本发明涉及一种牡丹花精华液和外泌体提取方法,包括以下步骤:将新鲜的牡丹花使用生理盐水清洗干净,然后晾干,将晾干后的牡丹花撕碎,在30‑10°的乙醇溶液混合,静置3‑6小时,然后离心,取上清液,调节上清液的PH值,并将上清液的等电点值为3.0~7.0,得到糖蛋白级分,在糖蛋白级分加入水解酶,得到水解反应产物,所得水解反应产物离心分离,去上清液并过滤,得到水解物。本发明的优点:主要以包含糖蛋白的水解产物水解物为活性成分,充分调动牡丹花提取物的活性,可以有效抑制胶原酶的表达在皮肤细胞,以改善皮肤的弹性和改善皮肤皱纹,发挥抗炎等作用。

本发明涉及植物提取技术领域,具体是指一种牡丹花精华液和外泌体提取方法。
背景技术
牡丹是花中之王,它纯洁、高贵、优雅动人,国花的美誉响彻世界。牡丹花不但散发着东方韵味的高雅和芳香,它的美学和药用保养价值也早已被古人发现。在李时珍的《本草纲目》中就有对其美容功效、药用价值有详尽的记载。牡丹花中含有牡丹精华,牡丹多酚、维生素A、维生素E、尼克酸、胡萝卜素、不饱脂肪酸、角鲨烯等等,能够改善细胞循环,促进皮肤毛细血管的微循环,抑制脂质过氧化作用的进行,还能够改善新陈代谢。
但是现有的牡丹花精华提取方法,提取过程复杂,提取时间长、效率低,提取过程中有益成分流失严重的现象,而且无法增加有益成分的活性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是解决上述问题,提供一种将牡丹花内有益成分充分调动提取的牡丹花精华液和外泌体提取方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种牡丹花精华液和外泌体提取方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜的牡丹花使用生理盐水清洗干净,然后晾干,
S2、将晾干后的牡丹花撕碎,在30-10°的乙醇溶液混合,静置3-6小时,然后离心,取上清液,
S3、调节上清液的PH值,并将上清液的等电点值为3.0~7.0,得到糖蛋白级分,
S4、在糖蛋白级分加入水解酶,得到水解反应产物,
S5、所得水解反应产物离心分离,去上清液并过滤,得到水解物。
进一步地,所述水解酶为蛋白酶、果胶酶、葡萄糖苷酶、纤维素酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶、淀粉酶、半纤维素酶、阿拉伯糖酶、木聚糖和鞣酸酶中的至少一种。

S5、所得水解反应产物离心分离,去上清液并过滤,得到水解物。
