Abstract
The invention provides a matrix measuring platform and a measuring method thereof, wherein the matrix measuring platform comprises a measuring platform and a matrix measuring device; the matrix measuring device includes: the measuring platform is provided with a measuring matrix, a measuring device and a measuring device, wherein the measuring platform is used for measuring the position of the vehicle body frame; the measuring device comprises a measuring bracket, a welding device and a welding device, wherein the measuring bracket is used for supporting a welding vehicle body frame; and the positioning pin is arranged on the measuring support and is used for being connected with a reference hole of the welded automobile body frame. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile precision measurement and control, in particular to a matrix measurement platform and a measurement method thereof.
Background
In the process of automobile research and development and trial production, the precision of an automobile body needs to be controlled, wherein the measurement of the precision of a welded automobile body is very important, the precision directly influences the quality of the whole automobile, and the precision inspection of the welded automobile body is an important guarantee for the quality control of the whole automobile. Because the measurement range of a welded vehicle body is large and the measurement points are distributed more, how to accurately measure the vehicle body is always a difficult point in the industry. The measurement method used in the industry is that large-scale measurement equipment measures once or small-scale equipment continuously jumps to extend the measurement range and measures for multiple times. The former has large investment and the measuring point is difficult to be covered completely; the latter continuously skips for a plurality of times, the error accumulation is large and the working efficiency is not high

Based on the technical problems, the invention provides a matrix measurement platform and a measurement method thereof, wherein the matrix measurement platform has a uniform reference system, can carry out large-range arbitrary measurement by relying on the uniform reference system, and has high operation efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
Specifically, the matrix measuring platform provided by the invention comprises a measuring platform and a matrix measuring device;
the matrix measuring device includes:
the reference matrix is arranged on the measuring platform and used as a measuring reference;
the measuring device is used for positioning and connecting the welding vehicle body frame;
the measuring device comprises a measuring bracket which is used as a supporting platform for welding the vehicle body frame;
and the positioning pin is arranged on the measuring support and is used for being connected with a reference hole of the welded automobile body frame.
The measuring device forms a working platform for supporting a welded vehicle body and measuring, a reference matrix is distributed on the measuring platform according to a matrix, and a measuring reference system is constructed, wherein a positioning pin of the measuring device is vital to simulating a reference point of the vehicle body and fixing the vehicle body in the measuring process.

The invention also provides a measuring method by using the matrix measuring platform, which comprises the following steps:
adjusting the position of a measuring device according to the position of a reference hole of a welded automobile body frame so as to enable a positioning pin of the measuring device to be connected with the reference hole of the welded automobile body frame and support the welded automobile body;
fixing the measuring device on the matrix platform, and establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system;
carrying out standard matrix expansion under a finished automobile coordinate system;
and establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system by using the reference matrix fitting, and measuring the vehicle body by using the whole vehicle coordinate system.
According to the invention, the height position of the positioning pins and the horizontal position between the positioning pins are adjusted according to the positions of the reference holes (namely RPS points) of the welded vehicle body so as to meet the mutual position relation between the reference holes of the vehicle body, and the positioning pins are used as reference elements to establish a whole vehicle coordinate system by a fitting method, namely, the whole vehicle coordinate system is fixed on the measuring platform.
The reference matrix expansion is to expand the reference value of the reference hole to a reference matrix distributed on a measuring platform, namely to assign a coordinate value to the reference matrix, measure the reference matrix by using a precision measuring device under a finished automobile coordinate system taking a positioning pin as a reference element, measure the reference matrix in a matrix method linear transformation mode according with the coordinate value of the positioning pin, and endow the reference matrix with a measured coordinate value. Therefore, the reference matrix extension is equivalent to the extension of the welding body RPS point reference point.
For later use, the reference matrix may be classified and numbered according to matrix distribution to distinguish corresponding assignments.

the establishment of the reverse coordinate system comprises the following steps:

The reverse coordinate system is established to adapt to other vehicle types, the height position of the positioning pin and the position between adjacent positioning pins are adjusted according to the position of a vehicle body reference hole of other vehicle types, and the linear expansion of the positioning pins keeps the coordinate characteristics unchanged under a uniform coordinate system.
Further, the fitting and establishing of the coordinate system of the whole vehicle comprises the step of arbitrarily selecting more than three reference points which are not on the same straight line to form a coordinate reference plane.

meanwhile, the invention utilizes the matrix linear transformation to expand the benchmark, can adapt to the measurement of different vehicle types, can quickly and fully cover the measurement point, has high coverage rate of measurement data, and is convenient, quick, accurate and reliable in the measurement process.

For better understanding and implementation, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

The measurement method which is carried out by adopting the matrix measurement platform comprises the following steps:
adjusting the position of the measuring device according to the position of the reference hole of the welded automobile body frame: adjusting the height position of the positioning pins 2 and the horizontal position between the positioning pins 2 according to the position of the reference hole (namely RPS point) of the welded automobile body frame so as to meet the mutual position relation between the reference holes of the welded automobile body frame 6;
fixing the measuring device on a matrix platform, and establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system: fixing the measuring bracket 1 at a proper position of the measuring platform 3, establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system by a fitting method by taking the positioning pin 2 as a reference element, namely fixing the whole vehicle coordinate system on the measuring platform 3,
and (3) performing standard matrix expansion under the whole vehicle coordinate system: expanding the reference value of the reference hole to a reference matrix distributed on a measuring platform, namely assigning a coordinate of the reference matrix, measuring the reference matrix 4 by using a precision measuring device under a whole vehicle coordinate system taking the positioning pin 2 as a reference element, and giving the reference matrix 4 a measured coordinate value which accords with the matrix method linear transformation of the coordinate value of the positioning pin 2, so that the method is equivalent to the expansion of the RPS point reference point of the welded vehicle body;
establishing a reverse coordinate system: the position of a positioning pin 2 of the matrix measuring device is adjusted by taking the reference matrix as a coordinate reference, the positioning pin 2 is linearly expanded according to the coordinate adjustment of an RPS point of a welded vehicle body, and in combination with fig. 5, the RPS point is linearly expanded into 16 (P1-P16WEI4X4 matrix) from 4 (P1-P4 is a 2X2 matrix), and the coordinate characteristics of the reference points of all RPS points are kept unchanged, namely, the reference points are still in a uniform coordinate system;
establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system by using the reference matrix fitting, and measuring a vehicle body by using the whole vehicle coordinate system: and (3) adopting a fitting method, arbitrarily selecting more than three reference points which are not on the same straight line, establishing a coordinate system, fixedly placing the portable measuring machine beside the matrix measuring platform, and measuring the welded vehicle body under the established coordinate system.
The above-mentioned precision measuring apparatus "is an existing measuring apparatus of higher precision.
For example, to assign the coordinates of the reference matrix, the accuracy of the coordinates is expected to reach 0.1mm, and when the reference matrix is assigned for measurement, a higher-level measuring device is selected, wherein the measurement accuracy is required to be 1/5(0.02mm) or higher, so that assignment measurement can be accurate and the requirement is ensured to be met.
The matrix measuring platform of the invention utilizes the measuring device to support and position the welding vehicle body, utilizes the reference matrix as a uniform reference system, ensures the measuring precision, and simultaneously, the measuring device can adjust the position according to the RPS point of the welding vehicle body under the uniform reference system, is beneficial to the arbitrary measuring operation of measuring equipment in a large range, and is suitable for the measurement of different vehicle types; the measuring equipment measures under a uniform reference system (reference matrix), and the measuring precision is accurate and constant.
The matrix measurement platform and the measurement method thereof can achieve the measurement precision of less than or equal to 0.15mm, and overcome the defects of large error accumulation (no upper limit of the error accumulation) and low measurement efficiency of the traditional method that the measurement is continuously carried out for multiple times to expand the measurement range; meanwhile, the invention adopts the matrix linear transformation to expand the reference matrix, can adapt to the measurement of different vehicle types, can quickly and fully cover the measurement point, has high coverage rate of measurement data, and is convenient, quick, accurate and reliable in the measurement process.

The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features. 6. A measurement method using the matrix measurement platform of any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
adjusting the position of a measuring device according to the position of a reference hole of a welded automobile body frame so as to enable a positioning pin of the measuring device to be connected with the reference hole of the welded automobile body frame and support the welded automobile body;
fixing the measuring device on the matrix platform, and establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system;
carrying out standard matrix expansion under a finished automobile coordinate system;
and establishing a whole vehicle coordinate system by using the reference matrix fitting, and measuring the vehicle body by using the whole vehicle coordinate system.
7. The measurement method according to claim 6, wherein the reference matrix is expanded to expand the reference value of the welded body frame reference hole to a reference matrix provided on the measurement platform, and includes:
under the whole vehicle coordinate system with the positioning pin as a reference element, a reference matrix is measured in a matrix method linear transformation mode according with the coordinate value of the positioning pin, and the measured coordinate value is given to the reference matrix.
