弃物转化为优质的虫体蛋白后,再经由该黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法3进行资源化处理,亦即将该等黑水虻虫体5经该加热步骤32与该烘干步骤33处理后,即可进行后续使用,而处理后的该等黑水虻虫体5可以虫干的状态进行使用,或是磨制成虫粉亦可,并可直接添加于禽畜饲料中,作为主要的动物性蛋白质来源,以便取代目前禽畜饲料中广泛使用的鱼粉和骨粉,进而避免过度使用鱼粉而造成滥捕小鱼,以及造成海洋资源枯竭的问题,同时避免使用骨粉造成禽畜垂直感染狂牛症而产生病变的可能,更加提升使用的安全性;再者,经处理后的黑水虻虫体5亦可以应用于精炼油脂,用以分别制成生质柴油或润滑油等,亦或是添加于保养品或营养保健食品中,如此不仅大大减少了有机废弃物对环境的污染,同时将该等黑水虻虫体5达到最大幅度的利用,更加有效提升整体经济效益。
归纳上述,本发明黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其于该准备步骤中,备置有该干燥设备,且该干燥设备具有放置有该等黑水虻虫体的本体,连接该本体的热源供应装置,分别连接该本体与该热源供应装置的蒸气输送管路与热风输送管路,以及设于该热风输送管路上的热交换器,接着于该加热步骤通过该热源供应装置产生蒸气,并经该蒸气输送管路导入该本体内,以将该等黑水虻虫体蒸熟,最后于该烘干步骤,通过该热交换器将该蒸气转换为热风,并经该热风输送管路导入该本体内,以将该等黑水虻虫体干燥至含水量15%以下,如此即可针对该等黑水虻虫体依序进行蒸气蒸煮与热风烘干等作业,不仅有效节省处理过程中的搬运、时间与人力及物力,进而降低处理成本,同时处理后的黑水虻虫体得以资源化再利用,更加提升该等黑水虻虫体的经济效益。

Claims (4)
1.一种黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其特征在于,包含有:
一准备步骤,其备置有一干燥设备,而该干燥设备具有一内部形成有一容置空间的本体,一连接该本体的热源供应装置,分别连接该本体与该热源供应装置的蒸气输送管路与热风输送管路,以及一设于该热风输送管路上的热交换器,同时该容置空间内放置有多个待处理的黑水虻虫体;
一加热步骤,其通过该热源供应装置将产生的蒸气通过该蒸气输送管路输送至该容置空间内,以便通过该蒸气将该容置空间内的黑水虻虫体蒸熟;及
一烘干步骤,其通过该热源供应装置将产生的蒸气输送至该热风输送管路,并经由该热交换器将该蒸气转换为热风,再将该热风通过该热风输送管路输送至该容置空间内,以便利用该热风将该容置空间内的黑水虻虫体予以干燥处理,且将该等黑水虻虫体烘干至含水量15%以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其特征在于,该热源供应装置为一蒸气锅炉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其特征在于,该干燥设备另具有一连接该本体与该热风输送管路的回送管路,以便该热风于导入该本体使用后,得以通过该回送管路回收重新循环使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黑水虻虫体资源化处理方法,其特征在于,该本体内设有多个隔板,以使该等黑水虻虫体分层置放于该每一隔板上。
