Preferably, the suction device is installed on one side of the transverse cutting device 5, the suction device comprises a connecting pipe 17 and an air pump 16 installed at the top end of the connecting pipe 17, a second guide pipe 15 is installed on the air pump 16, a threaded pipe 14 is installed at one end of the second guide pipe 15, the air pump 16 works after being connected with an external power supply, and the threaded pipe 14 is used for being connected with an external pipeline, so that tissue fluid sucked by the suction device is conveniently discharged. In this embodiment, the cutting device 3, the transverse cutting device 5, the drug feeding device, and the suction device are not connected, and are used independently, and the use sequence is as follows: the transverse cutting device 5, the suction device and the medicine feeding device are used for feeding medicine to the incision after the tissue fluid is sucked away by the suction device.
