Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco processing, in particular to a method for improving the internal quality of Indonesia cigar tobacco leaves.
Background
Cigars are high-quality cigarettes, and with the development of economic society, the improvement of the consumption level of people and the transformation of consumption concept, more and more consumers begin to accept and love the high-end products. At present, a great amount of Indonesia tobacco leaves are used in cigar products in China, but the Indonesia tobacco leaves have the problems of bitter and astringent feeling, uncomfortable taste, poor compatibility and the like. The traditional cigarette generally adopts a mode of adding spices to improve the quality of tobacco leaves, but chemical essence spices are not suitable for cigars, particularly hand-rolled cigars. How to improve the taste of Indonesia cigars, increase the softness of smoke, improve the quality of aroma, increase the sweetness and increase the comfort of the oral cavity becomes an important difficult problem in the production process of cigar products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for improving the internal quality of Indonesia cigar tobacco leaves, which does not add chemical essence and spice and has obvious improvement on the aspects of taste, soft smoke, aroma quality, sweet feeling, oral comfort and usability compared with the original Indonesia cigar tobacco leaves.
The scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a method of improving the intrinsic quality of indonesian cigar tobacco comprising the steps of:
(1) placing purchased once fermented indonesia cigar tobacco leaves in a high-temperature high-humidity environment to fully regain moisture and soften;
(2) mixing one or more of Glycyrrhrizae radix, vanilla bean, cortex Cinnamomi Japonici, and fructus crataegi in powder form to obtain natural plant powder;
(3) spreading the remoistened tobacco leaves obtained in the step (1), and uniformly spraying the natural plant powder obtained in the step (2) on the leaves;
(4) and (4) fermenting the cigar tobacco sprayed with the natural plant powder in the step (3) for 5-10 days in an environment with the temperature of 40-50 ℃ and the humidity of 70 +/-2%.
Preferably, the liquorice, the vanilla beans, the cinnamon and the hawthorn are all dried for not less than 5 hours in an oven with the temperature below 150 ℃, and are ground and sieved by a 60-mesh sieve.
Preferably, the liquorice and the hawthorn are natural unprocessed plants; the vanilla beans are fermented vanilla beans; the cinnamon is seasoning or medicinal sheet cinnamon on the market.
Preferably, the tobacco leaves are fully remoistened in the step (1) under the environment that the temperature is 45 +/-3 ℃ and the humidity is 80 +/-5% for 20-30 hours.
Preferably, the addition amount of the natural plant powder in the step (3) is 2-5% of the mass of the tobacco leaves.
Preferably, the fermentation mode in the step (4) is stacking fermentation, the width of the stack is 1.5-1.8 m, the height of the stack is not higher than 1.5m, and the stack is covered with coverings such as straw mats, felts and the like.
Preferably, the natural plant powder in the step (2) is prepared by mixing liquorice, vanilla beans, cinnamon and hawthorn according to the proportion of 1:1 (1-2: 1).
The invention also claims a high intrinsic quality cigar leaf prepared by the above method.
The invention takes natural plant powder as an auxiliary material, and the natural plant powder and the Indonesia cigar tobacco are fermented simultaneously, so that the effect of promoting the degradation of protein and nicotine can be achieved, the natural plant powder and the Indonesia cigar tobacco can interact with the tobacco, the taste of the Indonesia cigar is improved, the softness degree of smoke is increased, the aroma quality is improved, the sweetness is increased, and the oral comfort level is increased. Compared with the traditional plant extract or chemical spice, the aroma of the fermented natural plant raw materials is more natural, and the fermented natural plant extract or chemical spice meets the quality requirement of high-end products of cigars.

FIG. 1 is a chart of sensory panel test (T) and Control (CK) test (T) test (CK);
FIG. 2 shows the results of sensory quality comparison and evaluation using example 3 of the present application and comparative example 1 as the test group (T) and the control group (CK), respectively.
Detailed Description
The following examples are provided to further illustrate the present invention for better understanding, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
Placing the purchased once-fermented indonesia cigar tobacco leaves in an environment with the temperature of 45 +/-3 ℃ and the humidity of 80 +/-5% for 24 hours to fully regain moisture and soften the tobacco leaves. Drying vanilla beans and cinnamon in an oven below 150 ℃, grinding, sieving with a 60-mesh sieve, and mixing according to a mass ratio of 1:1 to obtain natural plant powder. Spreading the remoistened tobacco leaves, and uniformly spraying the obtained natural plant powder on the leaves, wherein the addition amount of the natural plant powder is 2% of the mass of the tobacco leaves. The obtained cigar tobacco sprayed with natural plant powder is placed in an environment with the temperature of 50 ℃ and the humidity of 70 percent for fermentation for 6 days.
Example 2
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that the natural plant powder raw materials comprise liquorice, vanilla beans, cinnamon and hawthorn, and the mass ratio is 1:1:1: 1.
Example 3
