the first determining unit 204 is configured to determine each initial material based on the material demand plan request;
the second determining unit 205 is configured to traverse the ERP system to determine material information of each initial material, where the material information includes: material identification, material inventory and material quantity.
The constructing unit 206 is configured to construct the initial material inventory based on the material information and the initial materials.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the determining, by the first determining module, each initial material based on the material demand plan request, the method further includes:
an acquisition unit 207 and a judgment unit 208.
Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the obtaining unit 207 is configured to obtain an identifier of the target project in the material demand plan request;
the determining unit 208 is configured to determine whether the target item has been transmitted based on the identifier, and if so, delete the historical target material inventory of the target item.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second determining module 202 includes:
a third determining unit 209, a selecting unit 210 and a fourth determining unit 211.
Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the third determining unit 209 is configured to determine a target material based on the priority selected by each candidate material and each initial material in the initial material inventory;
the selecting unit 210 is configured to select target material information corresponding to the target material from the initial material inventory;
the fourth determining unit 211 is configured to determine the target material inventory based on the target material and the target material information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation apparatus further includes: a fourth determination module 212.
Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the fourth determining module 212 is configured to determine the access right in at least one of the design platform, the demand planning reserve library system, and the ERP system according to a work post to which the user belongs.

Claims (10)

1. A material demand plan implementation method is applied to a demand plan system, and the demand plan system comprises: the system comprises a design platform, a demand planning and reservation library system and an ERP system, wherein the demand planning and reservation system comprises: presetting a material list for alternative, wherein the presetting of the material list for alternative comprises the following steps: the priority of each alternative material selection, the method comprises:
the design platform determines an initial material inventory based on the material demand plan request and the ERP system under the condition that the material demand plan request of a target project is received, and sends the initial material inventory to the demand plan stock system;
the demand plan stock library system receives the initial material inventory, determines a target material inventory based on the initial material inventory, the preset alternative material inventory and the ERP system, and audits the target material inventory;
and determining a material purchasing plan based on the auditing result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an initial inventory of materials based on the material demand plan request and the ERP system comprises:
determining each initial material based on the material demand plan request;
and traversing the ERP system to determine material information of each initial material, wherein the material information comprises: material identification, material inventory and material quantity;
and constructing the initial material inventory based on the material information and the initial materials.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to determining each initial material based on the material demand plan request, further comprising:
acquiring the identification of the target project in the material demand plan request;
and judging whether the target item is transmitted or not based on the identification, and if so, deleting the historical target material inventory of the target item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target inventory based on the initial inventory, the preset alternative inventory, and the ERP system comprises:
determining target materials based on the selected priority of each alternative material and each initial material in the initial material inventory;
selecting target material information corresponding to the target material from the initial material inventory;
and determining the target material inventory based on the target material and the target material information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining access authority in at least one of the design platform, the demand plan reserve library system and the ERP system according to the work post of the user.
6. A material demand plan implementation device is applied to a demand plan system, and the demand plan system comprises: the system comprises a design platform, a demand planning and reservation library system and an ERP system, wherein the demand planning and reservation system comprises: presetting a material list for alternative, wherein the presetting of the material list for alternative comprises the following steps: the priority of each alternative material selection, the device comprises:
the first determining module is used for determining an initial material inventory based on the material demand plan request and the ERP system and sending the initial material inventory to the demand plan stock system under the condition that the design platform receives the material demand plan request of the target project;
the second determining module is used for receiving the initial material inventory by the demand plan reserve library system, determining a target material inventory based on the initial material inventory, the preset alternative material inventory and the ERP system, and auditing the target material inventory;
and the third determination module is used for determining a material purchasing plan based on the auditing result.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first determining module comprises:
the first determining unit is used for determining each initial material based on the material demand plan request;
a second determining unit, configured to traverse the ERP system to determine material information of each initial material, where the material information includes: material identification, material inventory and material quantity;
and the construction unit is used for constructing the initial material inventory based on the material information and the initial materials.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein before determining each initial material based on the material demand plan request in the first determination module, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identification of the target project in the material demand plan request;
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the target item is transmitted or not based on the identification, and if so, deleting the historical target material inventory of the target item.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second determining module comprises:
the third determining unit is used for determining target materials based on the selected priority of each alternative material and each initial material in the initial material inventory;
the selecting unit is used for selecting target material information corresponding to the target material from the initial material inventory;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine the target material inventory based on the target material and the target material information.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the fourth determination module is used for determining the access authority in at least one of the design platform, the demand plan reserve library system and the ERP system according to the working post of the user.
