The infrared sensing unit, the first wireless communication unit, the image processing unit and the data storage unit are integrated on a circuit board, and the circuit board is installed at a first preset position of the parking lot. The first preset position, such as a column, a beam or a wall of the parking lot, is determined according to actual conditions, and the purpose of effectively covering and detecting the whole parking lot is achieved.
The infrared sensing unit is used for detecting the parking of the vehicle in the parking space; when the infrared sensing unit detects that a vehicle is parked in the parking space, the image acquisition unit is driven to immediately acquire the license plate information of the vehicle in the current monitoring area. The image acquisition unit sends the acquired license plate information to the image processing unit for processing; the image processing unit processes the license plate information, sends the license plate information to the data management unit through the first wireless communication unit to be associated with the parking space database, and sends the license plate information to the data storage unit for storage.
The first wireless communication unit is used as a sending end of the license plate recognition device, and the data management unit part is provided with a corresponding receiving end for receiving information sent by the first wireless communication unit.
The image acquisition unit sends the acquired license plate information to the image processing unit for processing, and the image processing unit comprises: and the image processing unit eliminates the recognized license plate information and processes the unidentified license plate information. And the identified license plate information is the license plate information which is associated with the parking space database.
The image acquisition unit comprises one or more pairs of wide-angle cameras, is symmetrically arranged at a second preset position of the parking lot and is used for covering the whole parking lot.
The second preset position, such as a beam, a pillar, or a wall, is selected according to a specific scene without obstructing the view, and the wide-angle camera is not limited to be installed in a pair. The present invention is not limited to the preset positions and number of wide-angle cameras.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of wide-angle cameras is optionally mounted to the beam. In a large plane parking lot, the two sides of the center line of the aisle are respectively provided with 6 parking spaces, a pair of wide-angle cameras are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the cross beams at the two sides of the aisle of the parking lot, and each wide-angle camera respectively collects the license plate information of the 6 parking spaces below.
Further comprising: a parking space guide device; the parking space guiding device is installed at an entrance of the parking lot and connected with the data management unit.
As shown in fig. 3, the parking space guidance device sends a vehicle search instruction to the data management unit; after receiving the search instruction, the data management unit feeds back corresponding vehicle parking position information to the parking space guiding device; the parking space guiding device outputs the information of the parking position of the vehicle in a voice broadcasting and/or screen display mode.
The parking stall guiding device includes: the second wireless communication unit, the voice playing unit and the display screen; the second wireless communication unit is respectively connected with the data management unit, the voice playing unit and the display screen.
The display screen sends a vehicle searching instruction to the data management unit through the second wireless communication module; after receiving the search instruction, the data management platform feeds back corresponding vehicle parking position information to the voice playing unit and the display screen; the voice playing unit and the display screen display corresponding vehicle parking position information in a voice broadcasting and screen display mode respectively.
Further comprising: when the license plate recognition device detects that the vehicle in the parking space drives away, the data management unit releases the parking space of the driven vehicle. An infrared sensing unit in the license plate recognition device detects whether the vehicle changes in the parking space, namely, the vehicle is parked and driven away. The data management unit comprises a parking space database, and releases corresponding parking spaces in the parking space database.
In an embodiment, when finding a car, as shown in fig. 2, the parking management platform on the public number uses a mobile phone to input a license plate number to inquire the parking position of the corresponding car, and after matching is successful, the parking management platform returns the position information to the public number.
In an embodiment, when finding a vehicle, as shown in fig. 3, the parking position of the corresponding vehicle is inquired by inputting the number plate number using the display screen at the entrance of the parking lot, and after the matching is successful, the data management unit feeds back the position information of the corresponding vehicle to the vehicle guiding device, and the voice playing unit plays and/or displays the position information of the corresponding vehicle on the display screen.
