The invention discloses a planting shed and a using method thereof, and the planting shed comprises a shed frame, an extension arm, a rolling power part, a heavy roller and at least two film rollers, wherein the top of the shed frame inclines downwards from front to back, the extension arm is arranged at the front end of the shed frame, the at least two film rollers are respectively used for rolling films with different colors, the end part of each film roller is rotatably connected with the extension arm, the rolling power part is in transmission connection with the film rollers, the rolling power part is used for driving the films to be rolled towards the film rollers, the heavy roller rolls or slides on the top of the shed frame by utilizing self gravity, and the end part of the film extending out of the film rollers is connected with the heavy roller. Technical Field
The invention relates to plant planting, in particular to a planting shed and a using method thereof.
Background
The planting shed is an artificial place for effectively ensuring the planting environment and enabling fruits, vegetables and flowers to grow under more appropriate conditions.
The main color light absorbed by different fruits, vegetables and flowers is different, or the main color light absorbed by different periods of the fruits, vegetables and flowers is different. Therefore, the planting shed can adaptively replace the film, so that light with corresponding colors can be transmitted into the planting shed.
The planting canopy of prior art does not set up the corresponding structure of being convenient for change the film, and agriculture and forestry worker need spend more time and great labour to change the film.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, a planting shed according to a first aspect embodiment of the present invention includes a shed frame 100, an extension arm 200, a furling power member, a heavy roller 400 and at least two film rollers 300, wherein the top of the shed frame 100 inclines downwards from front to back, the extension arm 200 is disposed at the front end of the shed frame 100, the at least two film rollers 300 are respectively used for winding films 800 with different colors, the end of the film roller 300 is rotatably connected with the extension arm 200, the furling power member is in transmission connection with the film rollers 300, the furling power member is used for driving the film 800 to furl towards the film rollers 300, the heavy roller 400 rolls or slides on the top of the shed frame 100 by using its own gravity, and the end of the film 800 extending from the film rollers 300 is connected with the heavy roller 400.

When the weight roller 400 reaches the right end of the canopy frame 100, the weight roller 400 is stopped by a stopper as described below, or is directly separated from the top of the canopy frame 100 and falls to the ground (in this case, the weight roller 400 is placed on the top of the canopy frame 100 by a manual assistance at the time of winding). Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the weight roller 400 includes a roller 410 and an outer cylinder 420, the outer cylinder 420 is rotatably connected to the roller 410, i.e., the roller 410 can rotate with respect to the outer cylinder 420, the roller 410 rolls on the top of the shelving 100, the outer cylinder 420 can be non-rolling, and the end of the film 800 extending from the film roller 300 is connected to the outer cylinder 420. The heavy roller 400 is used for spreading and collecting the film in a rolling manner, and the top of the shed frame 100 is not inclined too much. Therefore, under the condition of ensuring the height of the low end of the canopy frame 100 (ensuring the height of the rear end of the canopy frame 100), the high end of the canopy frame 100 is not required to be set too high (the front end of the canopy frame 100), so that the film roller 300 is not required to be placed at a too high position, the processing difficulty and the processing cost of the canopy frame 100 are effectively reduced, and the labor intensity of lifting the film roller 300 and installing the film roller 300 is effectively reduced.
