The score difference between the two groups after treatment has significant statistical significance (P is 0.0052), and the treatment group is prompted to have better effect of improving the sleep quality.
The difference in the scores of the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant (P-0.7230), suggesting comparability between the groups; the scores before and after treatment in the two groups are compared, and the difference has statistical significance (P0.01), so that the sleep time can be improved by the two treatment methods. The difference in scores between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant (P-0.6750), suggesting that the score improved sleep quality was comparable between the two groups.
The difference in the scores of the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant (P-0.5909), suggesting comparability between the groups; the scores before and after treatment in the two groups are compared, and the difference has statistical significance (P0.01), so that the two treatment methods can improve the sleep efficiency. The difference in scores between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant (P-0.5631), suggesting that the two groups were equally effective.
In terms of sleep disorder scores, the difference in scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant (P ═ 0.0630), suggesting comparability between groups; the scores before and after treatment in the two groups are compared, and the difference has statistical significance (P0.01), so that the two treatment methods can improve the sleep disorder. The difference in scores between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant (P-0.6326), suggesting that the two groups had comparable sleep disorder-improving effects.
The difference in scores between the first two groups was not statistically significant (P-0.5579) in daytime dysfunction scores, suggesting comparability between groups; the scores before and after treatment in the two groups are compared, and the difference has statistical significance (P0.01), so that the two treatment methods can improve the daytime dysfunction. The difference in scores between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant (P ═ 0.0182), suggesting that the treatment group had a better effect in improving daytime dysfunction.
As can be seen from the above, the difference of each score of the sleep quality, the sleep time, the sleep efficiency, the sleep disorder, the daytime dysfunction and the like before the treatment of the two groups has no statistical significance. After the two groups of treatment, scores of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, daytime dysfunction and the like are reduced, and the difference has statistical significance, so that the two treatment schemes can improve the sleep condition of patients, and the effects are basically the same. The comparison among the groups shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in the aspects of sleep quality, sleep time and daytime dysfunction score, and compared with the oral eszolam tablet, the drink of the invention has obvious effect on improving the sleep quality.
The apple juice drinks prepared in the embodiments 2 and 3 have similar effects to the apple juice drink prepared in the embodiment 1, and have significant effects on improving sleep, and the details are not repeated here.

s8: filling: subpackaging the mixed solution obtained in S7, performing moist heat sterilization, and finally packaging.
