Therefore, the device can accurately calculate the inner surface temperature of the kitchen ware and further adjust cooking operation based on the outer surface temperature acquired by the intelligent handle and the working parameters of the kitchen ware, so that temperature information during cooking can be accurately acquired to assist in cooking, more intelligent and efficient cooking is realized, and the cooking experience of a user is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the specific manner of determining the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware by the temperature determining module 203 according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters includes:
inputting the working time length and/or the heating parameters of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters into a preset time length-temperature relation model, and calculating to obtain the predicted outer surface temperature and the predicted inner surface temperature of the corresponding target heating kitchen ware; the heating parameters comprise one or more of heating temperature, heating mode, heating position and heating power;
calculating the temperature difference between the predicted outer surface temperature of the target heating kitchenware and the outer surface temperature information;
and calculating the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the temperature difference and the predicted inner surface temperature.
Optionally, the preset time-temperature relationship model may be used to indicate a relationship between different heating times and the outer surface temperature and the inner surface temperature of the target heating cookware, and may be a neural network model or other artificial intelligence algorithm model, which may be obtained by performing training calculation according to the historical heating time information of the target heating cookware and the corresponding historical outer surface temperature rise information and inner surface temperature rise information.
Alternatively, the calculation of the predicted inner surface temperature and the temperature difference may be calculated to obtain the inner surface food material temperature of the target heated cookware, e.g., the temperature difference T1-T2 between the predicted outer surface temperature T1 and the outer surface temperature information T2 of the target heated cookware, then the inner surface food material temperature T4 of the target heated cookware is T3+ T1-T2, where T3 is the predicted inner surface temperature.
Alternatively, a ratio of the temperature difference to the predicted outer surface temperature may be calculated, and the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating cookware may be calculated according to the ratio, for example, the temperature difference T1-T2 between the predicted outer surface temperature T1 and the outer surface temperature information T2 of the target heating cookware, then the inner surface food material temperature T4-T3-T3 [ (T1-T2)/T1], where T3 is the predicted inner surface temperature, and (T1-T2)/T1 is the ratio.
Therefore, by implementing the optional implementation mode, the estimated outer surface temperature and the estimated inner surface temperature of the corresponding target heating kitchen ware can be obtained through calculation, and the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware is further calculated, so that the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware is more accurately determined, the accuracy of the subsequent calculation of cooking parameters is favorably improved, and the intelligent degree and the accuracy of the cooking control based on the intelligent handle are further improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the specific manner of determining the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware by the temperature determining module 203 according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters includes:
determining heat transfer parameter information of the target heating kitchen ware according to the attribute parameters of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters;
and determining the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information, the heat transfer parameter information and the working time of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters.
Optionally, the attribute parameter of the target heating cookware may be a material attribute of the target heating cookware, for example, the material attribute is iron, aluminum, stainless steel, a non-stick pan, an alloy, and the like. Alternatively, the heat transfer parameter information of the target heated cooking utensil may be a heat transfer parameter indicating an amount of heat transferred from the outer surface to the inner surface of the target heated cooking utensil per unit time. Preferably, it may be a fixed heat conduction derivation model. Optionally, the information of the outer surface temperature and the information of the working time of the target heating kitchenware in the working parameters, and the like, can be input into the fixed heat conduction derivation model to derive the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchenware.
Therefore, the heat transfer parameter information of the target heating kitchen ware can be obtained through calculation by implementing the optional implementation mode, and the temperature of the food material on the inner surface of the target heating kitchen ware is determined according to the outer surface temperature information, the heat transfer parameter information and the working duration of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters, so that the accuracy of the subsequent calculation of the cooking parameters is improved, and the intelligent degree and the accuracy of the cooking control based on the intelligent handle are further improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the specific manner of determining the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware by the temperature determining module 203 according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters includes:
determining the heating temperature of the inner surface of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters;
determining heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material of the target heating kitchen ware according to the heating food material parameter of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters;
and calculating the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating kitchen ware and the heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material.
Optionally, the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating cookware is determined according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameter, which may be a manner of calculating the inner surface food material temperature in the above embodiment, because when the heat transfer parameter information to the food material is not considered, the inner surface food material temperature calculated in the above embodiment is equal to the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating cookware, and details are not repeated here.
Optionally, the heating food material parameters of the target heating cookware include one or more of a type of heating food material, a package type of heating food material, and a number of heating food materials. Optionally, the heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material of the target heating kitchenware is determined according to the heating food material parameter of the target heating kitchenware in the working parameters, and may be the heat transfer parameter information of a single heating food material determined according to the type of the heating food material, and/or the heat transfer parameter information of an outer package of the heating food material determined according to the type of a package of the heating food material, and/or the total heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material determined according to the number of the heating food materials and the heat transfer parameter information of the single heating food material. Alternatively, the heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material of the target heating cookware may also be determined as one or a combination of more of the above-mentioned heat transfer parameter information of the single heating food material, the heat transfer parameter information of the outer package of the heating food material, and the total heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material.
Alternatively, the heat transfer parameter information of the heated food material may be a heat transfer parameter indicating an amount of heat transferred from the inner surface of the target heated cooking utensil to the center of the heated food material per unit time. Preferably, it may be a fixed heat conduction derivation model. Optionally, the information of the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating kitchen ware and the working time of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters and the like can be input into the fixed heat conduction derivation model to derive the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware, that is, the central temperature of the heating food material.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and when the computer instructions are called, the computer storage medium is used for executing part or all steps of the intelligent handle-based cooking control method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle distribution system which comprises a cooking control device, cooking equipment and an intelligent handle arranged on a heating kitchen ware, wherein the cooking control device is used for executing part or all steps in the cooking control method based on the intelligent handle disclosed by the embodiment of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking control method based on a smart handle is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the outer surface temperature information of the target heating kitchen ware collected by the intelligent handle; the intelligent handle is arranged on the target heating kitchen ware;
determining working parameters of the target heating kitchen ware;
determining the temperature of the inner surface food material of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters;
determining cooking parameters according to the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware; the cooking parameter is used for indicating the cooking operation of the cooking equipment on the target heating kitchen ware.
2. The smart handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the operating parameters of the target heated cookware include one or more of an operated duration of the target heated cookware, a heating parameter of the target heated cookware, a property parameter of the target heated cookware, a heated food material parameter of the target heated cookware.
3. The smart handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein said determining an interior surface food material temperature of the target heated cookware from the exterior surface temperature information, and the operating parameters, comprises:
inputting the working time length and/or the heating parameters of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters into a preset time length-temperature relation model, and calculating to obtain the corresponding estimated outer surface temperature and estimated inner surface temperature of the target heating kitchen ware; the heating parameters comprise one or more of heating temperature, heating mode, heating position and heating power;
calculating a temperature difference between the predicted outer surface temperature of the target heated cookware and the outer surface temperature information;
and calculating the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the temperature difference and the predicted inner surface temperature.
4. The smart handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein said determining an interior surface food material temperature of the target heated cookware from the exterior surface temperature information, and the operating parameters, comprises:
determining heat transfer parameter information of the target heating kitchen ware according to the attribute parameters of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters;
determining the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information, the heat transfer parameter information and the working time of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters.
5. The smart handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein said determining an interior surface food material temperature of the target heated cookware from the exterior surface temperature information, and the operating parameters, comprises:
determining the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters;
determining heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material of the target heating kitchen ware according to the heating food material parameter of the target heating kitchen ware in the working parameters;
and calculating the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware according to the inner surface heating temperature of the target heating kitchen ware and the heat transfer parameter information of the heating food material.
6. The smart handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the determining cooking parameters according to the inner surface food material temperature of the target heated cookware includes:
according to the cooking strategy corresponding to the target heating kitchenware; the cooking strategy is used for indicating a cooking step corresponding to a heating food material of the target heating kitchen ware;
determining cooking parameters according to the inner surface food material temperature and the cooking strategy; the cooking parameters include one or more of a cooking temperature, a cooking end time, and a cooking operation prompt.
7. The smart-handle-based cooking control method of claim 1, wherein after determining cooking parameters according to the target heated cookware's interior surface food material temperature, the method further comprises:
acquiring a historical operation record corresponding to the cooking equipment;
determining a predicted cooking operation according to the historical operation record and the cooking parameters;
detecting the current cooking operation of a user, judging whether the current cooking operation is different from the predicted cooking operation, and generating a warning prompt when the judgment result is yes.
8. A smart handle based cooking control device, the device comprising:
the temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring the outer surface temperature information of the target heating kitchen ware acquired by the intelligent handle; the intelligent handle is arranged on the target heating kitchen ware;
the first determination module is used for determining working parameters of the target heating kitchen ware;
the temperature determining module is used for determining the temperature of the inner surface food material of the target heating kitchen ware according to the outer surface temperature information and the working parameters;
the second determining module is used for determining cooking parameters according to the inner surface food material temperature of the target heating kitchen ware; the cooking parameter is used for indicating the cooking operation of the cooking equipment on the target heating kitchen ware.
9. A smart handle based cooking control device, the device comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the smart-handle based cooking control method according to any one of claims 1-7.

A cooking system, characterized in that the system comprises a cooking control device, a cooking device and a smart handle arranged on a heating kitchen ware, wherein the cooking control device is used for executing the smart handle-based cooking control method according to any one of claims 1-7.
