The top of the charging barrel 4 is provided with a rotary lifting assembly 5 for lifting the charging barrel 4 and rotating the stirring shaft 20, and the rotary lifting assembly 5 comprises a rotary lifting assembly shell, and a stirring drive 17, a lifting motor 11, a first screw rod lifter 14, a second screw rod lifter 15, a stirring support seat 12, a first guide shaft 13 and a second guide shaft 16 which are arranged in the rotary lifting assembly shell. The stirring drive 17 comprises a stirring motor and a stirring speed reducer, the tail part of the stirring shaft 20 is assembled with the stirring paddle 22, the top part of the stirring shaft 20 is assembled with the stirring speed reducer, and stirring power is provided by the stirring motor; stirring speed reducer and stirring rake 22 fixed mounting, can not produce the displacement, promote through promoting motor 11 whole, agitator motor and stirring speed reducer are installed on stirring supporting seat 12, stirring supporting seat 12 lift process is perpendicular with feed cylinder 4 all the time, first lead screw lift 14 and second lead screw lift 15 are connected through the transmission shaft, promotion motor 11 passes through the transmission shaft and connects first lead screw lift 14 and second lead screw lift 15, realize synchronous lift, drive stirring rake 22, (mixing) shaft 20 and stirring drive 17 whole lift, for further improving its stability, first guiding axle 13 and second guiding axle 16 have been add in addition on stirring supporting seat 12, supplementary lift. The inclination drive 2, the stirring drive 17, the lifting motor 11 and the screw rod lifting structure on the lifting trolley 10 are all connected with the control cabinet 8, and the actions of all the devices are controlled through the control cabinet 8.

The inclined filter washer-dryer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cylinder of said cartridge (4) is of a double diameter construction, the upper part of which has a small diameter and the lower part of which has a large diameter and has right angle flat steps; the filter basket is a cylindrical sintering net and is externally coated with a filter basket flange; the filter basket is arranged inside the feed cylinder (4), the filter basket flange is matched with a right-angle plane step of the feed cylinder (4), and the inner diameter of the filter basket is the same as that of the upper structure of the feed cylinder (4).

The inclined filter washer-dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotary lifting assembly (5) comprises a rotary lifting assembly housing and an agitator drive (17), a lifting motor (11), a screw rod elevator, an agitator support (12), a guide shaft; the lifting motor (11) is connected with the screw rod lifter through a transmission shaft, the screw rod lifter and the guide shaft are both arranged between the stirring support seat (12) and the shell of the rotary lifting assembly, and the stirring drive (17) is arranged on the stirring support seat (12); the lifting process of the stirring supporting seat (12) is always vertical to the charging barrel (4);
the stirring drive (17) comprises a stirring motor and a stirring speed reducer, the tail part of the stirring shaft (20) is connected with the stirring paddle (22), the top part of the stirring shaft (20) is connected with the stirring speed reducer, and the stirring motor and the stirring speed reducer are both fixed on the stirring support seat (12).
