Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of recycled plastic utilization, and particularly relates to a device for preparing a plastic barrel from recycled plastic, which comprises the following components: the crushing equipment is used for crushing the clean waste plastics and is provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole; one end of the connecting pipe is connected with a discharge hole of the crushing equipment; the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the hot melting cylinder and is communicated with the interior of the hot melting cylinder; the hot melting device is characterized in that electric heating pipes are uniformly arranged inside the hot melting barrel, the bottom end of the hot melting barrel is connected with the discharging pipe, and a valve is arranged on the discharging pipe. The crushing equipment and the hot melting cylinder are connected through the connecting pipe, so that the crushed waste plastics can be directly transmitted, the transmission disconnection between the two processes is avoided, and the waste plastics regeneration efficiency is improved; the pulverized waste plastics are temporarily stored and heated to be molten through the hot melting barrel, so that the waste plastics can be heated at the tail end and directly injected during use, and the normal injection molding of the waste plastics is ensured.

Background
The recycled plastic is a recycled plastic, and the recycling of the plastic is completed by performing a mechanical blade grinding operation.
The plastic has good processing performance and is easy to form, such as: blowing, extruding, pressing, easy cutting and easy welding. In production and life, many plastics can be granulated, for example, waste food bags, sandals, wires, wire boards, agricultural films, pipes, barrels, basins, packing belts and various waste plastic products can be subjected to three-forming processing to produce plastic raw materials, and the plastic raw materials are subjected to special processes and formulas to be used for manufacturing machine parts and parts; can be used for manufacturing water pipes, agricultural equipment, packaging bags and cement bags; can replace part of the wood products; can be used for manufacturing various plastic bags, barrels, basins, toys and other plastic products and living appliances.

the lateral wall downside of a hot melt section of thick bamboo is provided with the pneumatic cylinder, the flexible end of pneumatic cylinder extends to the inside of a hot melt section of thick bamboo, the flexible end of pneumatic cylinder is connected with the dispersion board.
Preferably, the electric heating pipe is spirally arranged on the inner wall of the hot melting cylinder.
Preferably, the outer wall of the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer wall of the dispersion plate are both provided with anti-sticking coatings.

heating and melting the crushed waste plastics in the hot melting cylinder through an electric heating pipe;
presetting a temperature range for heating the waste plastics, storing the temperature range in a PLC (programmable logic controller), and controlling the temperature of the waste plastics in the hot melting cylinder to be within the temperature range through the PLC;
the temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the waste plastics in the hot melting cylinder in real time:
when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature is smaller than a preset temperature value range, the PLC controller controls the heating power of the electric heating pipe to be increased;
when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature is greater than a preset temperature value range, the PLC controller controls the heating power of the electric heating pipe to be reduced;
the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened or closed, so that the discharge pipe outputs required quantity of molten waste plastics to the injection mold, and the plastic barrel is obtained after cooling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the crushing equipment and the hot melting cylinder are connected through the connecting pipe, so that the crushed waste plastics can be directly transmitted, the transmission disconnection between the two processes is avoided, and the waste plastics regeneration efficiency is improved;
2) the pulverized waste plastics are temporarily stored and heated to be molten through the hot melting cylinder, so that the waste plastics can be heated at the tail end and can be directly subjected to injection molding when in use, and the normal injection molding of the waste plastics is ensured;
3) through the cooperation of pneumatic cylinder and dispersion board, can be to the waste plastics dispersion in the hot melt section of thick bamboo for waste plastics can flow, avoid waste plastics solidification, and make waste plastics be heated evenly.

presetting a temperature range for heating the waste plastics and storing the temperature range in the PLC controller 10, controlling the temperature of the waste plastics in the hot melting cylinder 3 to be within the temperature range through the PLC controller 10, setting the temperature range for heating the waste plastics to be 350-400 ℃, and adding a modified additive into the waste plastics in the process of heating and melting so that a finished product prepared from the waste plastics can be suitable for different use conditions;
when one of the temperature sensors 6 detects that the temperature is less than a preset temperature value range, the PLC 10 controls the heating power of the electric heating tube 5 to increase;
when all the temperature sensors 6 detect that the temperature is greater than a preset temperature value range, the PLC 10 controls the heating power of the electric heating pipe 5 to be reduced;
the PLC 10 controls the electromagnetic valve to open or close, so that the discharge pipe 4 outputs the required amount of molten waste plastics to the injection mold, and the plastic barrel is obtained after cooling.
