Abstract

Claims (13)
1. An intelligent auditing system for project development is characterized by comprising a project declaration management subsystem and a project auditing management subsystem; the project declaration management subsystem is used for providing a project list template, receiving and checking project list files edited based on the project list template and project exploitable data corresponding to the project list files; and the project audit management subsystem carries out audit operation and feedback on the reported declaration data according to the formulated respective audit content and rule.
2. An intelligent audit system according to claim 1 wherein the project declaration management subsystem includes:
the project list template creating module is used for creating project list templates of different types aiming at the projects of different types;
the project list template storage module is used for storing the created project list template and calling the project list template;
the item list template export module is used for selecting and exporting the item list template corresponding to the item type from the item list template storage module;
the item list importing module imports the item list checking module after filling information according to the item list template;
the project list checking module is used for checking whether the imported project list file is consistent with a project list template corresponding to the selected project classification and checking whether the content of the project list file is filled according to the template requirement rule, if so, the project list file is imported into the declaration data management module, otherwise, the project list file is imported in failure;
the project searchable data uploading module is used for uploading the searchable data corresponding to the project list file;
and the declaration data management module is used for storing, reporting and deleting declaration data, wherein the declaration data comprises the item list file and corresponding investigatable data, and is also used for recording the declaration state of the item and reporting the declaration data passing the examination to the item auditing management subsystem.
3. The intelligent auditing system of claim 2, where when the project researched data upload module uploads the corresponding research data of the project manifest file, the project declared as "unreported" or "returned" allows upload, and checks whether the research data satisfies the following rules: when the project is reported for the first time, whether the total investment in the project list file is consistent with the total investment or the total amount in the investigatable data or not is judged, and uploading is not allowed if the total investment is inconsistent with the total amount in the investigatable data; and the non-initial uploading is not checked.
4. The intelligent audit system according to claim 2 wherein the project audit management subsystem includes the following modules:
the data integrity auditing module is used for auditing whether the declaration data is complete or not through a set integrity auditing rule, if so, the declaration data is transferred to a financial compliance auditing module, and if not, the declaration data management module is used for recording defects and returning the declaration data to the project declaration management subsystem;
the financial compliance auditing module audits whether the declaration data is complete or not according to the set financial compliance auditing rule, if so, the declaration data is transferred to a project economy auditing module, otherwise, the declaration data management module records defects and returns the declaration data to the project declaration management subsystem;
The project economy auditing module is used for auditing whether the declaration data is complete or not according to a set project economy auditing rule, if so, the declaration data passes the auditing of the project auditing management subsystem, otherwise, the declaration data management module records defects and returns the declaration data to the project declaration management subsystem;
the audit progress recording module records the progress of the execution of the audit process of the declaration data;
the audit result recording module records the audit result of the specific audit items in the audit process of the declared data;
and the auditing history recording module records the auditing operation executed in the process of auditing the declared data.
5. The intelligent auditing system of any one of claims 1 to 4 further comprising a project audit report management subsystem for generating a project audit report for a project for which an audit is completed.
6. The intelligent audit system according to claim 5 wherein the project audit report management subsystem includes the following modules:
the report template creating module is used for creating corresponding audit report templates aiming at different project types, storing and calling the audit report templates;
the report data information acquisition module acquires data information of the items which are checked;
And the report generation module writes the acquired data information of the item which is subjected to the audit into the matched audit report template to generate the audit report of the item.
7. The intelligent auditing system of claim 4, further comprising a project audit presentation subsystem that invokes and presents audit information either proactively or in response to a received query request.
8. The intelligent audit system according to claim 7 wherein the project audit presentation subsystem includes the following modules:
the audit information calling module is used for responding to the query request or acquiring audit information of the project audit management subsystem according to a set time point;
and the display module is used for displaying according to a set mode according to the acquired examination information of the project examination management subsystem.
9. An intelligent auditing system according to claim 8 where the presentation module includes:
the audit progress display unit displays the audit progress in a progress bar mode;
the auditing result display unit is used for displaying the corresponding auditing results of the auditing rules;
the investment estimation auditing result display unit is used for summarizing and displaying the project auditing and the economic benefit data of the detailed data of the specific project;
And the audit history display unit is used for displaying the audit history track of the project.
10. The intelligent auditing system of claim 9 where the audit result presentation unit presents all non-checkings, all checkings passed, checkings failed, suspected conditions by a rule classification tree, distinctively presenting in different font colors; the auditing result display unit supports and exports the checking result; the auditing result display unit supports the content of the detail of the through-viewing inspection.
11. The intelligent auditing system of claim 9 further comprising a project integration statistics and presentation subsystem for statistically analyzing audit result data and project data in real-time for all projects and visually presenting the overall condition of the project as a graph.
12. The intelligent auditing system of claim 11 where the project integration statistics and presentation subsystem includes the following modules:
the progress classification counting module counts the number of plan items, the number of unreported items, the number of reported items, the number of returned items and the number of passed items under each project classification in a plan year in a graphic mode;
the project classification statistical module is used for displaying the total number of projects, the total declared amount, the total approved amount, the total reduction amount and the total increase amount under different project classifications by using paging labels, and providing the proportion of the graphic display amount and the reduction amount in the total declared amount;
The amount classification statistical module is used for displaying the distribution of the total amount of the trial decrease and the total amount of the trial increase under different project classifications by using paging labels under different expense types and displaying the distribution by using a graphic;
and the audit problem distribution statistical module is used for counting the audit problem type distribution of the project and displaying the problem type distribution of the project under different project classifications in the audit.
13. A computer system, characterized in that it runs an intelligent auditing system exploitable for the items according to claims 1-12.
