In the invention, the cloud service can manage goods position information of a plurality of shelves, namely, the goods position information is in communication connection with a plurality of hosts; one host computer correspondingly acquires and manages information of each goods place in one goods shelf, one slave computer correspondingly acquires and manages information of one goods place, each goods place is provided with a touchable display screen which can display the goods place inventory information and can issue operation instructions, and the first screen of the goods shelf can be used as the host computer display screen in the display screen of the invention to check information of all goods places and issue operation instructions to any goods place in the whole goods shelf.
In the invention, the goods location inventory information includes but is not limited to goods location information, single quality, total quality, variety, quantity and the like of medical consumables on goods locations;
the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.

Claims (2)

1. The gravity sensing goods shelf control method for the medical consumables is characterized by being applied to a system comprising a gravity sensing goods shelf, a slave machine, a master machine, a cloud server and a client side, wherein the gravity sensing goods shelf is provided with a plurality of goods places, each goods place is provided with a gravity sensor for sensing the quality of the medical consumables on the goods place, each goods place is connected with the slave machine, and each goods shelf is provided with the master machine which is in communication connection with all the slave machines on the goods shelf;
the slave is used for acquiring the quality of medical consumables on the goods space of the gravity sensing goods shelf, determining the goods space inventory information and sending the goods space inventory information to the host;
the host is used for sending goods space inventory information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for storing and updating goods space inventory information;
the client is used for accessing the cloud server and acquiring goods space inventory information;
the slave is also used for acquiring an operation instruction; the client is also used for issuing an operation instruction;
the operation instruction comprises goods taking, goods supplementing and goods returning operations;
each slave is provided with a display component for displaying goods space inventory information;
the display component is also used for receiving an operation instruction and sending the operation instruction to the slave;
the display screen is also used for issuing operation instructions;
the method comprises the following steps:
the slave acquires an operation instruction;
the slave acquires the quality of medical consumables on the goods space, determines the goods space inventory information and sends the goods space inventory information to the host;
the host computer sends goods space inventory information to the cloud server;
the cloud server stores and updates goods space inventory information;
the client accesses the cloud server and acquires goods space inventory information;
the slave machine also comprises the quality of medical consumable single products stored in a goods position on a preset goods shelf before acquiring an operation instruction, and specifically comprises the following steps:
obtaining a medical consumable single-quality setting instruction from the slave machine;
the slave machine obtains the quality and the quantity of medical consumables on the goods space, determines the single quality of the medical consumables stored in the goods space and sends the single quality to the host machine;
the host computer sends the single quality of medical consumables to the cloud server;
the cloud server acquires the quality of the single product of the medical consumable, and judges whether the corresponding goods space has the quality of the single product of the medical consumable; if yes, updating the quality of the single product of the medical consumable; if not, the quality of the single product of the medical consumable is saved;
the cloud server further comprises the following steps of:
the cloud server judges whether the number of the medical consumables in the goods space is lower than a preset threshold value, and when the number of the medical consumables in the goods space is judged to be lower than the preset threshold value, a replenishment prompt is sent to the host; the replenishment prompt comprises the position of a to-be-replenished goods place, and the type and the number of to-be-replenished medical consumables;
the host receives the replenishment prompt and sends the replenishment prompt to the slave computer of the corresponding goods space, and the slave computer receives and displays the replenishment prompt;
the slave machine further comprises the following steps after receiving and displaying the replenishment prompt:
the slave machine acquires a replenishment operation instruction, acquires the quality of medical consumables replenished on a cargo space, and determines the quantity of the replenished medical consumables according to the single quality of the prestored medical consumables;
the slave machine judges whether the number of the medical consumables to be supplemented is consistent with the number of the medical consumables to be supplemented in the replenishment prompt:
when the judgment is yes, the cloud server updates the goods space inventory information;
when the judgment is negative, the slave issues a confirmation prompt; the confirmation prompt is a manual confirmation prompt for whether the types of the medical consumables to be supplemented are consistent with those of the medical consumables to be supplemented or not on the goods space; when the manual confirmation is consistent, the cloud server updates the goods space inventory information;
when the operation instruction is an inventory and the operation instruction contains the inventory quantity, the method further comprises an early warning step, and specifically comprises the following steps:
the slave machine obtains the quality and the quantity of medical consumables stored on a goods shelf position and determines the quality of single medical consumables stored;
the slave machine judges whether the quality of the stored medical consumable single product is consistent with the quality of the pre-stored medical consumable single product; when the judgment is negative, sending an error warning to the host;
the host acquires the error warning and uploads the error warning to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the error alert and sends to the client.
2. The method for controlling gravity sensing shelves of medical consumables according to claim 1, wherein the cloud server obtains inventory information of a cargo space and sends a replenishment notice to the client when the number of medical consumables of the cargo space is determined to be lower than a preset threshold.
