The utility model provides a medical consumptive material gravity-feed tank control system, its characterized in that includes: the system comprises a gravity sensing shelf, a slave computer, a host computer, a cloud server and a client; the gravity sensing goods shelf is provided with a plurality of goods positions, each goods position is provided with a gravity sensor for sensing the mass of the medical consumables on the goods position, each goods position is connected with an auxiliary machine, and each goods shelf is provided with a host machine which is in communication connection with all the auxiliary machines on the goods shelf;
the slave machine is used for acquiring the quality of medical consumables on a goods position of the gravity sensing shelf, determining goods position inventory information and sending the goods position inventory information to the host machine;
the host is used for sending goods position inventory information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for storing and updating goods position inventory information;
the client is used for accessing the cloud server and obtaining goods space inventory information.
2. The medical consumable gravity sensing shelf control system of claim 1, wherein the slave is further configured to obtain operating instructions; the client is also used for issuing an operation instruction.
3. The medical consumable gravity sensing shelf control system according to claim 1, wherein each slave is provided with a display assembly for displaying the cargo space inventory information.
4. The medical consumable gravity sensing shelf control system of claim 3, wherein the display assembly is further configured to receive operating instructions and send the operating instructions to a slave.
5. A control method for a gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables is characterized by being applied to a system comprising the gravity sensing shelf, a slave computer, a host computer, a cloud server and a client, and comprising the following steps:
obtaining an operation instruction from a slave machine;
the slave machine obtains the quality of the medical consumables on the goods position, determines the inventory information of the goods position and sends the inventory information to the host machine;
the host computer sends the goods position inventory information to the cloud server;
the cloud server saves and updates the goods position inventory information;
the client accesses the cloud server and obtains the cargo space inventory information.

The method for controlling the gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables according to claim 5, wherein the slave computer further includes a preset quality of the individual medical consumables stored in the cargo space of the shelf before acquiring the operation instruction, and specifically includes:
obtaining a quality setting instruction of the medical consumable single product from the slave machine;
the slave machine acquires the quality and the quantity of the medical consumables on the cargo space, determines the quality of the medical consumable single product stored in the cargo space and sends the quality to the host machine;
the host sends the quality of the medical consumable single product to the cloud server;
the cloud server acquires the quality of the medical consumable single product and judges whether the corresponding goods space has the quality of the single product of the medical consumable; if yes, updating the quality of the single medical consumable; if not, the quality of the single medical consumable is preserved.
7. The method for controlling the gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables according to claim 5, wherein the cloud server further comprises after saving and updating the stock information of the cargo space:
the cloud server judges whether the quantity of the medical consumable items in the goods space is lower than a preset threshold value or not, and when the quantity of the medical consumable items in the goods space is judged to be lower than the preset threshold value, a replenishment prompt is sent to the host; the goods supplementing prompt comprises the position of a goods position to be supplemented and the type and the number of medical consumables to be supplemented;
the host receives the replenishment prompt and sends the replenishment prompt to the slave machines corresponding to the cargo positions, and the slave machines receive and display the replenishment prompt.

The method for controlling the gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables according to claim 7, wherein the cloud server acquires inventory information of the cargo space and sends a replenishment prompt to the client when judging that the quantity of the medical consumables in the cargo space is lower than a preset threshold.
9. The method for controlling the gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables according to claim 7, wherein the step of receiving and displaying the replenishment prompt from the slave computer further comprises:
the slave machine acquires a replenishment operation instruction, acquires the quality of medical consumables replenished on the goods position, and determines the quantity of replenished medical consumables according to the quality of a prestored medical consumable single product;
the slave machine judges whether the number of the medical consumables to be supplemented is consistent with the number of the medical consumables to be supplemented in the replenishment prompt:
when the judgment result is yes, the cloud server updates the goods location inventory information;
when the judgment result is no, the slave machine issues a confirmation prompt; the confirmation prompt is a manual confirmation prompt for judging whether the types of the medical consumables and the medical consumables to be supplemented on the goods yard are consistent or not; when the human confirms that the goods are consistent, the cloud server updates the goods space inventory information.
10. The method for controlling the gravity sensing shelf of medical consumables according to claim 5, wherein when the operation command is inventory and the operation command includes an inventory amount, the method further includes an early warning step, which specifically includes:
the slave machine acquires the quality and quantity of medical consumables stored in the goods shelf location and determines the quality of single medical consumables stored in the goods shelf location;
the slave machine judges whether the quality of the stored medical consumable single product is consistent with that of a prestored medical consumable single product; when the judgment result is no, sending an error warning to the host;
the host computer obtains error warning and uploads the error warning to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the error warning and sends the error warning to the client.
