the fermentation chamber (14) is provided with a negative pressure device (13), the negative pressure device (13) comprises a barometer and a negative pressure pump which are electrically connected with the control device (1), the negative pressure device (13) is started to pump out 5-15% of gas in the fermentation chamber (14), so that the atmospheric pressure in the fermentation chamber (14) is between 0.85-0.95 atmospheric pressure, and negative pressure fermentation is carried out;
and a heating device (15) is arranged on the fermentation chamber (14).
