The support body and the arm body can be in surface contact, and refer to specifications 2, 6 and 11; or line contact, as described in reference to figures 10-12 of the drawings.
In one embodiment, two supports are provided, including a first support 42 and a second support 44, the first support 42 and the second support 44 are respectively provided at two sides of the base 41; the direction of the force applied from the first support 42 to the arm forms a second direction that is the same as the first direction; the direction of the force applied from the second support 44 to the arm forms a second direction offset from the first direction.

In one embodiment, the movable body 31 is embodied as an adjusting screw, and the connection orientation of the movable body 31 and the trigger seat 4 is a screw connection. The rolling elements 32 may be balls or balls arranged transversely.
The water splashing tray 6 refers to the attached figure 17 of the specification and is used for distributing water after the spray head is triggered. The splash box 6 is provided with a plug 2 and a trigger seat 4, and the trigger seat 4 and the plug 2 individually or jointly limit the position of the splash box 6. In one embodiment, the splash box 6 is connected with the plug 2, the position of the splash box 6 is fixed through the plug 2, the splash box 6 and the plug 2 can fall orderly, and the phenomenon that the splash box 6 is out of position after falling due to mutual interference in the falling process of the splash box 6 and the plug 2 is avoided. For example, a disk connecting block 61 is used to penetrate through the splash disk 6 and carry the splash disk 6 to be clamped or embedded on the plug 2.
The connecting rod 7, referring to the description of fig. 1 and 14, is connected with the splash plate 6 for defining the position of the splash plate 6 when it falls. The connecting rod 7 has a first state and a second state relative to the table top 11 of the seat body, and in the first state, the connecting rod 7 is far away from one side of the arm body along with the splash plate 6; in the second state, the connecting rod 7 is close to one side of the arm body along with the splash plate 6. In order to ensure that the water splash disc 6 falls behind, the connecting rod 7 can be connected with the nozzle seat 1; the connecting rod 7 is arranged to penetrate through the table-board 11 of the seat body, and one end of the connecting rod 7 is provided with an outward-expanded limiting block; the connecting rod 7 is ensured to stop falling due to the limiting block in the falling process of the splash pan 6.
In order to ensure the stability of the fixing of the connecting rod 7 in the normal state of the spray head, the connecting rod 7 and the splash plate 6 are fixedly connected, such as clamped; and the connecting rods 7 are provided with a plurality of connecting rods, the splash pan 6 is in a horizontal state after moving through the connecting rods 7, the connecting rods 7 are arranged in two numbers, the two connecting rods 7 are symmetrically arranged, and the connecting rods 7 and the arm bodies are arranged in a staggered manner.
A cover plate 8, referred to in the description of figures 1 and 17, for covering the spray head to make it aesthetically pleasing when fitted to a ceiling; meanwhile, the temperature sensing device is beneficial to guiding hot air flow to move towards the temperature sensing element, and the triggering sensitivity of the temperature sensing element is improved. The cover plate 8 is positioned above the temperature sensing piece 5, and the cover plate 8 is detachably connected with the trigger seat 4 or the arm body. In one embodiment, the abutting body 43 of the trigger seat 4 further has an outer connecting block 45 extending outward continuously, and the height of the outer connecting block 45 exceeds the arms on both sides, and the cover plate 8 is bonded by glue or soldered on the outer connecting block 45. In another embodiment, the highest part of the arm body is higher than the trigger seat 4, and the cover plate 8 is connected to the highest part of the arm body.
The assembly mode is as follows:
firstly, placing a plug 2 on a water outlet channel of a base body table-board 11, installing a splash plate 6 and a connecting rod 7 on a nozzle base 1, and connecting the splash plate 6 with the plug 2; or, the plug 2, the splash plate 6 and the connecting rod 7 are connected firstly and then installed on the nozzle seat 1.
Placing the rolling member 32 on the plug 2;
the temperature sensing element 5 is placed on the trigger seat 4, the trigger seat 4 and the temperature sensing element 5 are placed into the arm cavity in an integrated mode, and the trigger seat 4 or the movable body 31 is utilized to preliminarily press the rolling element 32;
adjusting the position of an adjusting piece 133 on the arm body, and abutting the combined body of the temperature sensing piece 5 and the trigger seat 4 on the arm body by using the adjusting piece 133; in the whole adjusting process of the adjusting piece 133, the trigger seat 4 smoothly moves transversely by a small displacement amount based on the rolling body, so that the change of the shape or position of the plug 2 relative to the water outlet channel is avoided, and the stable sealing effect of the plug 2 on the water outlet channel is ensured;
after the temperature sensing element 5 and the trigger seat 4 are stably limited, the position of the movable body 31 in the fastening element 3 is adjusted, and the rolling element 32 is stably and firmly pressed against the plug 2 by the movable body 31.
The working principle is as follows:
the spray head is arranged on the pipeline and is used for spraying hot gas or flame when meeting high-temperature hot gas or flame;
the temperature sensing element 5 is triggered to burst, so that the contact body 43 loses support, and the stress of the whole trigger seat 4 is unbalanced;
based on the acting force of the water pressure in the pipeline on the plug 2, the trigger seat 4 is reversely subjected to a thrust force, so that the second support body 44 originally matched with the abutting body 43 is firstly turned over, and the turning direction of the second support body is towards the outer side of the accommodating space formed by the arm bodies; based on the turned second supporting body 44, the movable body 31 and the first supporting body 42 also slide and turn, and finally the expected effect that the whole trigger seat 4 turns out of the accommodating space is achieved;
in the process that the trigger seat 4 is gradually turned outwards, the plug 2 is gradually separated from the port of the water outlet channel; after the trigger seat 4 is turned outwards and separated, the plug 2 also falls off, the water outlet channel is thoroughly opened, and the spray head starts to work;
the splash plate 6 falls down along with the plug 2; the connecting rod 7 falls along with the water splashing disc 6; finally, the splash plate 6 is limited below the water outlet channel based on the connecting rod 7.
The technical effects are as follows:
1. in the embodiment of the application, the temperature sensing piece is transversely arranged as a means for shortening the length size of the spray head, so that when the spray head is arranged on the suspended ceiling, the whole size is short, and the spray head can be applied to a scene with short distance between the suspended ceiling and the wall top; and after the temperature sensing piece is transversely arranged, the whole temperature sensing piece can be fully exposed only by being exposed out of the suspended ceiling for a short distance, and the triggering of the temperature sensing piece is facilitated. The technical problems that in the prior art, a shower nozzle which is matched with a suspended ceiling and attractive in appearance is adopted, and a temperature sensing element of the shower nozzle is shielded by the ceiling to influence triggering are solved; the technical effects that the nozzle is matched with the suspended ceiling, the temperature sensing piece is exposed out of the ceiling and the ceiling is easy to trigger are achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the application, the splash pan is arranged between the plug and the trigger seat, so that the overall size is favorably reduced, and the condition that the splash pan is exposed outside a suspended ceiling to cause unattractive appearance is avoided; after the trigger seat is triggered, the trigger seat is outwards turned out, the plug is opened, and the water splashing disc extends out of the ceiling through the arm body downwards; and finally, the water splashing disc is stabilized under the water outlet channel based on the connecting rod, so that water distribution is stably performed.
3. In the embodiment of the application, the trigger seat and the arm body matched with the temperature sensing piece are designed based on the transverse arrangement of the temperature sensing piece; specifically, the trigger seat comprises a base body, a support body and a butting body, wherein the temperature sensing piece and the butting body form a trigger assembly, the butting body is butted at a specific position by the temperature sensing piece, and a part of transverse acting force borne by the support body is shared based on the fixed position of the butting body, so that the position of the whole trigger seat is stable, and a fastener can be guaranteed to be stably butted on the plug; the technical problem that the size of the spray head is longer in the prior art is solved; the technical effect of shortening the size of the spray head is achieved.
4. In the embodiment of the application, in order to ensure that the trigger assembly can bear large water pressure and ensure the sensitivity of triggering the spray head, the left and right supporting bodies are arranged firstly, and the acting force of the pipeline acting on the plug is divided into two parts; secondly, optimizing a supporting surface of at least one supporting column relative to the arm body, specifically, if the supporting surface is optimized to be inclined, constructing a second direction staggered with the first direction by utilizing the inclined supporting surface so as to disperse the divided acting force, only a small part of the acting force is dispersed on the temperature sensing piece, and the rest of the acting force is borne by the supporting body and the arm body; the shower nozzle can bear big water pressure, if bear 35 kilograms of water pressure, guarantees simultaneously that the shower nozzle still can the sensitive trigger.
5. In the embodiment of the application, a first supporting surface on a first supporting body is set to be an arc surface or a plane with an arc angle, and a second supporting surface on a second supporting body is set to be an inclined surface; so that after the temperature sensing piece is triggered, the second supporting body can be quickly turned outwards under the action of water pressure in the pipeline, and meanwhile, the first supporting body can rotate along with the turned-out second supporting body, so that the aim that the trigger seat is turned over and separated from the fastener is fulfilled.
6. In the embodiment of the application, the fastener comprises a movable body and a rolling piece; the whole height of the trigger seat can be increased by utilizing the phase change of the movable body movably arranged on the base body, and the purpose that the plug is stably acted on the water outlet channel is achieved. Meanwhile, the rolling piece is arranged between the movable body and the plug, so that the trigger seat can smoothly move transversely along with the adjustment of the adjusting piece when the device is assembled; and secondly, when the trigger seat is outwards turned, the friction interference between the movable body and the plug is avoided.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (10)
1. A spray head with an overhanging splash plate, the spray head comprising:
a nozzle mount, the nozzle mount comprising:
the water outlet channel is arranged on the table top of the seat body;
the arm body is arranged on the table top of the seat body, the arm body forms an accommodating space, and an opening communicated with the accommodating space is formed on one side of the arm body away from the table top of the seat body;
the plug is arranged on the water outlet channel of the table top of the seat body and used for sealing the water outlet channel;
the trigger seat is positioned in the accommodating space; the trigger seat includes:
the base body is positioned above the plug; a fastening piece is arranged on the base body, and the bottom of the fastening piece is abutted against the plug;
the contact body is connected to the base body and extends outwards from the accommodating space to the opening of the arm body; and
the supporting body is connected with the base body or the abutting body and abuts against the arm body;
a temperature sensing member;
the water splashing tray is arranged in the accommodating space; and the trigger seat and the plug individually or jointly limit the position of the splash plate, an
The connecting rod penetrates through the table top of the seat body, and one end of the connecting rod is connected with the water splashing disc; the movement range of the splash box is limited through the connecting rod;
the temperature sensing piece is transversely arranged relative to the arm body, the temperature sensing piece and the abutting body are combined to form a trigger assembly, and the trigger assembly is abutted to the opening of the arm body.
2. The spray head of claim 1 wherein the splash plate is connected to a bulkhead, the position of the splash plate being fixed by the bulkhead.
3. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the connection of the linkage and the splash plate is a fixed connection; and the connecting rods are provided with a plurality of connecting rods, so that the splash pan is in a horizontal state after moving.
4. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the size of the splash plate is smaller than or equal to the size of the opening of the accommodating space; the splash pan has two states relative to the accommodating space, and in the first state, the splash pan is positioned in the accommodating space; in the second state, the water splashing disc is positioned outside the accommodating space through the opening.
5. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the direction of application of force from the plug to the fastener is a first direction; the force application direction from the support body to the arm body is a second direction; the support body is provided with a support surface relative to the arm body, the support surface is in an inclined shape, and the second direction and the first direction from the support body to the arm body are deviated through the inclined support surface, so that the trigger seat has a tendency of being turned over relative to the arm body.
6. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the arm is provided with an adjustment member that abuts a first end of the trigger assembly and causes a second end of the trigger assembly to abut an opposite side of the arm; the position of the trigger block relative to the arm body is defined by the defined position of the trigger assembly.
7. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the support body is provided in two, including a first support body and a second support body, the first support body and the second support body being respectively provided at both sides of the base body; the force application direction from the first support body to the arm body forms a second direction consistent with the first direction; the force application direction from the second support body to the arm body forms a second direction which is staggered with the first direction.
8. The spray head of claim 7, wherein the second support and the abutting body are disposed on the same side of the base, and the horizontal component of the force applied to the second support is cancelled by the abutting body.
9. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the abutting body is provided with an adapting hole with respect to the temperature sensing member; one end of the temperature sensing piece is positioned in the adapting hole, and the temperature sensing piece is attached to the hole wall of the adapting hole or the surface of the trigger body; the second end of the temperature sensing piece faces the arm body.
10. The spray head of claim 1, wherein the spray head further comprises:
the cover plate is positioned on the outer side of the opening, and the cover plate is detachably connected with the trigger seat or the arm body.
