calculating a quote based on the filled data using the standard quote calculation template;
and storing and reporting the quotation scheme, wherein the quotation scheme comprises the quotation related information, the data filling template, the filling data, the supporting materials and the quotation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before storing and reporting the proposal, the method further comprises the steps of:
checking and modifying the offer scheme, wherein the checking is performed in any combination of one or more of the following ways:
and (3) checking consistency: checking whether inconsistent content exists in the offer scheme;
and (4) integrity checking: checking whether the offer scheme has all necessary content;
and (4) checking the compliance: checking the offer scheme for the presence of repetitive or unwanted content;
