Four groups of interfaces are arranged on the flowmeter body 21 and are respectively used for connecting the oil tank 1 and the engine, wherein the fourth interface 29 is connected with an oil outlet of the oil tank 1 and the flowmeter 2, and the first interface 25 is connected with the flowmeter 2 and an oil return port of the oil tank 1; the third interface 28 is connected with the flow meter 2 and an engine oil inlet, and the second interface 26 is connected with an engine oil return port and the flow meter 2.
Before the flowmeter 2 is used for the first time, the flowmeter body 21 needs to be filled with oil, and the specific operation steps are as follows: putting a switch of the flowmeter in an OFF gear; the transparent pipe is connected with the fourth interface 29, and the common oil pipe is connected with the first interface 25; the two pipelines are placed into an oil tank 1 filled with oil, a 12V direct current power supply is switched on, then a power switch 23 is shifted to be in an opening state, and the oil is filled into the flowmeter body 21.
The specific steps for measuring the fuel consumption are as follows:
s1: the engine must be stopped before the pipelines are connected, the pipelines can be connected after the engine is cooled, and in order to avoid generating bubbles during measurement, the flowmeter 2 is vertically arranged close to the oil tank 1 as much as possible and is stable and reliable in arrangement;
s2: the first connector 25 and the fourth connector 29 are connected with the oil tank 1 through pipelines; the fourth interface 29 is connected with an oil outlet of the oil tank 1; the first interface 25 is connected with an oil return port of the oil tank 1, and the pipeline connection cannot be broken so as to avoid damaging an instrument;
s3: connecting the second port 26 and the third port 28 to the engine through a pipeline; the third interface 28 is connected with an oil inlet of the engine, and a transparent pipe is required to be used; the second interface 26 is connected with an oil return port of the engine, and a pipeline cannot be folded so as to avoid damaging an instrument;
s4: turning OFF the power switch 23 of the flowmeter 2 and putting the flowmeter in an OFF gear;
s5: connecting a power line and a data line, and establishing a fuel consumption testing system;
s6: turning ON a power switch 23 of the flowmeter 2 and putting the flowmeter to an 'ON' gear;
s7: starting the engine thirty seconds after the whole pipeline connection finishes flowing, and measuring the fuel consumption;
s8: the data collector 3 collects the flow data acquired by the flowmeter 2, and calculates the total oil consumption at the end of the test in the following calculation mode: the total oil quantity flowing into the engine minus the total oil quantity flowing out of the engine is the fuel consumption, and the data acquisition unit 3 stores the acquired data process and result, so that the subsequent calling and checking are facilitated.
The operation steps after the fuel consumption measurement of the flowmeter 2 is finished are as follows:

c: removing a power line, a signal line and an oil pipe of the flowmeter 2; when the pipeline is disassembled, the pipeline should be taken and put lightly to avoid the problem that if the transparent pipe generates continuous bubbles for a long time during testing, the flowmeter 2 needs to be cleaned for a period of time, and if the bubbles exist, the phenomenon can be caused by the following two conditions:
1. when the air leaks between the pipelines, the connection between the pipelines needs to be checked again;
2. the installation position of the flowmeter 2 and the oil inlet pipe of the engine have larger height difference.
