The spreader 38 includes a lifting cylinder 54, a lifting plate 55, a support insert rod 56, and a spreader plate 57 (see fig. 29 in the specification). A push-lift plate 55 is arranged below the workpiece clamp 5 on one side of the conveying line 62 through a push-lift cylinder 54; a supporting inserted rod 56 is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate 55; a plurality of opening plates 57 are fixedly arranged on the lifting plate 55 at one side of the supporting inserted rod 56 (see the attached figure 29 in the specification); the lifting cylinder 54 operates to drive the lifting plate 55 and the opening plate 57 to move up and down.
The end of the expanding plate 57 is symmetrically provided with an expanding oblique tip 58 (see the description attached to fig. 29 and 31). During operation, the strutting oblique tip 58 can be propped open after being inserted into the cradle body 1 through the oblique surface, so that the purpose that the pressurizing combining piece 3 is conveniently inserted into and assembled in the cradle body 1 is achieved.
A pre-press 39 is fixedly arranged above the conveying line 62 at one side of the spreader 38; the prepress 39 is located opposite the spreader 38 (see figure 28 of the specification). The prepress 39 comprises a longitudinal pushing cylinder 59, a prepressing cylinder 60 and a prepressing plate 61; a longitudinal pushing cylinder 59 is fixedly arranged on the conveying line 62 through a bracket; the end of the piston rod of the longitudinal pushing cylinder 59 is provided with a prepressing plate 61 (see the attached figure 33 in the specification) through a connecting plate and a prepressing cylinder 60. When working, the longitudinal pushing cylinder 59 can drive the prepressing cylinder 60 and the prepressing plate 61 to move back and forth, and the prepressing cylinder 60 can drive the prepressing plate 61 to move up and down.
The press-fitting mechanism 8 is provided with a transfer mechanism 9 (see the description and the attached figure 28) on one side. The transfer mechanism 9 comprises a vertical frame 28, a transverse sliding plate 29, a grabbing cylinder 30 and a grabbing jaw 31 (see the description and the attached figure 18). Two groups of transverse sliding plates 29 are slidably arranged on the vertical frame 28 through slide rails and cylinders; the cylinder can drive the transverse sliding plate 29 to slide back and forth on the stand 28 when working. The transverse sliding plate 29 is provided with a grabbing cylinder 30; the lower end of the gripping cylinder 30 is provided with a gripping jaw 31 (see fig. 18 in the description).
When the assembling device for the cradle body and the plastic parts of the spinning frame works, firstly, the loosening air cylinder 18 on the workpiece clamp 5 positioned on one side beside the cradle body feeding mechanism 6 acts to push the movable pressing plate 17 to overcome the elasticity of the clamping spring 20 and then separate the movable pressing plate 17 from the fixed pressing plate 16, and then other equipment or manual work is used for sequentially placing the three groups of pressing combined parts 3 between the movable pressing plate 17 and the fixed pressing plate 16; then, the cylinder 18 is released to reset, and the movable pressing plate 17 can move toward each other under the elastic force of the clamping spring 20, and finally the pressing connector 3 is clamped and fixed under the cooperation of the movable pressing plate and the clamping spring (see the figure 6 in the specification).
After the pressurized connector 3 is assembled, the conveyor line 62 drives the work fixture 5 to move forward one station by the driving chain 4, so that the work fixture 5 with the pressurized connector 3 is moved to correspond to the press-fitting device 37 and then stops.
Then, the suction cylinder 23 on the rack feeding mechanism 6 sucks and fixes the cradle rack 1 at the upper end of the rack feeding line 22 by the suction head 24 and transfers the cradle rack to the upper side of the lifting plate 25 (see the attached fig. 14 and 15 in the specification). At the same time the frame loading line 22 moves a new cradle frame 1 to the end position in synchronism with this.
After the adsorption head 24 shifts the cradle support body 1 to the top of the jacking plate 25, the jacking cylinder ejects out the jacking plate 25 to enable the jacking plate to be inserted into the inside of the cradle support body 1, and then the adsorption head 24 loosens and resets the cradle support body 1. Then, the upper extrusion head 26 extrudes the cradle body 1 from the upper part, and the side extrusion head 27 extrudes the cradle body 1 from the end head to ensure that the interior of the cradle body is jointed and connected with the end surface of the jacking plate 25; so as to achieve the purpose of correcting the posture of the cradle body 1. The upper extrusion head 26 and the side extrusion heads 27 are then repositioned.
After the upper extrusion head 26 and the side extrusion heads 27 are reset, the traverse sliding plate 29, the grabbing cylinder 30 and the grabbing jaw 31 of the transfer mechanism 9 cooperate with each other to clamp and place the cradle body 1 on the jacking plate 25 on the positioning support block 63 (see the attached figures 22 and 23 of the specification) of the press-fitting device 37, and then reset. The jacking plates 25 are then reset.
After the cradle body 1 is placed on the positioning support block 63, the vibration feeder 32 on the material feeding mechanism 7 acts to make the plastic pieces 2 at the tail end enter the inner part of the workpiece bayonet 35 of the feeding block 34 under the action of mutual extrusion force, and then the feeding cylinder 33 drives the feeding block 34 to move forward one station and stop moving (see the attached fig. 19 and 20 of the specification).
At this time, the air cylinder on the press-fitting device 37 acts to push the cross sliding seat 44 to move to the upper part of the upper material block 34 on the sliding rail; then the lifting cylinder 45 acts to drive the clamping jaw air cylinder 48 to move downwards through the lifting plate 46 so as to grab the plastic pieces 2 on the feeding block 34 and then restore upwards. Then, the feeding cylinder 33 on the feeding mechanism 7 drives the feeding block 34 to reset; the cylinder action pushes the cross sliding seat 44 to drive the clamping jaw cylinder 48 to move to the upper part of the cradle body 1.
After the above work is finished, the push-pull cylinder 49 acts to drive the clamping jaw cylinder 48 to rotate around the rotating shaft 47 for a certain angle and then stop, and at this time, the plastic piece 2 and the clamping jaw cylinder 48 are in an inclined state together. Then the lifting cylinder 45 acts to push the lifting plate 46 to move downwards; during the downward movement of the lifting plate 46, the pressing block 53 on the upper part of the lifting plate contacts with the cradle body 1 firstly and presses and fixes the lifting plate on the positioning supporting block 63, and then the lifting plate 46 continues to move downward, and during the process, the clamping jaw air cylinder 48 on the lifting plate 46 inserts the plastic part 2 into the end of the cradle body 1 to complete the installation. In this process, the pressing block 53 will act against the lifting plate 46 against the spring force of the pressing spring 52. When the plastic part 2 is installed, the lifting cylinder 45 drives the lifting plate 46 to reset; the push-pull air cylinder 49 drives the clamping jaw air cylinder 48 to reset.
After the plastic part 2 is assembled at the end of the cradle body 1, the longitudinal pushing cylinder 59 on the prepress 39 acts to push the prepressing plate 61 to the upper part of the pressurizing combination part 3 of the workpiece clamp 5; the prepressing cylinder 60 then drives the prepressing plate 61 to move downwards for a certain distance and then to reset. In this process, the prepressing plate 61 prepresses the press binder 3 downward to correct the position of the press binder 3, thereby preventing the problem of incorrect mounting position of the press binder 3.
After the prepress 39 is operated, the lifting cylinder 54 of the spreader 38 is operated to push the spreader plate 57 to make its upper end pass through the avoiding hole 36 of the workpiece holder 5 and extend to above the press-fit joint 3 (see fig. 30 of the specification). Subsequently, the traverse sliding plate 29 of the transfer mechanism 9, the grabbing cylinder 30 and the grabbing jaw 31 cooperate with each other to transfer the cradle body 1 on which the plastic part 2 is assembled to the upper end of the expanding plate 57 of the expander 38, and meanwhile, the transfer mechanism 9 places the cradle body 1 on the next cradle body 1 of the cradle body feeding mechanism 6 on the positioning support block 63.
After the cradle body 1 with the plastic part 2 assembled is placed at the upper end of the expanding plate 57 of the expander 38 by the transfer mechanism 9, the press-fitting cylinder 42 drives the press-fitting block 43 to move downwards for a certain distance, and the press-fitting block 43 extrudes the cradle body 1 in the process, so that the expanding oblique tip 58 on the expanding plate 57 can be inserted into the cradle body 1 through the oblique surface and then expanded. Then the press-fitting cylinder 42 and the pushing cylinder 54 synchronously act to make the press-fitting block 43 and the opening plate 57 keep relatively immovable state to drive the cradle body 1 to move downwards, and when the press-fitting part 3 on the workpiece fixture 5 is completely inserted into the cradle body 1, the press-fitting block 43 and the opening plate 57 stop acting. Then, the pushing cylinder 54 drives the opening plate 57 to reset, the press-fitting cylinder 42 drives the press-fitting block 43 to reset, so that the assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame completely completes the assembly work of the cradle body 1, the plastic part 2 and the pressing combined part 3, then the conveying line 62 drives the workpiece clamp 5 to move forward one station through the driving chain 4 to carry out the assembly of other working procedures, and the assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame can enter the next working cycle.
The assembly device for the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame has compact structure and ingenious design; the assembly work among the cradle frame body 1, the plastic part 2 and the pressurizing combining part 3 of the cradle of the spinning frame can be mechanically completed, the problems of high labor intensity and low working efficiency existing in manual assembly are solved, and the requirement of high-efficiency assembly and use of enterprises is met.

Claims (8)

1. An assembly device for a cradle body and plastic parts of a spinning frame comprises a transmission line (62), a workpiece clamp (5), a cradle body feeding mechanism (6), a material part feeding mechanism (7), a transfer mechanism (9) and a press-fitting mechanism (8); the method is characterized in that: the conveying line (62) is provided with a driving chain (4) through a motor; a plurality of workpiece clamps (5) are uniformly distributed on the driving chain (4); a frame body feeding mechanism (6) and a material part feeding mechanism (7) are arranged on one side of the conveying line (62) in parallel; a press-fitting mechanism (8) is arranged between the frame body feeding mechanism (6), the material part feeding mechanism (7) and the conveying line (62); one side of the press-fitting mechanism (8) is provided with a transfer mechanism (9);
the workpiece clamp (5) comprises a bottom plate (11), a fixed pressing plate (16), a movable pressing plate (17), a floating plate (14), a positioning block (15) and a clamping spring (20); a bottom plate (11) is fixedly arranged on a driving chain (4) of the conveying line (62) through a connecting seat (10); a floating plate (14) is movably arranged on the bottom plate (11) through a guide rod (12) and a buffer spring (13); a positioning block (15) is fixedly arranged on the floating plate (14); three groups of fixed pressing plates (16) are fixedly arranged on the floating plate (14) at one end of the positioning block (15) in parallel; one side of the fixed pressing plate (16) is oppositely provided with a movable pressing plate (17); a loosening cylinder (18) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the fixed pressure plate (16); a piston rod of the unclamping cylinder (18) is connected with a corresponding movable pressing plate (17); a guide bolt (19) is movably arranged between the fixed pressing plate (16) and the corresponding movable pressing plate (17); a clamping spring (20) is arranged between the nut of the guide bolt (19) and the outer side of the movable pressure plate (17); under the action of the elastic force of the clamping spring (20), the movable pressing plate (17) always has the tendency of being close to the fixed pressing plate (16);
the inner side of the fixed pressure plate (16) and the inner side of the movable pressure plate (17) are oppositely provided with positioning notches (21); the bottom plate (11) and the floating plate (14) are oppositely provided with a plurality of avoiding holes (36).

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the frame body feeding mechanism (6) comprises a frame body feeding line (22), a jacking plate (25), an adsorption head (24), an upper extrusion head (26) and a side extrusion head (27); one end of the frame body feeding line (22) is provided with an adsorption head (24) through an adsorption cylinder (23); one side of the adsorption head (24) is provided with a jacking plate (25) through a jacking cylinder; an upper extrusion head (26) is arranged above the jacking plate (25) through a bracket and an air cylinder; a side extrusion head (27) is arranged on a bracket at one end of the jacking plate (25) through an air cylinder.

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the transfer mechanism (9) comprises a vertical frame (28), a transverse sliding plate (29), a grabbing cylinder (30) and grabbing clamping jaws (31); two groups of transverse sliding plates (29) are slidably arranged on the vertical frame (28) through a sliding rail and an air cylinder; a grabbing cylinder (30) is arranged on the transverse moving sliding plate (29); the lower end of the grabbing cylinder (30) is provided with a grabbing clamping jaw (31).

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the material part feeding mechanism (7) comprises a vibration feeding machine (32), a feeding cylinder (33) and a feeding block (34); the output end of the vibration feeding machine (32) is provided with a feeding block (34) through a feeding cylinder (33); a workpiece bayonet (35) is arranged on the feeding block (34); the workpiece bayonet (35) is intermittently communicated with the output end of the vibration feeding machine (32).

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the press-fitting mechanism (8) comprises a press-fitting device (37), a prepress device (39) and a spreader (38); a press-mounting device (37) is arranged on one side of the conveying line (62); a spreader (38) is arranged below the workpiece clamp (5) on one side of the press-mounting device (37); a prepress (39) is fixedly arranged above the conveying line (62) at one side of the spreader (38); the prepress (39) and the spreader (38) are arranged in opposite directions.

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the press-mounting device (37) comprises a main support frame (40), an auxiliary support frame (41), a pressing block (53), a positioning support block 63 and a press-mounting block (43); a main support frame (40) and an auxiliary support frame (41) are arranged on one side of the conveying line (62) at intervals; one side of the main support frame (40) facing the conveying line (62) is provided with a press-fitting block (43) through a press-fitting air cylinder (42); a transverse sliding seat (44) is arranged on one side of the main support frame (40) back to the conveying line (62) in a sliding way through a cylinder and a sliding rail; a positioning supporting block (63) is arranged on the auxiliary supporting frame (41) below the transverse sliding seat (44); the transverse sliding seat (44) is provided with a lifting plate (46) through a lifting cylinder (45) and a guide rod (12); a clamping jaw air cylinder (48) is movably arranged on the lifting plate (46) through a rotating shaft (47); a push-pull cylinder (49) is hinged on the lifting plate (46) at one side of the clamping jaw cylinder (48); the end of a piston rod of the push-pull air cylinder (49) is hinged with the upper end of the clamping jaw air cylinder (48); the clamping jaw of the clamping jaw cylinder (48) extends to the lower end of the lifting plate (46) and is movably inserted with a workpiece clamping jaw (51) through a pressure relief spring (50); the lower end of the lifting plate (46) at one side of the workpiece clamping jaw (51) is movably provided with a pressing block (53) through a pressing spring (52).

The assembly device of the cradle body and the plastic part of the spinning frame as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the spreader (38) comprises a lifting cylinder (54), a lifting plate (55), a support inserted bar (56) and a spreading plate (57); a push-and-lift plate (55) is arranged below the workpiece clamp (5) on one side of the conveying line (62) through a push-and-lift cylinder (54); a supporting inserted bar (56) is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate (55); a plurality of opening plates (57) are fixedly arranged on the lifting plate (55) at one side of the supporting inserted bar (56); the end of the opening plate (57) is symmetrically provided with opening inclined tips (58).
