Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:
1. after the spraying is finished, the side, provided with the mark, of the glove is dried immediately, and the interior of the glove can be dried while drying, so that the drying effect is improved;
2. the gloves are sleeved on the hand mold 10, the hand mold 10 is fixed on the rotating plate 7 through the supporting pipe 9, and the rotating plate 7 is driven by the electric rotating disc 5 to rotate, so that the gloves can be driven to rotate, and the operation is convenient;
3. the spraying equipment 4 slides on the sliding rail 23 through the sliding block 25, and is limited through the limiting tooth block 26 and the rack 24, so that the height of the spraying equipment 4 can be adjusted according to the height of a spraying position, and the operation is convenient;
4. two clamping plates 29 are arranged on the upper side of the hand model 10 at the foremost side, the clamping plates 29 can rotate, and then gloves on the hand model 10 can be taken down, so that the workload of workers is reduced.

Claims (6)

1. A drying device for coating production of Buna glove comprises a workbench (1), supporting legs (2), a fixed cover (3) and spraying equipment (4), wherein the supporting legs (2) are fixed at four corners of the lower surface of the workbench (1), the fixed cover (3) is arranged on the upper side of the workbench (1), the fixed cover (3) is of a front-side open structure, and the spraying equipment (4) is arranged on the right side of the fixed cover (3); it is characterized in that it also comprises:
the electric turntable (5), the electric turntable (5) is fixed on the upper surface of the workbench (1), and the electric turntable (5) is connected with an external power supply;
the fixing table (6) is arranged at the lower side inside the fixing cover (3), and the lower side of the fixing table (6) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the workbench (1) through a support rod;
the rotating plate (7) is arranged on the upper side of the fixed table (6), the lower surface of the rotating plate (7) is rotatably connected with the upper surface of the fixed table (6) through a sealing bearing, and the peripheral wall of the rotating plate (7) and the peripheral wall of the fixed table (6) are arranged in the same vertical plane;
the lower end of the rotating rod (8) is fixedly connected with the output end of the electric turntable (5), and the upper end of the rotating rod (8) is fixedly connected with the center of the lower surface of the rotating plate (7) after passing through the fixed table (6);
the supporting tubes (9), the supporting tubes (9) are a plurality, the supporting tubes (9) are inserted at equal angles and fixed on the rotating plate (7), and the lower sides of the supporting tubes (9) and the lower surface of the rotating plate (7) are arranged in the same plane;
the hand moulds (10) are provided in a plurality, the hand moulds (10) are correspondingly sleeved and fixed on the top end of the supporting pipe (9) one by one, and the hand moulds (10) are communicated with the supporting pipe (9);
the flow distribution plate (11) is arranged in an arc shape, the upper side of the flow distribution plate (11) is of an open structure, two sides of the upper side wall of the flow distribution plate (11) are respectively in contact with the lower surface of the rotating plate (7) through graphite layers, and a groove in the upper side of the flow distribution plate (11) is communicated with the support pipe (9);
the air suction pump (12), the said air suction pump (12) is fixed on lower surface of the work level (1), there are three-way joints (13) on the air outlet end of the air suction pump (12);
the two air outlet pipes (14) are arranged, the two air outlet pipes (14) are respectively connected with two joints of the three-way joint (13), the other end of one air outlet pipe (14) penetrates through the workbench (1) and the fixed table (6) in sequence and then is inserted into the lower side wall of the flow distribution plate (11), the air outlet pipe (14) is communicated with the flow distribution plate (11), and the other end of the other air outlet pipe (14) bypasses the left side of the workbench (1) and then is inserted into the upper side wall of the fixed cover (3);
the fixing ring (15) is arranged on the upper side of the rotating plate (7) in a hanging mode, the upper side of the fixing ring (15) is fixed on the inner wall of the upper side of the fixing cover (3), and the lower side of the fixing ring (15) is arranged on one side, adjacent to the center of the rotating plate (7), of the hand mold (10) in a hanging mode;
the arc-shaped plate (16) is arranged on the outer side of the fixing ring (15), the upper side of the arc-shaped plate (16) is fixed on the inner wall of the lower side of the fixing cover (3), the arc-shaped plate (16) and the fixing ring (15) are arranged in the same circle center, and the interiors of the arc-shaped plate (16) and the fixing ring (15) are both in a hollow structure;
the connecting pipe (17) is arranged between the arc-shaped plate (16) and the fixing ring (15), two ends of the connecting pipe (17) are respectively inserted into the arc-shaped plate (16) and the fixing ring (15), and the upper side wall of the connecting pipe (17) is connected with the air outlet pipe (14) positioned on the upper side of the fixing cover (3);
the spray heads (18) are arranged in a plurality of numbers, the spray heads (18) are respectively distributed on the peripheral wall of the left rear side of the fixed ring (15) and the inner wall of the arc-shaped plate (16) in an equiangular mode, and the spray heads (18) are respectively communicated with the fixed ring (15) and the arc-shaped plate (16) in an adjacent mode;
the heating box (19) is arranged on the lower side of the air extracting pump (12), the heating box (19) is fixed on the supporting legs (2) adjacent to the heating box through the supporting rods, and the heating box (19) is connected with the air extracting pump (12) through a pipeline;
heating rod (20), heating rod (20) be the several, several heating rod (20) all set up in the inside of heating cabinet (19), and the both ends of heating rod (20) are fixed on the inner wall of heating cabinet (19) left and right sides to the back equidistance in the past, be equipped with air inlet (21) on the lower lateral wall of heating cabinet (19).
