The texture depth of the 3D stereo synchronization alignment layer 1 is 0.03-2 mm, uneven depth is formed on the surface to present a 3D stereo visual effect, a detector is moved at a speed of 0.1-0.5 mm/s by using a coarseness meter with resolution of 0.001 mu m, the uneven surface is detected by the up-down deflection of a measuring needle, and the measurement of the texture depth of the surface is realized.
Specifically, the surface treatment layer 43 and the protective layer 41 are both UV-curable coatings, and the pattern layer 42 is a pattern formed by UV ink jet printing.
Physical and chemical property tests were performed on the decorative boards prepared in this example and the ordinary spray painted decorative boards, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the interconnectable 3D effect UV spray-painted intelligent board manufactured by the invention has better adhesive force, wear resistance, scratch resistance, color fidelity durability and environmental protection than the common spray-painted decorative board, has obvious 3D stereoscopic effect and good electric conductivity, can realize interconnection, and can be widely applied to various decorative places.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. Claims (7)

1. The interconnectable 3D effect UV spray painting intelligent plate is characterized by comprising a 3D three-dimensional synchronous alignment layer, a transparent film layer, a transition layer, a UV spray painting layer and a base material from top to bottom; the UV spray painting layer comprises a surface treatment layer, a pattern layer and a protective layer, wherein the surface treatment layer is sprayed on the surface of the base material, the pattern layer is sprayed on the surface of the surface treatment layer, and the protective layer is sprayed on the surface of the pattern layer;
the protective layer is a transparent UV wear-resistant coating containing nano silicon dioxide;
the transparent film layer is transparent paper impregnated with modified melamine resin;
the transition layer is transparent UV glue;
the substrate comprises an intelligent shaving board, a fiberboard or a plywood integrated with a built-in circuit; the base material is embedded with a connecting piece connected with the conductor; coating the transition layer after the spray painting of the base material is finished, paving the transparent film layer, and synchronously laminating the patterns to form the 3D synchronous alignment layer;
the preparation method of the interconnected 3D effect UV spray painting intelligent plate comprises the following steps:
(1) The shaving board, the fiber board or the plywood are grooved through a CNC machining center to manufacture the wire grooves, the thickness of the shaving board, the fiber board or the plywood is 9-25 mm, and the formaldehyde release amount is less than or equal to 0.05mg/m 3 The width of the wire slot is 12-35 mm, the depth is 0.3-0.5 mm, and the wire slot end is provided with a groove with the width of 50mm, the depth of 30mm and the height of 5mm for embedding the connecting piece;
(2) The conductor is pre-buried in the wire slot position and pre-fixed after being connected with the connecting piece;
(3) Cold pressing and compounding the glue passing assembly to obtain a base material, namely an intelligent shaving board, a fiber board or a plywood with integrated built-in circuit;
the specific operation is as follows: cold pressing and compounding a shaving board, a fiber board or a plywood which is only provided with a wire slot and is not provided with a pre-buried conductor and a connecting piece with a shaving board, a fiber board or a plywood assembly which is provided with the pre-buried conductor and the connecting piece;
(4) The surface of the base material is subjected to sanding and dust removing treatment, the abrasive belt of the sanding machine is 180 meshes, and a dust removing and soot blowing device is arranged at the outlet plate of the sanding machine for dust removal;
(5) Spraying primer on the surface of the treated substrate to form a surface treatment layer, wherein the surface treatment layer comprises an upper UV white coating and a lower UV white coating, the spraying temperature is 56-60 ℃, the thickness of the lower UV white coating is 15-20 mu m, and the thickness of the upper UV white coating is 8-10 mu m;
(6) Inputting a designed pattern, and carrying out spray painting on the surface of the surface treatment layer according to the adjusted color ink proportion to form a pattern layer, wherein the pixels of the pattern are 900-1200 dpi;
(7) Carrying out spray painting on the surface of the pattern layer by using a UV coating to form a protective layer, wherein the protective layer is a transparent UV wear-resistant coating containing nano silicon dioxide, the spray painting temperature is 56-60 ℃, and the thickness of the coating is 10-20 mu m;
(8) The surface of the protective layer is coated with a transition layer, wherein the transition layer is transparent UV glue with the thickness of 10-15 mu m, and the primary curing is completed by irradiation for 6-10 seconds under the ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 365-400 nm after the curtain coating;
the UV adhesive is prepared by mixing and reacting 1-2 parts by weight of nano silicon dioxide, 5-15 parts by weight of polyether ethanol, 10-30 parts by weight of methacrylate with at least one hydroxyl functional group, 5-15 parts by weight of polyol containing an ionic group, 15-30 parts by weight of aromatic polyester polyol and 30-50 parts by weight of polyisocyanate;
(9) Paving a transparent film layer, performing hot press forming, paving the transparent film layer on the surface of the transition layer, entering a hot press to synchronously press and paste the patterns for trimming, and performing hot press technological parameters: the pressure is 18-22 MPa, the temperature is 120-190 ℃ and the time is 20-300 s, so that the interconnected 3D effect UV spray painting intelligent plate is obtained;
the transparent film layer is transparent paper impregnated with modified melamine resin, the thickness is 0.1-0.15 mm, and the gram weight of the transparent paper is 25-45 g/m 2 The gum dipping amount is 110-130%, the volatile matter content is 5-7%, the pre-curing degree is 40-55%, and the formaldehyde release amount is less than or equal to 0.5mg/L.

The interconnectable 3D effect UV inkjet intelligent board according to claim 1, wherein the 3D stereoscopic synchronization alignment layer is formed by rolling or flattening a synchronization alignment embossing mold, the texture depth is 0.03 to 2mm, the detector is moved at a speed of 0.1 to 0.5mm/s by using a coarseness gauge with a resolution of 0.001 μm, the surface roughness is detected by the up-down displacement amount of the stylus, and the measurement of the surface texture depth is realized.
3. The interconnectable 3D effect UV inkjet intelligent board of claim 1, wherein the surface treatment layer and the protective layer are both UV curable coatings, and the pattern layer is a pattern formed by UV ink inkjet.

The method for preparing the interconnected 3D effect UV spray painting intelligent plate according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the conductor comprises a metal strip and a twisted pair, the metal strip is made of any one of copper, iron and aluminum, the width is 8-30 mm, the thickness is 0.3-0.8 mm, the diameter of the twisted pair is 0.8-1 mm, 4 pairs are arranged side by side, the conductor is longitudinally and transversely arranged and is not conducted, and two ends of the conductor are respectively connected with the connecting piece.
