A launder guard plate assembly is characterized by comprising a launder guard plate connected with a tail beam body; the launder guard plate comprises a longitudinal plate and a transverse plate, the longitudinal plate is connected with the tail beam body, and the transverse plate is arranged at one end, far away from the tail beam body, of the longitudinal plate; the launder guard plate is connected with the car body metal plate through the transverse plate.
2. A launder shield assembly according to claim 1 wherein the longitudinal plates are provided with locating recesses at the ends remote from the transverse plates; the positioning sink groove is connected with the wrapping flanging on the tail beam body; the depth of the positioning sink groove is the same as the thickness of the wrapping flanging.
3. The launder shield assembly according to claim 1 wherein the transverse plate is provided with a clamping sinker, the transverse plate is provided with an assembly hole, and the assembly hole simultaneously penetrates through the transverse plate and the clamping sinker; a fastening bolt is arranged in the assembling hole; the fastening bolt penetrates through the assembly hole to be connected with the vehicle body.
4. A launder shield assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the transverse panels are provided with lap flanges at their edges.
5. A launder shield assembly according to claim 1 wherein the launder shield is joined to the tail boom body by welded inner panels; the welding inner plate comprises a welding plate, and the welding plate is connected with the launder guard plate through a screw.
6. A launder shield assembly according to claim 5, characterised in that the longitudinal walls of the launder shield are provided with bridging plates, and the welded plates are attached to the bridging plates by screws.
7. A launder shield assembly according to claim 6, characterised in that support pillars are provided on the welded plate, relief grooves are provided on the welded plate, said relief grooves extending from the welded plate to the inside of the support pillars; the bridging plate is connected with the end part of the supporting column through a screw.
8. A launder shield assembly according to claim 7 wherein the upper ends of the support posts are provided with bridging posts, the bridging posts are provided with screw locking holes, and the bridging plate is connected with the screw locking holes on the bridging posts by screws.
9. A launder shield assembly according to claim 8, characterised in that the bridging columns are provided with locating blocks on their peripheries.
10. A launder shield assembly according to claim 9 wherein the bridge plate is provided with a retaining ring plate, the side of the retaining ring plate remote from the bridge plate being provided with a retaining ramp; one side of the positioning ring plate, which is far away from the bridging plate, is attached to the corresponding vehicle body.
