And the CRM system server makes the data column corresponding to the decrypted identifier, namely the historical information and the basic information data carried by the two-dimensional code in a one-to-one correspondence mode and stores the data column into a local library as required. The operation actually records the full flow of the application, generation and use results of the exclusive two-dimensional code, and the local storage of the full-flow data can also facilitate the use of various service scenes.
The data sharing method mainly comprises 5 processing processes, namely, dynamic information acquisition, parameter adding to a contact function, callback receiving, data analysis and information base dropping. Specifically, the dynamic acquisition of information can ensure that the latest data is available at all times; and the data is encrypted in the function of adding the parameters to the contact me, so that the information safety is ensured.
For example, through the data sharing method, under the APP of company a, a customer can actively add a housekeeper enterprise WeChat, and after the enterprise WeChat is added, the housekeeper can see account data of the WeChat customer under the APP.
In this embodiment, a data sharing apparatus is further provided, and the apparatus is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description already made is omitted for brevity. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
The present embodiment provides a data sharing apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, including:
a first obtaining module 51, configured to obtain an identifier of a current user in a local area, and send the identifier to a target terminal, where the target terminal is configured to generate contact information based on the identifier;
a receiving module 52, configured to receive client information fed back by the target terminal, where the client information is obtained based on the contact information, and the client information carries the identifier;
and the updating module 53 is configured to determine history information of the current user according to the identifier, and update the history information by using the client information.
The data sharing device provided by this embodiment generates the contact information by using the local identifier of the current user, obtains the client information based on the contact information, and feeds back the client information to the local, so that the local can determine the current user by using the identifier, update the history information of the current user by using the client information, and implement real-time update of the history information of the current user, thereby implementing sharing of the information in the target terminal and the local information.
The present embodiment further provides a data sharing apparatus, as shown in fig. 8, including:
a second obtaining module 61, configured to obtain an identifier of the current user in the CRM system;
a generating module 62 for generating contact information based on the identification;
and a third obtaining module 63, configured to obtain customer information fed back based on the contact information, and feed back the customer information to the CRM system, so that the CRM system updates the history information of the current user based on the fed-back customer information.
In the data sharing apparatus provided in this embodiment, the contact information is generated based on the identifier, and the client information is obtained based on the contact information, so that the identifier is carried in the client information, and then the history information of the current user can be updated based on the identifier, thereby ensuring the real-time performance of data sharing.
The data sharing means in this embodiment are presented in the form of functional units, where a unit refers to an ASIC circuit, a processor and memory executing one or more software or fixed programs, and/or other devices that may provide the above-described functionality.
Further functional descriptions of the modules are the same as those of the corresponding embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which has the data sharing apparatus shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device may include: at least one processor 71, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), at least one communication interface 73, memory 74, at least one communication bus 72. Wherein a communication bus 72 is used to enable the connection communication between these components. The communication interface 73 may include a Display (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional communication interface 73 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The Memory 74 may be a high-speed RAM Memory (volatile Random Access Memory) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The memory 74 may alternatively be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 71. Wherein the processor 71 may be in connection with the apparatus described in fig. 7 or 8, an application program is stored in the memory 74, and the processor 71 calls the program code stored in the memory 74 for performing any of the above-mentioned method steps.
The communication bus 72 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus or an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus. The communication bus 72 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 9, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The memory 74 may include a volatile memory (RAM), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a non-volatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviated: HDD) or a solid-state drive (english: SSD); the memory 74 may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The processor 71 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of CPU and NP.
The processor 71 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or any combination thereof.
Optionally, the memory 74 is also used for storing program instructions. Processor 71 may invoke program instructions to implement a data sharing method as shown in any of the embodiments of fig. 2-4 of the present application.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer storage medium, where a computer-executable instruction is stored in the computer storage medium, and the computer-executable instruction can execute the data sharing method in any of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. A method for sharing data, comprising:
acquiring a local identifier of a current user, and sending the identifier to a target terminal, wherein the target terminal is used for generating contact information based on the identifier;
receiving customer information fed back by the target terminal, wherein the customer information is obtained based on the contact information, the customer information carries the identification, and the contact information is generated based on the identification;
and determining the historical information of the current user according to the identification, and updating the historical information by using the customer information.
2. The data sharing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the local identifier of the current user and sending the local identifier to the target terminal comprises:
acquiring the local identity of the current user;
encrypting the identity identification to form a local identification of the current user;
and sending the identification to the target terminal.
3. The data sharing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the history information of the current user according to the identifier and updating the history information with the customer information comprises:
analyzing the customer information, and determining the information of the current user and the identification in the customer information;
matching in a local CRM system based on the identification, and determining historical information corresponding to the identification;
and updating the historical information by using the information of the current user.
4. The data sharing method according to claim 3, wherein the identifier is formed by encrypting an identity of the current user, and the parsing the client information to determine the information of the current user in the client information includes:
decrypting the client information and determining the identification of the current user and the information of the current user;
and decrypting the identification of the current user to determine the identity identification of the current user.
5. A method for sharing data, comprising:
acquiring an identifier of a current user in a CRM system;
generating contact information based on the identification;
and obtaining customer information fed back based on the contact information, and feeding back the customer information to the CRM system, so that the CRM system updates the historical information of the current user based on the fed-back customer information.
6. The data sharing method according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining of the identification of the current user in the CRM system comprises:
acquiring the identifier from the application program of the current user;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and acquiring the identification from the applet of the current user.
7. A data sharing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a first communication module and a second acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a local identifier of a current user and sending the identifier to a target terminal, and the target terminal is used for generating contact information based on the identifier;
a receiving module, configured to receive client information fed back by the target terminal, where the client information is obtained based on the contact information, the client information carries the identifier, and the contact information is generated based on the identifier;
and the updating module is used for determining the historical information of the current user according to the identification and updating the historical information by utilizing the customer information.
8. A data sharing apparatus, comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification of the current user in the CRM system;
a generation module for generating contact information based on the identification;
and the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the customer information fed back based on the contact information and feeding back the customer information to the CRM system so that the CRM system updates the historical information of the current user based on the fed-back customer information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor, the memory and the processor being communicatively connected to each other, the memory having stored therein computer instructions, the processor executing the computer instructions to perform any one of claims 1 to 4, or to perform the data sharing method of any one of claims 5 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 5, or the method of data sharing of any one of claims 5 to 6.
11. A data sharing system, comprising:
a CRM system terminal for performing the data sharing method of any one of claims 1-4;
a target terminal connected to the CRM system terminal, the target terminal being configured to perform the data sharing method of claim 5 or 6.
